Secluded Mountain Getaway -Newly Renovated Lake View Cabin

Lakeview Pines is a newly renovated vintage cabin with modern amenities. Nestled amongst the trees, our cabin is a peaceful mountain getaway. Three bedrooms and a master suite allow for plenty of space for your family and friends to gather for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life Two covered decks offer spectacular views of the lake year round. Explore all that Lake Arrowhead has to offer from the comfort of Lakeview Pines.

Our cabin is family friendly with more than enough space for the kids to play while the adults relax. Just a 5 minute drive from Lake Arrowhead and Skypark at Santa's Village. Snow Valley and snowdrift Snow Tubing Park are 20 minutes away. Local parks, hiking tails, shopping, dining, and antiquing are all nearby.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with all of your cooking essentials, 2 Smart TV's, and plenty of board games to keep the whole family entertained! We have a pack n play, one portable baby gate (we have 2 sets of stairs), a baby booster for the kitchen, and toddler friendly plates and cutlery. There are many kid friendly games. We provide a basketball, volleyball, and pickle ball set for a trip to nearby Mackay Park.

Our upper deck is an extension of our living space. Bistro lights, a high top dining table, and a modern patio set offer seating and ambiance to dine al fresco with a view of the lake. Come grill on our lower deck while taking in the incredible view.

We are located in a very quiet, but lovely neighborhood. Take a stroll down our road with peeks of the lake along the way. Please respect our neighbors and follow the quiet after 10pm guideline.

Our guests safety is our top priority. Do not sit or stand on balcony railings.
Use caution when going up and down the two sets of stairs and always hold the handrails. Our cabin was built in 1948 and has steep staircases. If you have children with you, you are responsible for their safety at all times.

The lake itself and it's surrounding trails are private and cannot be accessed by visitors. You can enjoy views of the lake from the village, surrounding restaurants, Mackay Park, and a variety of hiking trails. Book a boat tour on the Arrowhead Queen or a lesson with McKenzie Water Ski School. Nearby Lake Gregory is open to the public and allows for Duffy boat, kayak, canoe, and paddle board rentals. They have an inflatable obstacle course and water slide as well. Green Valley Lake also offers pedal boat rentals, fishing, and a swimming area for the family.

Any aspect of the home or property including, but not limited; infrastructure, features of the home/property, toys, games, equipment, appliances are to be used at your own risk.

Please understand that weather, road conditions, and power outages are beyond our control. Be prepared for inclement weather!
Please monitor weather conditions closely when planning a visit to our cabin during the winter, and make sure you are equipped to both reach and leave the cabin safely within the established check-in and check-out times. AWD/4WD and/or snow chains are required during inclement weather. We will try to help you in any way we can from our remote position, but know that ultimately your hosts are not liable for Mother Nature. Nature is not always predictable and plow schedules can vary.

* We provide extra fans & space heaters to make all guests comfortable throughout the seasons.

We are in the mountains and sometimes we encounter bugs in or around the property. We take caution to have the cabin sprayed inside and out with an eco friendly bug spray. We do our absolute best to remain bug and critter free throughout the year.
