This gorgeous 4500sq ft oceanfront home is quiet and private and features gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops, tile floors, satellite Direct TV, Central Air Conditioning, Wireless Internet, hand-carved mahogany doors and cabinetry, top of the line furniture, back-up generator, potable tap water, huge windows, high ceilings, great room with 25 Foot ceiling that opens to second floor. Great Room also features wet bar with granite, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with GE Profile appliances, indoor dining area

Backyard features an amazing in-ground pool with large rock waterfall, spacious covered and non-covered patio, lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen with gas grill & bar with bar fridge and ice maker, an eating area, an outdoor ceiling fans, walk-out from Master Bedroom to pool deck & spa. Below the pool deck is an outside shower, rinse tanks for diving gear and a great porch swing overlooking the water.

There are 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, 2 king Beds with ocean views & en-suite bathroom, 1 queen bedroom with ocean views & en-suite bathroom plus 1 Queen Bedroom and full bath. Cozy and relaxing

Everything you need is right there, even if you want to excercise just take a walk to the beach and come back, the hill will make you burn some calories 😃. The house is really nice, the outdoor is gorgeous enjoy some sunset from the deck by the ocean.

Fabulous home.

The home was well appointed and beautiful inside and out. We had everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was great as close to West Bay yet a private area.

Loved our stay!

Great property. Very clean has everything you need. Beautiful pool and patio area to hang out at. Very safe neighborhood. It’s a walk to the beach up a big hill, but we did the walk 2-3x a day with no issues. Woukd recommend property.

Most Amazing Family Vacation

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Casa Cascada. The views are breathtaking, the house was more than I could have imagined. The property managers were wonderful to work with…the house was very clean and well stocked. Very close to the beaches, water taxis & restaurants. It was a dream come true ☺️

Beautiful House

Beautifully furnished and a perfect fit for our family. Well designed with good space for everyone. Kids loved the pool. Great safe and private location, but not walkable to West Bay Beach. Kismet Beach Bar at the nearby Meridian is excellent and they have a small private beach that the kids enjoyed while we had dinner. The only mishap was the night before checkout and departure the house storage tanks ran out of water, but the property manager had water delivered midmorning the next day. Beautiful property and would recommend.

Perfect house for our girls trip!

We had 6 friends staying at the house celebrating our 40th birthdays and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was exactly as advertised. Super clean and had everything we needed. The management team was extremely responsive and helped us set transportation and chefs dinner at the house before we arrived. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We walked to the nearby resorts to use the beach entrances and set up a snorkel adventure. We used the spa at the Grand Roatan and it was amazing. We were so glad we booked a house with a pool and could lounge and float on our own time. As 6 tired moms, we loved to relax by the pool all day. This house was perfect for our girls trip but would be great for couples and families as well. We would definitely come back to Casa Casada!

relax in Paradise

THis house was perfect for our family of six. My two daughters, a boyfriend, my elderly mother and my husband. My mom had the first floor so we didn't have to worry about stairs and she had her own bathroom. We also had our own bathroom and outdoor porch. The kids had the second floor and they loved it. They took pictures everywhere--inside and out! The outdoors is just as nice as the indoors. The beach was within walking distance but because my mother is elderly, we did not do it but the kids did and they loved it. The neighborhood could not be safer--I was able to go running every morning for 3 miles and then do a workout by the water on the outdoor deck. It was the perfect paradise to relax in!

Christmas Holiday

Check in/out process flawless. Communication with property management excellent! Home is beautiful, met all expectations. Pool area and outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining! Only negative feedback: The three guest bedrooms (NOT MASTER BEDROOM) have very hard beds. In desperate need of a pillow top or memory foam topper. Very hard to sleep more than 5-6 hours on them. Beds were slept in by the following ages with the same feedback. 19 y/o, 24 y/o, 48 y/o. Additionally, I would recommend hiring a local driver as the walk to and from west bay is up a very long and steep hill. Great stay! Highly recommend the property!

Gorgeous and private Roatan property

I stayed with a group of friends at Casa Cascada in August 2022 - we loved every moment of our time there! Tasha was incredibly helpful leading up to the trip, answering all of my logistical questions and providing us with information on excursions and other experiences. The check-in and check-out processes were quick, informative, and on time, and the property itself was absolutely beautiful. Island House works with Marty for transportation, and he couldn't have been more reliable. Any time of day or night, Marty was there within 15-20 minutes to pick us up. Thank you for making our stay in Roatan unforgettable!

Great location. Quiet area that's close to everything

This property is in the perfect location if you want to be able to have a quiet day by the pool or if you want to go to where the action is you're just a few minutes away. The property has all the amenities you could ask for and it was very clean when we arrived. The property manager was very professional and was ready for our arrival. I would highly recommend this property for a family or small group.

Beautiful vacation home

A most beautiful 4BR 4BA home on the windward side of Roatan in West Bay. Our daughter loved it when the gardener cut open a coconut into which she put lime juice and ice and shook it all together! We walked to beautiful coral reefs!

Beautiful OCEAN FRONT HOME

Home was great for 4 adult couples. We only have one issue with the home. The listing says there are 4 bedrooms , two King and two Queen. That is inaccurate. There are two King and 1 Queen and 1 Double. That made it hard for one couple to sleep. Management Company did arrange our excursions well except for the transportation was always late. We stopped using their transportation after 3 days and arranged our own.

Incredible beach house!

This house is a showstopper!! Super clean and super well stocked with everything you could need. We loved that it was close to a nearby beach and beach bar. Walkable to town and just a short cab ride to west end. Couldn’t say enough great things about this place.

