This ground floor, two bedroom, two bath, duplex, has an in-ground heated salt water pool and is located mid island in a quiet residential area with a 2 minute walk to Ft. Myers Beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It can accommodate six people. With enough living space to relax and unwind, this charming home offers a casual island feel. With easy entry on the ground level, a street side lanai gives you a nice spot to relax. This home has central climate control and recently updated 43" smart TVs in each room. It is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!

As you enter, the master bedroom is off the hallway in its own area. There is a queen bed, smart TV, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. The second bedroom is on the opposite end of the home, so privacy abounds. It has a king bed, smart TV, and a full bath is located just outside the room. With the living, dining and kitchen offering an open concept, it maintains an airy feeling. Prepare home cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax and watch a movie in the living room. There is a sleeper sofa in case you have guests. Open the sliding glass doors in the dining area to step out to the backyard patio offering outdoor dining surrounded by palm trees rustling in the ocean breeze by the in-ground heated pool.

Head to the beach for a day of sun and fun at the seven miles of sugar sand beach that awaits you just across the street then come back to the house to cool off in your heated saltwater pool, which is fully fenced for your privacy. Relax poolside on one of the loungers or enjoy a cocktail at the water's edge. The pool is shared with the upper unit, which is also available for rent if you need additional space. There is plenty to keep you busy during the evening as well - start off by watching the beautiful sunsets. Estero Island has numerous restaurants and nightlife for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Take the trolley north to the beach front Junkanoo and Fresh Catch restaurants, or continue to Times Square for more shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. To the south is a theater where you can order a meal and relax in comfy swivel chairs. There is also the Santini Marina Plaza with unique shops and restaurants. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin, and sunset tours. Close by is the Fort Myers Beach golf course if a round of golf is on your agenda. Enjoy a day or evening out on the Big M Casino boat or take the ferry to Key West. Other close by things to do and places to visit include Sanibel Island, world famous for its seashells, Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
