Welcome to Catch a Wave! Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located at The Sanctuary at False Cape. Placing you only a few steps away from the warm sands of Sandbridge! Recently remodeled offering extra space for you and your family to spread out and relax. Take an elevator down and enjoy the Fitness Center, quiet library, or the outdoor grilling stations! Electric Vehicle outlet to unit space!

The Master Suite provides a large King bed, plenty of closet space, 45" smart TV, master bath and private
balcony.
Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, large closets and a 45" smart TV.
Bedroom #3 offers 2 twin beds, 1 twin rollaway, and a 35" smart TV!

3 Swimming Pools (open Memorial day to mid-September), and 2 Fitness Centers.

PLEASE NOTE: This condominium does all work during the off season.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS POOLS AND FITNESS CENTER MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (5/27/2023) THROUGH OCTOBER 1, 2023. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC.

Great stay!

We had a great time. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. Was perfect for a week long family vacation. The only complaint is we were only given two keys who can at times was not enough for everyone.

Disappointed but made the best of it

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was nice. Overall that property needs some work. It’s bizarre that the hot tubs all sit inoperable around the whole property and have for years as we were told by some owners at the pool. The parking garage is an absolute joke and the “maps” provided do not help in any way. In the unit itself, it would be helpful if there was a written explanation of where the storage unit is that contained carts that would have been helpful for move in when we arrived since there was NO carts provided by the property nor were we told about that. What a DISASTER that is!!!The unit wasn’t very clean. Sand in beds, black in tubs, floors were filthy and clothing was left in the drawers in the bedrooms.The lock on front door wasn’t functioning properly and the patio door lock was broken which was a bummer because it’s a side unit which is accessible from the hallway so for safety purposes it wasn’t ok. On the upside, the cleaning company and maintenance came and fixed some issues in the unit (which again was pretty nice overall) so that was nice of them to come and the cleaning company was actually the ones who showed us where he storage unit was. The property overall has A LOT of potential and could offer a lot to sandbrige while making a lot of money to help keep their HOA’s down BUT it didn’t seem like there were any plans of better utilizing the vacant spaces all around AND maintenance to the pool areas specifically to the hot tubs with eye sore orange cones sitting around. Glad we came bc once we got over all the initial things and were able to get situated, It was ok and a vacation we were fortunate to be able to take with our family but right now, I’m not sure we would go back.

Catch a wave

Parking was tight for two cars as our unit had one space. Location was great to pool and beach. Unit was beautiful and clean. The overall facility needed some general repairs and better housekeeping near pool and hot tub.

Ocean Sands

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last minute vacation with limited availability. Turns out we fell into a great experience. The rental company was flexible on check in and length of stay given last minute availability. The unit was updated and clean. Have stayed at the sanctuary many times and is possibly the best unit of any we have stayed.Only negative was the storage closet was filed with things including a shopping cart which made storing our own things more difficult.

Peaceful Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. In addition, one of our family members was in a wheelchair. The unit was easily able to accommodate it. Enjoyed our week.
