Though spacious, the home has the cozy charm of a classic Florida beach house, nestled in the peaceful, gated Old Florida Beach community—complete with a pool, beach access, and scenic paths along Draper Lake.

Lined with artsy villages, coastal lakes, upscale boutiques, eclectic beach bars, and world-class restaurants, Florida's Scenic Highway 30A has something for everyone. This unique destination has 25,000 acres of protected habitats. Among many things, this area is known for its family-friendly environment and is home to the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. The Timpoochee Trail bike path connects all the villages of 30A. Be sure to take your bike out and explore!
