The renovated late 19th century home greets you with a clean crisp décor offering all the sophisticated comforts to which you are accustomed. To many of our returning guests, this is their home away from home.

Family Stay

My husband and I stayed at Casa Simpatica with our 3 year old and 6 month old girls. The location was excellent, perfectly walkable to both the Santa Fe downtown and Canyon Road. We will definitely be back. Caroline, the property manager, had great communication with us the entire time and was quick to fix the one issue we had with the property same day. The house is stocked extremely well - especially the kitchen. We loved our stay.

Perfect location!

We loved this place and especially the location. Property was lovely inside and out. Not sure there is a better location in Santa Fe…easy walk to both the Square/Plaza and Canyon Road.

Excellent home in a perfect location

Just a short walk to the main square so you are never lacking for things to do. House was nicely decorated and well-supplied. Plenty of room for two couples. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay in Santa Fe

We were so delighted by this wonderful find. This house is amazing. It is so well stocked, in a great location and comfortably decorated. We stayed here for nine days and enjoyed every moment. We golfed each day and enjoyed the Paako Ridge Golf Course the best. Black Mesa GC and Marty Sanchez Public Course are full options too. Casa Simpatica is located close to all the place you want to visit in Old Town Santa Fe - Canyon Road, the Plaza, the Lencis Theatre and great restaurants like Geronimo, the Compound, Pasquales, Pink Adobe and Dinner for Two. Caroline the property manager was very attentive and so nice. You can not go wrong with staying at Casa Simpatica.

Fabulous location, lovely accommodations., excellent service

We have been vacationing in Santa Fe for over 20 years, and we just had the best vacation ever. Lovely accommodations and truly can walk to everything - fabulous location. As a plus, the rental agent Caroline M. is the consummate professional and anticipates every need. Definitely would choose this rental again.

Great Santa Fe home in a perfect little cation for exploring

We had a wonderful stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. It is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The manager was quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up and we would love to stay here again. Hopefully next year!

Easy living in Santa Fe

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this two bedroom house. We walked everywhere from this location. On our walks, we found coffee shops, lunch destinations and fantastic dinner locations. Our dog was also very happy staying in this home because he was able to have a morning and evening walk in the cool weather of lovely Santa Fw.

Although the online description of the house is certainly accurate, it's hard to convey the actual charm, cleanliness, well-appointed decor, and peacefulness of this property. Completely accommodating, well managed, and beautifully maintained.

Loved it!

Loved everything about this home! Location: It was a short walk from the plaza, canyon road, restaurants and bars. Quick drive to grocery stores, museums, and Santa Fe opera. Decor: lovely furnishings, towels, sheets, beds, etc. Management: Caroline takes great care of her guests! We can't wait to go back!

Lives up to its name

We are grateful for the quiet, privacy, comfort and beauty of Casa Simpatica. We walked to the Plaza for the Chamber Music Festival and Desert Chorale concerts, as well as the museums and galleries, and our favorite restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dining room invites conversation and lingering over dessert. We felt welcome.

Great Location

This is a nicely furnished house in walking distance to the Canyon Road galleries and other activities. The photos and description accurately represent the house and amenities. Enjoy sitting on the shady front porch as the sun goes down and watch the humming birds visit the garden...beautiful!

Great home, great location!

We loved our stay here in Sante Fe for the week and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The Casa has fine linens and towels, very comfortable beds and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. The gardens are spacious and we were within blocks of the down area for a large variety of excellent dining, shopping and galleries. Caroline was very welcoming, we felt right at home and she was also helpful with restaurant recommendations which we took her up on and they were excellent. We will definitely rent from her again, since we love Sante Fe!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay over the Christmas Holiday. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The location was perfect, we could walk to The Plaza and Canyon Rd and it was an easy drive to Ski Santa Fe. We have rented many homes and this was probably the cleanest, all the furniture was in excellent condition and the home was very nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the essentials and the yard was perfect for the kids to play in the snow. We hope to come back this summer, thank you Caroline, you were so nice and helpful to work with, we will definitely keep the house in mind for friends and family!

Luxurious rental within 5 minute walk to the Plaza

Casa Simpatica is an excellent rental for the traveler who wants to be near the plaza. The home provides ample space for 4 adults and the amenities of the home were top of the line. I highly recommend this home as I know I will be seeking this property out on my subsequent visits to Santa Fe. Casa Simpatica is also just one street over from Canyon Road, so lots of shopping close by. Caroline, the property manager, was also a joy to work with. She went above what was expected to make sure that our stay was an enjoyable one.
