Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our home was in the perfect location and was beyond stunning. The decor, the layout, every inch of space in this home was dreamy, cozy, upscale, and for lack of a better word...dazzling. We have stayed in Watercolor twice a year for almost a decade and this home was by far our absolute favorite. Royal Destinations made every step/process seamless and had outstanding customer service. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely stunning home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is immaculately furnished and decorated. Close proximity to beach club, town center and Seaside. We had large group (kids aged 10 to 20 yrs), so we cooked and ate dinner at home every night. Kitchen was missing a few essentials, but we made it work: no scissors or rubber scraper/spatula, most pots/pans missing lids. The ice maker was great; we used it constantly. You will not be disappointed with this spacious, beautiful home!

Perfect WaterColor Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed along 30A and specifically in WaterColor so many times over the past years and this home at 313 Western Lake was by far the best house we have ever rented. The home is in perfect condition and the quality of the furnishings, decor, etc throughout the home was all top-notch. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. It was wonderful to have a pool at the home and the only negative thing that I could say is that the edges of all the steps on both ends of the pool are very rough and nearly everyone in our group got cuts and scrapes on our feet/legs from them. We would definitely rent this home again and after having stayed there for 2 weeks it was difficult to leave!!

Watercolor!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in Watercolor in early June 2026. The house was amazing and very well located. It was only a short walk to the beach club. We had two families in this house and there was plenty of space, and some. The private pool is a great touch! Royal Destinations was great to work with. They were responsive before, during, and after our trip. We had a crib delivered for our son and they helped facilitate both the dropoff and pickup.
