Done Inn - Done Right

We had such a great time and enjoyed our stay. My family and friends loved the unit on the beach. We had some issues initially, but Solely Beach Rentals addressed everything for us right away. They are super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed being in this lovely home. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. Staying in a gated community with a private beach provided added security and peace of mind, especially while enjoying watching the children play in the sand and ocean. We were very glad we selected this vacation rental.

Wonderful Accommodations

We would definitely stay at Done Inn again. It's a great location right on the water and had enough parking for 4 vehicles. The home itself offered everything we needed or wanted. Bonus was the ice maker in the laundry room. The only complaint we had was the mattress in the bedroom off the kitchen, which is broken down and needs replacement. No other complaints. All in all, it was fabulous, and we had a fantastic week.

We loved the house and location right on the beach! The description was pretty accurate and overall the house was in very good condition. Having a mostly private beach was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again

Excellent!

House was beautiful and clean with a great view. The private beach was beautiful and never crowded. Also, the little kids in our group loved the community pool which was very convenient to the house.

Excellent!

Our family had a fabulous Spring Break in your lovely Done Inn. We especially appreciated the ice machine and second refrigerator! Living area worked perfectly for us, and beach access was great. We would certainly stay here again!

Done Inn was just as beautiful in person as online. The kitchen is fabulous and well stocked; has extras such as pancake griddle, margarita maker, knife block, sheet pans, stock pots, measuring cups, high chair, wine fridge etc. Staff very friendly and easy to work with for check in/out and repair of an AC unit. An extra fridge and commercial ice maker were wonderful too. House has comfortable beds and a pack & play for babies. The porches were our favorite part, along with the private beach just steps away. The included bikes and beach chair sets were appreciated. We would love to return to this area and property.

The Perfect Getaway Location!

We had a fantastic week at the Done Inn with our group of nine. The views were spectacular and there was plenty of space for everyone. The shared areas (family room, kitchen/dining, and porch) were comfortable and big enough to gather as a group. The kitchen was perfect for takeout or gourmet meal preparation, and the ice maker in the lower level ensured that every beverage was cold! Access to the beautiful private beach was close and easy. We so appreciated everything the Solely team did before our trip and during to make sure it was a great week for all - they are great! We highly recommend the Done Inn and Solely!

Excellent stay at Done Inn

We had a fabulous one week stay at Done Inn. The house and the location exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious… all contributing to make this our best beach vacation ever. The large kitchen provided everything that we could possibly need. The amazing porch overlooking the beach was our favorite gathering place. We plan to be back next year!!

Great week on the beach

Everything was wonderful. Everything we needed was there (grill, bikes, beach towels,stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc.). Communication was easy as was getting in and out of house. This complex felt very safe and we saw the security guard on numerous occasions. There was easy access to the beach and pool. We loved everything about this place.

Amazing Home!

If you want a house on a beach, this is the one! Gated community and easy access to beach! Located in the perfect spot with little traffic and only minutes away from restaurants and shopping! Loved our trip!

Annual 30A Visit

My large family ranging from 3 years old to 80 years old was very comfortable in this house and we loved every minute of our vacation. There was ample seating in the living and dining for everyone. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the beautiful views from the patios. We took full advantage of the private beach everyday

Wonderful family vacation

This is our second time staying at this house. It has the space needed for the family and the view is incredible. Love that it's directly on the beach and the community pool is never crowded. Well stocked kitchen but could use a new set of skillets and pots and pans. Love the ice machine and the second refrigerator.

Location was great. House was nice, but the room with the bunk beds is a converted garage so it does not have an air vent into the room and is too warm.

Thanks so much for staying with us! We wanted to point out this is a little confusing to us because the bunk room absolutely has ceiling HVAC vents! We will add photos for future reservations so they can clearly see them! The bunk room if anything can get too cold! So its very possible either a door was left open or someone CLOSED a vent too much and it got warm? I wish we would have been told while you were staying so we could have helped remedy the situation as its definitely not a normal concern! Thanks again!

Excellent!

We had the best week, with family and beautiful weather. The Done Inn was the perfect house for our family. Everyone had their own space. Plenty of area to enjoy meals together, and the beach porch was amazing. Saw dolphins everyday. We will be back next year in this exact same house.

Great location, home needs work

The location of this property was amazing. The private beach was super nice with no crowd. The house could have been cleaner, there was mold growing on the a/c vents, it wasn’t horrible but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Thank you for the honest review and we very much appreciate the feedback after your departure! I wish we were told about this during your stay because cleaning a vent takes 5 minutes and we would have been more than happy to send a housekeeper over at your convenience any time! The metal air vents in the summer stay cold when it runs often and when the beachfront units have their doors left open the humid air off the ocean makes the cold metal vents sweat and this moisture allows mildew to grow over time. We certainly clean them routinely and keep an eye on them, but we do occasionally miss one so we are sorry for that! We appreciate you letting us know on your departure about it and we cleaned it immediately. Certainly not acceptable but a very easy fix!
