Walk to everything from this spacious 4 bedroom/3 bath Main Street home in the heart of Edmonds. Cook dinner in the well-stocked kitchen or walk a couple of blocks to a popular Edmonds restaurant for dinner followed by a visit to the Main Street movie theater. Relax fireside in the living room or walk to the beach for sunset. Staying downtown Edmonds is the BEST!

Between the large living room and family room, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The floorplan is open enough to feel connected but also allows for separation should you want that. Enjoy a fire and smores outside with the kids or send them in to watch a movie or play foosball while you enjoy some wine fireside. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need for a quiet weekend or a holiday meal.
Please note this home does not have air conditioning.

This is a great property for exploring Seattle & greater PNW.Edmonds is a fun place & the numer of places within a walk-able distance to this house was a real bonus! The views of the water are fantastic as you walk towards coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, retail stores,bakeries, child friendly parks & of course the beach & the Kingston Ferry.The house is extremely clean,well organized, very spacious with enjoyable space in the front & back yards. We used the gas grill a few times to grill fish which was great. The back deck is a relaxing spot to hang out or enjoy a meal. WiFi reception was strong. A few things to keep in mind depending on who is traveling...there are a few steps up & down in the house as its a split level. Someone lacking mobility would likely struggle. I think this info was in the listing. There is no AC which is generally not an issue in Edmonds however we had a warm 72 hour stretch (our stay was in Aug) when it was a little stuffy even with all the windows open. We borrowed a couple of large fans from family members who live in the area & problem solved. The house has a few small fans and one upright fan but we needed a few more to cover the bedrooms and living areas. We had no issues with street noise in the master bedroom nor with the downstairs bedroom h/ever family members who slept in the other 2 rooms with windows facing the street complained of loud car&street noise.Ear plugs are provided in the bathroom drawer.

Perfect Vacation Location

You really can’t ask for much more than what this property offered us for our stay.THE HOUSE:- Well appointed, spotless,functional, nice amenities, great for families.- Great dining table for meals and chat!- Awesome deck with seating, a nice grill, and a fun fire pit that we used one night.- The foosball table got a workout with spontaneous games.- Wi-Fi was strong and consistent, even with seven devices using it.- The Smart TV enabled us to use Netflix, Prime, etc. accounts easily.THE LOCATION:- A short walk to a vibrant downtown Edmonds, with its interesting shops and great restaurants.- Easy access to two train lines.you can walk to the Amtrak station, and it’s a 10-minute drive to the Lynwood station for the light rail that can take you to the University of Washington, downtown Seattle, the stadiums, and even the airport. Free parking at the station! As a senior, I traveled for 1 each way.- Despite it being one of the hottest weeks in Seattle, there was always a breeze and cool nights at this location.- The Yost pool is 5 minutes away, and the grandkids loved it!- Nice, quiet neighborhood.- We didn’t get to do all we wanted in Edmonds, so it looks like we will be back, only longer!COMMUNICATIONS:- Our hosts, Meaghan and Jeremy, could not have been more accommodating or responsive.- The initial letter and the on-site book tell you everything you need to know and do! No surprises!OVERALL:- Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything went perfectly!

Pre-Christmas Edmunds stay

This property is ideally situated in Edmonds Washington walking distance to downtown, which is full of eateries and attractions, as well as being very close to the ferry. The place is spotless and bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked for eating at the house if you choose to. We met the host and she is very friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying at this property and we will be staying many more times.

Spacious and charming

Loved this house. The main floor was cozy and conducive to my family gathering for meals and sitting around chatting. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, silverware etc. The upper floor had three bedrooms that were very nice. The beds were cozy and fresh and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. The lower level had a separate bedroom and half bathroom (with washer and drayer which was very handy as we like to travel light). There was also a space with a large sectional couch and TV. We were able to have space to gather and to be alone to recharge. Can't wait to come back.

Experiencing Edmonds

The property is in an excellent location for visiting Seattle and staying in a great small sea side town. The house has a nice kitchen and living and game room as well as a dining area. The backyard is private with a deck a gas grill and fire pit. The outside seating on the deck allowed for alfresco dining and great family conversations. We will consider this property for future Seattle trips.

Great place for family to gather

Clean and well-equipped home (including kid friendly stuff) in Edmonds. There are at least 3 coffee shops a short walk away. Playground 2 blocks away. A view of the sound and the Olympics make that short walk even more enjoyable.

Wonderful weekend in a lovely property

We had a "girls" weekend stay for 3 nights at this property. There were 4 of us. The layout of the house has great gathering areas, as well as enough room for good separation of space. Each bedroom was very nice with comfortable beds. The basement bedroom is small but well thought out and very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with dishware and cookware that is not worn out like you sometimes find in short term rental properties. The whole house was spotless. It was an easy walk into the little town, with lots of shopping and restaurants. Meaghan, out host, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The entire experience from booking to our stay was definitely 5 star. I would highly recommend this property for a trip to Edmonds.

Edmonds/Seattle

This property was clean and comfortable for my big family. The owners were outstanding on answering any questions and offering suggestions of things to do. The weather was great which allowed us to enjoy the great backyard and deck. The location was great for day trips into downtown Seattle and Mt Rainier or just chilling and walking into quaint downtown Edmonds to enjoy the shops or restaurants.

Beautiful home in great location

My family and my brother's family stayed here (4 adults and 4 young children in total) - the house had enough space, and the outdoor area in back was great when we had some extended family over one afternoon. The house is exactly as pictured, the location is great (we walked with the kids to downtown Edmonds on several occasions), and Meaghan was very responsive to any messages. We would stay here again next time we come to Edmonds.

Charming home with so many perks

We needed a place close to Seattle for my Niece’s wedding. This was perfect! Edmonds is a beautiful town with great restaurants and activities to do. Our host, Meaghan, was amazing and available when our flight was canceled and we needed to extend by a day. She has created a charming home that is inviting and warm. We hope to go back again! Perfect house and location

We stayed here with our three younger kids and had a wonderful time. The house was sparkling clean and a short walk to downtown Edmonds and the ferry and beach. It was well set up for young kids, with puzzles and games and a white noise machine. The beds were super comfy. My kids are already asking when we can go back. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely perfect for our family reunion

We had a long overdue reunion with brothers, sisters and spouses. Ok, we are all over 70+ yrs and had a zillion of stories with which to reminisce. Laughter abounded for 4 nights/days. House was perfect. Each couple to their own room. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The house was close enough to walk into town (although only a few of us attempted the walk ). Weather was chilly with light sprinkles so we didn't enjoy the backyard, but it was lovely. We will be back !!!

Great location and nice home

Loved this property. Everything in the house was great and the check in was super easy. Meaghan left me a nice goodie basket when we arrived. She’s very thoughtful. We were gathering for my birthday and she put up a happy birthday banner for me. We were also so close to downtown Edmonds that we could take a short drive/walk to get something good to eat downtown. Would 10/10 recommend if you wanna stay in that area.

Perfect home base for an Edmonds stay

We stayed here for two weeks in February - the location is perfect and walking distance to parks, downtown Edmonds, or the ferry terminal. Easy parking, and our hosts were extremely considerate, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

This location is very homey with plenty of space for relaxation. Appliances and amenities are fantastic. Owners are very accommodating and helpful with discovering local activities and locations to enjoy.

When we moved from California to the Seattle area, we immediately fell in love with Edmonds. It has such small town charm, but is also close to Seattle. It reminds us a bit of Southern California beach towns. We think you'll love it too!
