A favorite among guests! Courtyard at Avila is located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila is award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, cycling, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator, located in the middle of courtyard.

The condo is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo located a few short steps to family fun at the beach, several local wineries, and outdoor entertainment. This condo is sure to be a hit for families or a couples’ getaway.

This two story condo is comfortably decorated with neutral sandy beach décor with a splash of beach vibrancy. The condo features tile flooring and high-end finishes. An open floor plan unites the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is exquisite with gourmet grade appliances, and granite counter tops. The living room is equipped with TV for friends and family to gather around. Sliding door can be opened from the dining room to a balcony for a refreshing ocean breeze.

Three bedroom upstairs, fitted with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows, awaits you after a day at the beach or wine tasting from nearby wineries. Master suite has a king bed, two other bedrooms have queen beds. This condo sleeps 6.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements, however, the main living area is handicap accessible.

The location was so close to the Beach and restaurants! Loved that! Bedrooms in the back were very loud in the mornings though. I would suggest some standing fans be available so that white noice and cool air from the fans would allow you to shut the windows when it’s hot outside.

In the heart of Avila Beach!

Great location, walk to beach, restaurant, bars etc. Was very clean on the inside. Well stocked and very comfortable stay. I did not like that there was a huge facility where all the dumpsters are located in the back of the townhouse. You need to leave the sliding door shades closed so you don’t see it. This is The balcony where the grill is located and there is flys swarming around waiting for you to open the sliding door. Made it impossible to grill out there. The rest was very nice!

Great location

Took my teen daughter and their friends. Mellow and safe. The beach was right there and they could cruise around independently and I had no second thoughts about their safety. It has something for everyone with a family friendly feel.

Good location, but many issues

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a nice location, about a block from the beach and on the same block as many shops. There are however a few large inconveniences with the rental. First, it overlooks an alley that has dumpsters in it, so you can't open the windows or use the balcony be because of the smell. Secondly there are floodlights in the alley aimed at the unit which are on all night. We had to tape foil to the windows in two rooms to be able to sleep at night. Lastly there is no AC and the unit gets really hot fast, a problem made worse by the fact that you cannot open the windows on one side of the unit. We made it work, but would not rent again.

Great space for families, lights shine in the guest rooms all night long.

As always, Seven Sisters runs a great business; the pictures and location is perfect. I wish we would've known that the back of the unit is squished up against the delicious pizza shop next door. This means that the garbage truck will run through there for about an hour in the middle of the night to empty out the dumpsters under the railing of the unit and the lights from the restaurant will never shut off. The lights through the window aren't so bad once you can hang some blankets over the blinds. Even with that, I would stay again, without question.

Walk out the door and you are just steps to a coffee shop, restaurant, shopping, beach or park. The house was clean and comfortable. We had minor issues but the response and resolution was quick. The house does not have AC but nights are cool and there are plenty of fans. I would define stay here again.

My daughter is in Idaho, my son in Arizona, and we were not able to be together for Christmas. This was our delayed Christmas and it was wonderful. The weather was great and the condo was a great size for us all. The only downfall I came across was the amount of cookware for meals. My kids wanted home cooked meals and this was a little difficult with the amount and sizes of pots. Avila is an amazing beach and the small town is adorable. We will be back again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we stayed in Avila, though we’ve been to the Central Coast many times. This unit was very convenient; just a quick walk to the beachfront, stores and restaurants of Avila. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and well equipped. But it backs up to the back alley of one of the main restaurants of Avila, and the noise and smells from the restaurant are main memory of our stay. Food deliveries, garbage trucks, workers talking...it was ever present. If this type of activity doesn’t bother you much, the unit and the rental company itself were great. We prefer quieter settings. We will use Seven Sisters again, but I know now to ask more questions.

Best Condo Ever!

We absolutely love this condo. The beautiful furnishings & decor give you that resort feel. It's clean, quiet, safe & has all the benefits of home. The location is perfect! No need to drive anywhere. We were steps away from restaurants, wineries, an aquarium, playground & most importantly the BEACH! Absolutely love that I could just walk back & forth from the beach to the condo when needed. Definitely would recommend this condo to everyone & can not wait to stay here again.

Great condo, awesome location!

My family had a blast over the 4th of July weekend staying in this condo! It's just like it looks in the pictures and is located just steps away from the beach, pier, restaurants and shops. We went crabbing on the pier, enjoyed the live entertainment during the farmers market and our kids loved hanging out on the beach. Well worth the money.
