Pinnacle manages multiple homes in the Breckenridge and all of our properties are clearly marked as such on VRBO and in all correspondence. We do not send access information until the home is ready on the day of arrival as these are changed frequently for security purposes. Our records indicate that we emailed access information at 3:30pm on the day of your arrival. As for the plowing, March has provided a historical amount of snow. A berm of snow formed at the base of the drive from the town plowing the streets. The snow plow had cleared the driveway earlier that day but we did have more snow fall in the meantime. He came back the next day to clear it again as part of his rounds. That being said, all of our homes come with a shovel should issues like this occur and the need be more urgent. We also did have one of our staff members come out to hand shovel for you later that night so the driveway was more accessible per your request.
