Should you wish to cool off in a pool, this property comes with an 2025 amenity package. Located 2.7 miles, a 6 minute drive, this package includes an amenity card and a lanyard for access to the beach club that has 3 pools, one indoor heated during the winter months. One pool has a Tipsy Turtle Tiki Bar during peak season. There are several tennis courts, free putt putt, exercise room, basket ball, pickle ball, and more. The Cabana House is on the beach with covered picnic table use, showers, beach volleyball, and bathrooms. There are umbrellas and chairs available for rent during the summer season. There is golf cart and car parking availability here.

The 2025 amenity card is usually $275 a week for guests of the island. We hope you enjoy this added feature with no charge. We do ask that if you lose either the card or the lanyard, to pay to have it replaced. Fee is $500.00. I plan to renew the amenity card for 2026.

Enjoy the lower deck covered area with cozy seating area, ping pong table, tether ball, outdoor fridge, and 2 outdoor shower areas. One is enclosed with hot water. Wash away the sand before heading back upstairs.

Walk to several great restaurants, gas station, grocery store and more. Bike and golf cart rentals are just a 3 minute walk to the house. Lots of beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella and more for you in the downstairs owners closet. This is an amazing locatin for any family or friends of any ages.

A car tag for the state county park less than a mile away is included for a vehicle for up to 8 individuals for entry. There are beautiful beach accesses, outdoor restrooms, a beautiful gift shop, and free wifi room. Many picnic tables for larger gatherings.

A membership to the local Serpantarium is included as well during their season. Please check their website for more information on dates that they are open. This gets 2 adults and 2 kids in for free or 1 Adult and 3 kids. You can purchase tickets with the membership for a 10% discount if you have more in your party. Save 10% on the gift shop as well.

*Sheets, towels, and dish towels are provided, and included in the linen fee. Sheets and Towels will be freshly laundered and beds are made and ready for your arrival. To rent sheets and towels here on the island would be $303.00 alone if I did not provide this service. A starter cleaning pack of dish detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Please bring your own Beach Towels and personal toiletries. Depending on the length of your stay, you may have to replenish the items in the starter packet during your visit.

There is a pack and play and highchair in the bunk bedroom closet.

Guests are to remove personal possessions upon vacating the premises. Please remove used sheets and towels and place them in the dirty bin outside on the back porch upstairs. Please leave coverlets and pillow shams on the beds. Wash dishes and put them away, clean out both refrigerators and freezers. Remove trash and put it into the two rolling cans downstairs. No need to roll the carts out.

Unfortunately, the town of Edisto, has had problems with Golf Carts and no longer allows visitors to bring their own. Please call Edisto Town Hall (843-869-2505) or refer to their website for more information. www.townofedistobeach.com You may rent one on the island just a short walk from the house.

Lights out for turtles between May1st to October 31 from dusk to dawn. The town has an ordinance prohibiting artificial light that can disorient sea turtle hatchlings. No artificial light should illuminate any of the beaches during this time. Violators will be charged a penalty or be prosecuted. They will charge the violator and not the property owner.
