The property is situated on a quiet residential street right by the water, specifically on the Cordoba Canal, which offers direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. From here, the nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva, and Pine Island, as well as the beaches of Fort Myers, are easily accessible by boat—ideal for those who love the water and want to explore the surroundings. The location in Cape Coral also offers easy access to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities.

Villa Cordoba is a luxurious vacation home that is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and features 4 cozy and stylishly furnished bedrooms, along with 3 bathrooms. At the heart of the home is the spacious master suite, equipped with a king-size bed and direct access to the pool. On the opposite side of the house, there are three additional guest rooms, each with a queen-size bed. These share two modern bathrooms, one of which has access to the pool area. Please note that the closet in the smallest guest room is privately used and therefore not available for guests.

The villa is modern and comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including linens, towels, beach towels, sun loungers, a gas grill, and beach gear.
