Soulful Santa Fe

If you have the chance to stay at Casa Simpatica you will absolutely fall in love with the home and will not want to leave! The property is exactly as described, so well appointed and relaxing for a vacation getaway. It’s within walking distance to great restaurants, galleries and boutiques. The private patios are filled with beautiful gardens and textures. Truly the most peaceful spot we’ve ever stayed while visiting Santa Fe. Caroline was the perfect host, explained everything to us in great detail as well. Thx again for the spectacular time!

We love our friends from Texas who come to Santa Fe for a break! Their favorite restaurants were only 2 blocks away and of course the house was left in perfect order.

Perfect location!

We loved this place and especially the location. Property was lovely inside and out. Not sure there is a better location in Santa Fe…easy walk to both the Square/Plaza and Canyon Road.

Santa Fe is all about the Historic Plaza and Canyon Road so you can beat a location within 2 blocks of both places. We have Casa Perla, a beautiful 1 bedroom casita and the main 2 bedroom house is called Casa Simpatica. They can be rented separately or together as the Palacio Compound for the perfect location!

A patio is an extension of the living area especially in Santa Fe where the light and sun begs you to enjoy the outdoors. Whether for coffee in the morning or a margarita after a fun day, the patio is where you day begins and ends.

Excellent home in a perfect location

Just a short walk to the main square so you are never lacking for things to do. House was nicely decorated and well-supplied. Plenty of room for two couples. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous location, lovely accommodations., excellent service

We have been vacationing in Santa Fe for over 20 years, and we just had the best vacation ever. Lovely accommodations and truly can walk to everything - fabulous location. As a plus, the rental agent Caroline M. is the consummate professional and anticipates every need. Definitely would choose this rental again.

Casa Simpatica has a lush great front garden where everybody loves to have coffee in the morning or a beer in the afternoon. The back garden is New Mexico style with roses, a grill and dining table for a sunnier approach. Housekeeping is one of my most important services and a no. 1 priority. I want you to be comfortable in you home-away-from-home!

Great Santa Fe home in a perfect little cation for exploring

We had a wonderful stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. It is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The manager was quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up and we would love to stay here again. Hopefully next year!

Family Stay

My husband and I stayed at Casa Simpatica with our 3 year old and 6 month old girls. The location was excellent, perfectly walkable to both the Santa Fe downtown and Canyon Road. We will definitely be back. Caroline, the property manager, had great communication with us the entire time and was quick to fix the one issue we had with the property same day. The house is stocked extremely well - especially the kitchen. We loved our stay.

Casa Simpatica is a special home with design features for ease of living. Sometimes they need an extra adjustment, but one that I address immediately for my guests' comfort. It was a special weekend for these guests and with limited time, the location of Casa Simpatica allowed them to explore the Santa Fe Plaza and get their first taste of New Mexico.

Although the online description of the house is certainly accurate, it's hard to convey the actual charm, cleanliness, well-appointed decor, and peacefulness of this property. Completely accommodating, well managed, and beautifully maintained.

Fantastic!!

The house was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was very well appointed and the location was spectacular. Caroline met us upon arrival and departure and couldn't have been more lovely and professional. We will certainly be returning in the near future!

Aqui Santa Fe is fortunate to have the most wonderful guests. They found the best restaurants, walked all over, took the kids to Meow Wolf and everybody had a good time at Casa Simpatica. This is a special house in that it can take a family of four or a couple and be comfortable and big enough for each.

Loved it!

Loved everything about this home! Location: It was a short walk from the plaza, canyon road, restaurants and bars. Quick drive to grocery stores, museums, and Santa Fe opera. Decor: lovely furnishings, towels, sheets, beds, etc. Management: Caroline takes great care of her guests! We can't wait to go back!

Easy living in Santa Fe

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this two bedroom house. We walked everywhere from this location. On our walks, we found coffee shops, lunch destinations and fantastic dinner locations. Our dog was also very happy staying in this home because he was able to have a morning and evening walk in the cool weather of lovely Santa Fw.

Great Location

This is a nicely furnished house in walking distance to the Canyon Road galleries and other activities. The photos and description accurately represent the house and amenities. Enjoy sitting on the shady front porch as the sun goes down and watch the humming birds visit the garden...beautiful!

Another last minute birthday celebration! When he comes home from work, his bag is packed, the car is waiting and you are on your way to the airport (fly direct Dallas / Santa Fe)............he doesn't even know where he is going! Land in Santa Fe for a wonderful weekend of Champagne and relaxation.

Lives up to its name

We are grateful for the quiet, privacy, comfort and beauty of Casa Simpatica. We walked to the Plaza for the Chamber Music Festival and Desert Chorale concerts, as well as the museums and galleries, and our favorite restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dining room invites conversation and lingering over dessert. We felt welcome.

Wonderful Stay in Santa Fe

We were so delighted by this wonderful find. This house is amazing. It is so well stocked, in a great location and comfortably decorated. We stayed here for nine days and enjoyed every moment. We golfed each day and enjoyed the Paako Ridge Golf Course the best. Black Mesa GC and Marty Sanchez Public Course are full options too. Casa Simpatica is located close to all the place you want to visit in Old Town Santa Fe - Canyon Road, the Plaza, the Lencis Theatre and great restaurants like Geronimo, the Compound, Pasquales, Pink Adobe and Dinner for Two. Caroline the property manager was very attentive and so nice. You can not go wrong with staying at Casa Simpatica.

Great home, great location!

We loved our stay here in Sante Fe for the week and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The Casa has fine linens and towels, very comfortable beds and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. The gardens are spacious and we were within blocks of the down area for a large variety of excellent dining, shopping and galleries. Caroline was very welcoming, we felt right at home and she was also helpful with restaurant recommendations which we took her up on and they were excellent. We will definitely rent from her again, since we love Sante Fe!

Making a guest stay memorable is my number one priority. 95% of that is a subtile memory of comfortable beds and fine linens. The rest of the memory is all about the great restaurants, art galleries and shopping......and in this case, the best coffee in town. It is fun to recommend Santa Fe's finest when the response is so enthusiastic.
