This is your personal vacation home. Located within a short walk or 4-minute bike ride to the Championship Woodlands Golf Course and scenic Deschutes River. Featuring an open floor plan with 2560 square feet of beautiful lodge style colors, great furniture, pine beam vaulted ceilings and plenty of light to bring the outdoors in. This incredible home has all the amenities you would expect at a premium destination resort. Five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. A well-equipped kitchen for the chef in the family and a large back deck so everyone can enjoy the warm weather.

On the main level are three bedrooms, an ensuite bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom, a king bedroom, and a queen bedroom. There is a full guest bathroom connecting bedrooms 2 and 3.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms that share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two comfortable pyramid bunk beds.

This great home is also equipped with an X-box with games, Ping Pong Table, 8 Person Hot Tub, 6 TVs, and 4 DVD Players. The living room boasts a 65" Smart TV with cable. The bunk room also has cable TV. All other TVs are smart TVs, ready to stream your favorite show. A large driveway and a three car garage will accommodate all your vehicles. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. This home will make sure your stay here in Sunriver is comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy!

We had a great week with family. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very easy to cook in. The BBQ and outside seating was used everyday. We will be renting this house again.

Family Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay here recently. The house was as advertised, was in a great location and accommodated 10 of us easily. The property management team was great to work with, very responsive to our questions and let us know ahead of time that the refrigerator was not working. We appreciated the heads up as we prepared accordingly. Thanks for a great time!

Great house, great time with friends

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and out were easy, the bikes and ping pong table were fun to use. The house was very well stocked and perfect. I emailed management about an issue with flies and they were quick to respond.

Great Pre- Christmas with all the Family!

We celebrated Christmas early so we all could be together in this wonderful 5 bedroom house. It was everything we expected and more! We look forward to doing it again in the future.

Great Sunriver Spot

Came out for a long weekend with a group of friends - the place was excellent for groups! Tons of beds, a hot tub, lots of seating space outside, and the rest of Sunriver just a cruiser bike ride away. Loved it!

perfect layout

we have a large family with different needs and everyone was very comfortable. the open layout makes it easy to feel connected to the whole family while you participate in different activities. but there is also plenty of space to get some alone time too.

Topflite 12 sunriver oregon

Great house for large group. Loved the long table for eating. About 3.5 miles walking to the village. 😀 Great deck. Great hot tub. Kids loved the garage with ping pong table. But, the beds are not very comfortable. New mattresses and this house would be perfect.

Beautiful and well kept!

The house was perfect for our teams bonding trip, plenty of room for the girls and coaches. One down side was the fire not functioning, but the heater worked great!

12 Topflight is not for Seniors in large family groups

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 14 family members staying at 12 Topflight for nights following Christmas. It was our first time at this location. The house is beautiful, but there are several reasons why I don't think that we will rent it again. The main one for my husband and me is the fact that there is absolutely no area for quiet reading or conversation. The only chairs in the house are the wooden dining room chairs and bar stools and two huge overstuffed chairs, a couch and a loveseat that were ALL in the combination living/dining area. My husband and I are in our 70s and because we needed a quieter area to relax, we were forced to go sit on our bed in the master bedroom to either read, watch TV or sleep. With my back problems, sitting on the bed just does not work for me for long, and since everyone else congregated in the living area around the tv and fireplace, there was no other place for us to go or be. We left after the 2nd night as we could no longer handle another day and night there. Another curious arrangement of the house was that the most direct way to the hot tub was through our bedroom/bathroom in the master bedroom. The others could go out the sliding glass door in the dining room, too, but they had to walk on a narrow dug-out pathway through the snow that was hard to navigate after dark, especially. The bedrooms were set up nicely, we thought, and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and pots and pans. We had to buy quite a few of the staples that are frequently provided in some of the other homes we have rented in the past... cooking oil, salt, sugar for coffee, etc. If not for my husband and my needs for some quiet space other than perched on our bed, the younger members of the family would have rated this as a good experience.

Even though the back patio faces the water treatment site it did not smell and we were not bothered by it. We liked how close the river was and the north golf course. There are a few things wrong with the house. The bed in one of the bedrooms needs to be fixed - it squeaks and makes a lot of noise when someone turns in it. The television in that bedroom did not work either. But the house worked for us this time.

We had 12 people staying at the house and it was very comfortable and large enough to accommodate us all. The location by the water treatment plant made for a bad smell in the air. The house needs some upgrades and repairs to make it better. The BBQ is rusted out and a fire hazard.
