Pawleys Poolside at Litchfield Resort

Summerhouse 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor in Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island with 2 queen beds in the master and a sofa bed in the living room. Amazing view of the pool from the balcony. Located behind this building complex is an amazing swimming pool complex complete with a kids pool, lazy river, hot tub, playground and hammock. This condo is a part of the resort and you will receive a gate pass to allow access to the gated portion of the resort. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features!

Come and have some fun in the sun! Just a 1/2mile walk to the beach on paved sidewalks.

The check-in process is simple with a key code so we do not need to physically hand you a key, but we are available in person if you need anything.

Litchfield by the Sea is walking distance to beaches, local eateries, shops and grocery stores. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens (the world's largest outdoor sculpture gardens) are located just 5 minutes North. Myrtle Beach(one of the country's top tourist destinations) is a 20 minute drive North and Charleston is 70 miles South.

*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
