the view was awesome, the beds were awesome, with the exception of the bunk beds, they were terrible. I would rate for how clean the condo was a 3, needed to be cleaner. However the HOST was the BEST!!! Always available to answer any question, or help solve any issue, very kind, patient and personable. Would recommend, will use this rental service again.

Perfect location

Room was clean and close to elevator. 18th floor was nice view! Quick walk to Pier Park. Would definitely stay in this condo unit again!😁

Great Room for a Family

Room looked exactly like the pictures! Loved the bunk beds room for the kids, great views, plenty of space, and overall great room! The owner was great to communicate with as well!!!

Everything was just as described. The place was very clean and beautiful! Walking distance to several restaurants and of course the mall.

Close to Everything

Safe and quick walk to Pier Park. The Emerald Hub has EXCELLENT food and quick service. Definitely recommend!

Loved this condo!

The location was fun with lots to do - right in the heart of the action. Great for our teens! The condos was clean and well decorated. Everything as indicated on the listing. Would stay again!

Wow

So happy with our stay at 1804. It is around the corner from the elevators which was convenient. And everything in the condo was updated. Would definitely choose this place again!!

Beautiful vacation

We loved the property-everything was too-notch-beautiful decorations and wonderful view!! Plenty of towels, dishes, glasses , silverware, and pots and pans. So clean and the beds were super comfortable!! We had a minor problem with our dishwasher and Teresa was there within 1/2 hour! Stellar customer service! Highly recommend-would stay there again and again!!!

The location was great and the condo was nice. However there was very little detergent, toilet paper, or paper towels provided. No laundry detergent. Nothing to clean counters with. The floors didn’t seem very clean either. Had to go to the store just to have enough essentials and cleaning supplies for a 5 day stay.

This condo is within walking distance of Pier Plaza, making it the perfect location for my teenage kids to walk or fish. We encountered a few issues at first, including the cleanliness of the condo, a broken coffee maker, and a broken vacuum. However, our host sent someone the next day to address the cleaning issue. When I requested a crockpot, they also delivered one along with a new coffee maker the following day. I wish there had been more pans available, especially for families like ours that cook breakfast daily. Overall, we will definitely book this condo again.

Great location to walk around Pier Park!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent! Everything else was good as well. Could have been a little cleaner but it does get rented out to different families on a regular basis so it was understandable. The building could use another elevator to say the least. Wait times were ridiculous at certain times of the day, but not always. Overall it was a great rip and I would recommend this as a place to stay.

Amazing trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo exceeded our expectations! Super clean, beds were comfortable, and it’s updated! Erin was amazing to deal with! Very helpful and quick to respond. My only complaint with our stay was the elevators. It was very crowded which made the wait times ridiculous for elevators. Security presence was nice. Facilities stayed clean even with the crowds. Loved our stay and very pleased with Jet Coastal Vacations!

Nicely decorated but that’s about it.

The condo was nicely decorated but was not clean. It was clear that whoever cleaned it only does a surface level cleaning. The dishes looked like they had been put away dirty, the appliances were dirty on the inside, and even the drawers had food caked on the sides. The mattresses in all three bedrooms were terrible. I realize that this is opinion but out of the six of us, zero had a good night sleep. The wait for the elevators was not bad but parking was awful. The pools were not clean and the tiki bar area smelled like garbage. The kids were yelled at for throwing a ball in the pool and adults were told we couldn’t have drinks in the pool area. The beach chair crew was very friendly and accommodating but the fact that other people were allowed to set up canopies and umbrellas/chairs right in front of the rental chairs not only made us feel like we were smashed in like sardines but also blocked the view of the water. As far as the location goes, traffic was a nightmare and and police and fire vehicles were kept busy at all hours of the day. I thought this would be a good destination for my teens but I didn’t feel safe having them walk around by themselves. We actually ended up leaving a day early just to get a break from what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I feel like I paid luxury prices for a run-down experience. I’ve stayed in several VRBO rentals in the past but this is the first time that I was not happy with our stay.

Fall break 2022

I got a message from the property manager while still on our drive there saying the condo was ready and we could check in early. That was great! Upon arrival, everything looked good other than it seemed the housekeepers rushed through their cleaning process. There were wrappers still on the floor and hair still in the shower...GROSS! But, We didn't let that ruin the vacay. The master closet light was out so I messaged the property manager and she had it fixed within the hour. We have been coming to PCB for 6 years and usually every condo we stay at has toys for the beach. This one did not...bummer. We purchased some and left them there so hopefully the next guest with children will be able to use them. The biggest complaint I had was the master bed. I have sores on my hips from the mastress springs and my back is all jacked. I would highly recommend to the property manager to invest in a new master mattress. You would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for that. Overall though, very nice condo. Thank you for letting us stay.

Other than the difference in price it was nice.

We rented two condos. The condos had the same floor plan. Same place. I paid $900 more. The fees are ridiculous.
