Family Beach Vacation 2025.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time at this condo was very enjoyable. There was plenty of room for all of us. The only thing we had a problem with was the bathroom. We have a family member who is wheelchair bound so we had an issue getting to the toilet. Besides that we had a great time.

If I could change anything it would be to change king room and full bed room so kids would not be first room by front door. That would also keep two king rooms sharing a bathroom since full room had access from their room to second bath.

The condo was clean and ready when we arrived!!The property was very well kept as well (always saw employees cleaning around the property non stop)!The rental property had a lot of room for all of us. We loved the shared bathroom between the master bedrooms. The other room was also great! It had 2 ways to get into the bathroom from hallway/bedroom). Beautiful views from the large balcony with enough sitting as well. Everyone was nice! (families and staff) Easy checking in and checking out process!! Beach service was amazing. Overall, it was a 10 out of a 10!The only thing I would say is that the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and coffee maker should be updated. We are cooking people and some equipment weren’t up to our standards. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it be nice to update the kitchen utensils and pots and pans. We will definitely be back!!!

Pelican Walk always beautiful, this unit needs work though!!!

Plugs don’t work .. needs paint.. bathrooms really need attention!

Could be a nice place

Mold in the bathroom (which I cleaned some of it up myself); did not feel safe in the neighborhood; there was no security at any time. Gates to the beach were left open, no codes needed. The dog walk area is a good distance from the condo. The washer broke down. Help was sent immediately upon our contact. The smaller bathroom could use some better lighting. We found the "smart" tv's were not so smart. Even our techy son could not get them working correctly. We found it strange that the 2 master suites shared a bathroom. Never have seen that before! In the long run, our grands had a grand time & that is what was most important. However, I doubt we'll stay at this particular location again.

It's a nightmare on checkout day! Elevators have a few issues and with a bad knee that isn't fun. Would definelty recommend to anyone looking for a place away from busy areas.

Only is the socket is loose, i cant plug in my iphone plug cable. Sockets in master bedroom need to be updated... overall is good Thank You Pelican Walk - it is our second time staying here 🥰 greatful for the stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was ok. Beautiful pictures. Needed more pots and pans. All the walls needed painting. Sheetrock work that was done prior to our visit was not painted over. You really can’t see but a piece of the ocean from our balcony. The small 1st bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and mold around the top of the shower wall. The room overall was good. It served its purpose. It accommodated my family. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked amazing. I would stay at Pelicans Walk again but I would stay in the center of the building so I could see all the ocean. Thanks for letting us stay there.

And I don't know what they use for chemicals but I did not react nor smell any. It was great having pools when the gulf was too rough. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful. The place was well maintained. And I felt totally safe if I needed to go out at night with the dog. Thanks for making this special destination vacation flawless for us.

Nice but dirty

Air vents were filthy shower curtains were full of mold. Frying pans were useless everything would stick even with oil in them. Floor had to be swept before we moved in. Furniture was dirty. Overall I would think no one cleaned it prior to our arrival
