Mission Beach is San Diego's classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. Bayside Bungalow is located in Central Mission Beach on the bayside of Mission Blvd. The Bay is located about 25 yards from this home and the ocean is right across the street about 100 yards.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking at this apartment and fines will be issued for violating these rules. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. Due to our vibrant location and proximity to the beach, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest.
There are Rig cameras (Recording Devices) for your safety located outside the units and recording 24/7. This is for your safety and the safety of others.

This Upstairs Beach bungalow is appointed with quality upgrades that include updated bathrooms, updated kitchen, comfortable queen size beds and a big living room with a big Smart TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential to cook and prepare a gourmet meal. It's Located approximately 25 yards from the Bay side of Mission Beach and 100 Yards from the Mission Beach Boardwalk (Pacific Ocean).
Each bedroom has its own smart TV and an en suit bathroom fully equipped with all the amenities you would expect in your own home. We have stocked it with quality hotel towels, beach towels, hair dryer, Iron and Ironing board, shampoo/conditioner and soap. We have High speed Internet and designated parking spot in the garage for a small to medium car. The apartment sleep 4 comfortably but we also provide a high quality 8 inch queen Blow Up Mattress for the living room as the 3rd bed option which is available in one of the closets.

HOME IS PET FRIENDLY, pending approval. To be considered for approval, your pet must be a small-medium dog. A Non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be applied if we have to do extra cleaning for do because of the pet. Examples would be Urin/soil stains or excessive hair or sand because of the pet. We offer keyless digital entry and private access to your beach cottage. You may come and go as you please. There are no keys to lose, just a simple 4 digit passcode to remember. The 900 square foot apartment also has a huge deck with a set of Table and chairs and other available seating so you can relax outside. We have also provided a BBQ for you to be able to cook your own meals outside. The host will provide a full Propane tank but if another one is needed Just let us know. It has a small One car garage that will fit a small to medium car.
