Private home on Neacoxie Creek in central Gearhart, this 3 level luxury home includes gourmet kitchen with butlers pantry & fridge just for your wine. Kitchen/dining area with stone floors is fully equipped. 2 fireplaces in living area and master bedroom. Light and bright with lots of windows with private views of trees, creek and town.

Lower level has media room with 55 inch TV, 2nd kitchen and bunk room that sleeps 7. Master bath on main floor has Jacuzzi tub and double shower with surround jets. Deck with gas BBQ and sunset views. Often see deer out in the yard. Private lot on hill is just a few minutes walk to eateries and shops. Just built an outdoor round stone fire pit. Roast marshmallows and make s'mores! 5 blocks to dunes/beach.

This is a brand new home that has never been lived in. Highest quality craftsmanship.

Great place for making memories with your family. Enough room for family reunions and retreats.

Home is handicapped accessible with elevator and roll-in shower.

Maximum Occupancy is 12 plus children 2 and younger. 6 cars max.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well stocked, which made cooking and enjoying meals together so easy. The owner was extremely kind and had great communication throughout the process, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay again!

A lovely home, very clean & with all the amenities a person could ask for.

Eleven of us stayed there, we are all friends and most importantly wives and widows of Shriners. Every one of us enjoyed our stay in this house immensely.

Meet all expectations

We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were exceptional in communication before and during the stay. We stayed here with our larger size family and another family for a soccer tournament. There was lots of space and we all felt comfortable with rooms and beds. The Gearhart town, beach and antique shops were all walking distance. The house was fully stocked of necessities. The property was also somewhat secluded. Would definitely stay here again.

Large location great for bigger groups

Stayed with my family, my sister's family and my father. Plenty of beds for everyone and it was great to let the four pre-teen/teen boys have the bottom floor to themselves so they could be obnoxious without disturbing the adults. Was fun looking for the little "Easter eggs".

Beautiful Gearhart Home

The house was wonderful - much bigger than it looks from the photos. It is a lovely setting and very private. The kitchen was very well equipped. We could walk to so many of the things we wanted to do, so that was a bonus. The owner was great to work with. We hope to be able to rent this house again!

Beautiful home - perfect for the multiple generations in our family!

We had my parents, us, our adult children and grandchildren all together in one home - such a great house! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and tableware for larger groups. It’s close to the beach and in a quiet safe neighborhood. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable. We’d definitely come back.

We loved our stay here. The house was amazing! The kitchen was large and well stocked. The views from the kitchen encompassed the beautiful vaulted ceilings and warm fire place. The windows were picturesque and showed beautiful greenery. Comfort oozed at every level. The host was amazing! Would definitely recommend this place to stay

Simply perfect - amazing for groups and cooks

A group of myself and seven friends rented this house for one night for a great golf trip. The house was clean, fit the descriptions perfectly and the kitchen was extremely well appointed with nearly every type of utensil and cooking device You could imagine. all of the appliances were in good working order. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of high-quality. It’s very close to all of the golf courses and I couldn’t recommend this place high enough

Beautiful House on the Oregon Coast

This is an amazing house. It is new, clean and very well designed for a group of friends or large family. A lot of space to gather and also to find a quiet private nook. The kitchen is one of the best I have ever seen in a rental (or any house for that matter); very well equipped. Gearhart is charming with a beautiful beach. The location is very convenient to Seaside and Astoria. We will absolutely stay here again, and I will recommend it to my friends.

74th Birthday with 8 other friends

Stayed one night and cooked a meal the night we arrived. Very easy to have several cooks and sous-chefs in the kitchen at the same time. All of us fit around the dining room table, and it was a ball. We shared rooms but all had our own beds. Everyone slept great unless there was snoring (oh my!). Great time was had by all.

Mothers Day Weekend

The house was roomy and enough space for everyone to spread out. I would be cautious on the back deck with young children as there is no railing around it. There were a few issues with pans being dirty when we arrived. We had to wash everything before using.

The deck is to code and since it is less than 18 inches to the ground it does not require a railing. So sorry there were some dirty pans in the drawer. Not sure why anyone would put a pan away that was not clean. The housekeeper does not clean all the dishes that have been put away.

Gearhart Lodge

This was a wonderful place for our group of 12 to stay. It was open and spacious in a beautiful setting. Nicely located for walks to the beach or into Gearhart which is quaint and charming. It also has easy access to Hwy. 101 for day trips and hikes along the coast. Kathryn was a wonderful host and responded promptly to our inquiries. We highly recommend it as a place for a comfortable and relaxing retreat in which to enjoy the beauty of the Oregon Coast.

Perfect home for family get togethers

Nice private location yet close to the beach and city amenities. Lots of room for the whole family. Master bedroom was huge with beautiful bath though could use a King size bed.

Fun and accommodating!

It was ideal for the nine guys we had for three days of golf! Ages from 82 to 77. Hard to make 9 cronies all happy!! This time there was not a single complaint about the facilities!!

Love to travel. Love to stay in Central Oregon at our cabin and at Gearhart at the beach. Family is at University of Oregon in Eugene and Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland Oregon. Making great family memories.

Home is only a few blocks to the beach.

Grew up in nearby historic town of Astoria Oregon which is 15 minutes away. Gearhart is 90 minutes from Portland and 3.5/4 hours from Seattle. Love nearby Cannon Beach which has horseback riding, beach go-karts, surfing. Historic museums in Astoria with Fort Clatsop where Lewis and Clark stayed is nearby. Many fantastic restaurants in the area. Nearby Seaside provides kids with bike rentals, bumper cars, arcades and salt water taffy.
Both nearby Astoria and Cannon Beach have live theatre.
