Mayflower trip
Property mgr did not reply to any requests. Candace replied well during booking but that was the only communication.
Dirty towels in laundry bin upon arrival.
No laundry or dishwasher detergent
Floors were dust y and had pet hair
No garbage liners. I asked Rosa. They didn’t have any.
No paper towels or tissues in the unit
No instructions on garbage drop
HVAC issues
Master bedroom was chilly with heat on.
No instructions if fireplaces functioned
Only one washcloth.
No TV instructions
No dish soap or kitchen cooking products
Several lamps throughout and in the bathrooms need replaced.
Ceiling fan remotes didn’t function
Vibration on the floor thru out the day.
Location was great. 1/3 block to the boardwalk.
Sliding glass door handle was loose
Door on the master bathroom 3 hinges was about to fall off.
Most rentals have a set of instructions, this unit had none. It was in the penthouse floor. Great view.
A modest investment to fix issues in the unit and some basic supplies would make this a great place.
I have stayed in units in 5 countries. This ranked near the bottom.
I would not return without significant improvements.