Roatan Trip

The house was perfect. We were a party of 4 guys there for our annual dive trip. Each of us were able to have our own rooms. We felt completely at home. The great room is large with a nice TV. Fully stocked kitchen. The back yard has a beautiful pool with waterfall and an outdoor kitchen. Rocky shore line but on calm days you can snorkel there. There are 2 dive sites within 100 yards from shore.

Roatan @ It's Best.

Beautiful property, perfect location, all the amenities you can think of. Spent NYE with family in a perfect setting, the outdoor area is the highlight, almost feels like you are on a sailboat in the ocean. Only caveat that has nothing to do with the property or management, is the next door construction, which can cause some noise, easily remedied by running the "Cascada" (waterfall) to eliminate the noise. Would not hesitate to go back. Thank you for the use of this amazing property.

Awesome way to spend the Holidays!

Our stay at Casa Cascada couldn't have been better! It began before our trip with great communication with Ruth, Brad & Jannel (on site concierge) and continued all the way through check out. The house is just as listed and had plenty of space for our group of 10. At check-in, Jannel met us and walked us through everything and made sure we were all settled in, The house was very clean and comfortable. Jannel had done all the grocery shopping for us beforehand so we could just relax when we got there. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen had all the utensils, pots & pans and servingware that we needed. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't there. The house is in a great area - very safe and quiet. We walked to the beach at the Meridian and the Grand Roatan resort in under 10 minutes (and that is with 5 kids). If the water is calm enough you should snorkel off the dock at the house - just amazing - but it can be hard to get in and out of the water if the water is rough. Don't feel like you have to rent a car, vans are easy to set up with Marty through Jannel. The house is on rainwater collection and sisterns which are filtered and UV treated, but not RO. We didn't have any problem with it but there was also 5 gallon jugs that supply of purified water and are replaced as needed throughout the week. I know that I've missed things, but I couldn't recommend this property more. Can 't wait to return!

Fabulous house with a gorgeous view!

We walked in the house that smelled so clean and a beautiful view of the water! Julio was fantastic who helped with reservations for dinner & set us up with a driver. You do not need to rent a car, they give you a cell phone to call drivers to go anywhere you want. The kitchen is well equipped with everything. They have endless filtered water available. The ice maker works great we kept making ice & putting it in the freezer so we were set. Pool area with a view is beautiful. The pool isn’t huge but worked well for 8 of us. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with their own bathrooms & the other one has a bath close by. It was great they allowed you to use the washer & dryer. Be sure to visit Kismet the restaurant right by the Meridian hotel within close walking distance. Perfect for the first night you arrive. Try the basil smash drink! They had great tacos too.. I recommend Oasis Gula & LaLa restaurants. Do not eat at Lily Pond, not sure how trip advisor gave this place any good review. They literally seat only 2 tables a night. We had 6 at our table & they messed up both our orders. Just a weird place. Guys went diving during the day so the girls got day passes to different resorts where we enjoyed the pool,beach & lunch. Check with Julio as to which ones offer it. I highly Recommend this house (we do rent a lot) for 8 or less people. A few suggestions they need a mirror in the bedroom without the bath attached, a few noodle floats for the pool, a few more pillows available & they need to supply more than 1 beach towel each. We did ask & they brought more right over. We felt very safe in Roatán & the house is a great price especially split by 4 couples👍🏼. If you are there to dive use Blue Island Divers, Eric White. The guys raved about them & Maria who set them up. They even scheduled pick ups at the house everyday. Enjoy your stay!

Excellent property with beautiful views

I couldn't speak more highly of this property. We stayed here as a group of 10 and loved every minute of it. The place has everything you could want and most importantly is very secure. The views from the pool are outstanding and certainly worth waking up early for. The place is huge so you can easily fit a large family or group of friends in here. We also must make a particular mention of Fernando who manages the property. He is without doubt one of the most helpful people I have met. He went out of his way to organize trips and make recommendations to us. Thank you Fernando - hopefully our paths cross in the future!

Beautiful house, overlooking the ocean and the reefs. Perfect location for adventures and relaxing!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at Casa Cascada. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The swimming pool and deck were a wonderful place to relax and enjoy looking out at the ocean. There was always a breeze coming off the water so we never got hot. The home was spacious for our group of 6. The beach was only a 3 minute walk away, with a bar and restaurant under a palapa where you could order drinks to be delivered to your lounge chair. There was a private sunset chapel we discovered, located 2 minutes from our house, where we watched the sun set almost every night. For our first trip to Roatan, this was the perfect location for going to the beaches, doing activities, and just hanging out. We LOVED it!

good vacation

The property is beautiful. It is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. It states it sleeps 12 which it does, however it does not sit near 12 people in the living room or at the dinning room table. It does not have a safe and we felt a false sense of security with the alarm system. Jewelry even though hidden was stolen as well as some clothes. There wasn't enough cutlery, beach towels or dishes we found. We often ran out of toilet paper as well. internet and power outages were often and not necessarily the fault of the property managers. We did have a generator so we were not without power but would not have AC or use of the dryer when there was outages. The house is very clean and has a beautiful ocean view. We were disappointed to find out the beach was not ours but for the community and was a short walk away. We wanted beach front. Brad was very helpful with everything. Having a maid who is also willing to cook the odd meal for you would be nice. Brad did provide us with that but her cooking skills lacked somewhat. We do recommend this property providing the owners get a safe. Bananarama was not a very helpful dive centre and didn't appear to care about your safety, needs or whether or not the had your business. With power outages restaurants were without power as well which lead to long delays and no light whatsoever to see what you were doing. Highly recommend Free radical catamaran boat tour. Amazing food and staff. Beautiful snorkelling everywhere. The dolphin swim was awesome. Remember you get what you pay for, so book with professional companies for fishing and diving.
