Welcome to condo 161 in Terrasol beach resort. New to the rental market. Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful condo and all that Terrasol has to offer.
A very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo just steps away from the main beach and Pacific ocean.
If you're looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay then look no further. Only a 5 min walk to the marina and 10 mins to the downtown area.
This is one of the few condos in Terrasol with two master bedrooms, both with ocean view.
The first master bedroom has a King size bed, with tons of room and storage. There is also a patio door that gives you direct access to the large deck area.
The second master bedroom also has a King size bed a private Bathroom and direct access to a second patio.
The kitchen has plenty of room with everything you may need to cook and enjoy your vacation.
The living room has plenty of seating to kick back and relax any time of day. With a New smart TV that allows you to connect to Netflix as well as Satelite TV.

ALL GUESTS are subject to a nightly fee as well as a cleaning fee that is payable directly to Terrasol..
1-2 guests $19.50/night
3-4 guests $24.50/night
5-6 guests $29.50/night
These fees cover all the guests

Cleaning fee: $35.00

This is a NON SMOKING unit....

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 9-5 may occur.

Great Location

Have stayed at Terrasol before, and really enjoy it. Quiet, not crowded, right on the beach. Walking distance to Marina and downtown shops and restaurants.

This place is beautiful. We sat on the patio at night. It was ao peaceful and quiet. This was the perfect place for us. We will be back.

Loved it. It is safe, quiet, and a short 5-10 minute walk to the marina. Although, there are taxis sitting out side the Gate if you need to go somewhere further. We saw whales every evening. There are 2 pools. Also, bonefire options for the evening. Absolutely beautiful place to be. I would recommend the experience to everyone.

Thanksgiving stay

The condo is a great location. The staff at the condos are extremely friendly and accommodating they will take you and all your luggage to your condo on a golf cart. As far as having normal seasonings and spices to cook with there was not much to choose from. We stay in alot at other rentals and there's always this type of stuff to cook with. The condo is in a great location you can see whales in the ocean from the patio and it's a short 10 minute walk to the marina.

Lovely stay

Property was clean and photos accurately showed the property. Resort is very nice and great location. Only issues were that the property manager did not respond to my questions via VRBO, but he did reply to our texts during our stay. A couple of the blinds were broken or torn and need to be replaced. Beds were very comfortable.

CABO CASITA

Our family trip during spring break! This location is great for family or couples. Pool is seen from the room. The second pool with swim up bar and restaurant has really good food. They have breakfast before 11am and lunch items until 5pm. For the days that you stay in. The marina is walking distance, about three blocks further are other local restaurants with excellent options. Italian cuisine is also here. Everyone here at the property are very welcoming(visitors & locals). We shall return.

Terrasol

I was very pleased with the condo, the beautiful property and location. I had a little communication problem with the property manager at one point, but that got resolved. His assistant, Lourdes, was quite helpful once we were there. She was personable and assisted us with restaurant selections, stocking some food and beverages for our arrival and booking an excursion. I would stay here again.

Family time

We’ve staying in many units at Terrasol over the years and this one was great just like the others. Generally, these units aren’t updated & modern but that’s why we love it! We like the charm of yesteryear, so if you’re looking for the luxuries of home, Terrasol might not be the place for you. Other than a broken blind off the living room slider, no beach towels (we got some & left them in the unit) and spotty internet (welcome to cabo) the place was perfect for our family. We will definitely check to see if this unit is available when booking our next stay.

Terrasol Condo

The place was just as shown in pictures, it was clean and well stocked. Roomy, comfortable, satellite TV, high speed internet, all the things I love. A couple of negatives, communication with owner never occurred except for acceptance e-mail. We were not aware of cleaning fee or resort fee per day to be paid to the facility and still could not find those in the listing. Emailing for clarification/verification did not help as we received no reply. Bottom line, would I rent or do it all over again, Yes!!!

Comfortable and Safe

I love staying at Terrasol because it's quiet and I feel safe. This is my second visit. I booked quickly as it was an emergency dental trip for me. And everything went really smooth. The property manager went way out of his way to help me when traveling here and after I arrived. He was so quick to answer my questions and help. Very grateful for his help. My first visit to Terrasol was in 2020 during Covid with my husband. It was perfect. The people are all so friendly and nice. It's close to the marina. And with Uber, it's easy to get anywhere. It's so nice to have a full condo with all the things needed for a nice stay. Both units that we have rented have been nice. We order groceries before we arrive so we have things we like a cold beer and coffee for the next day.

A Nice Vacation

We chose this complex for its location and proximity to beach and Marina; the unit for its view and Mexican charm rather than updated gray and stainless. We liked the charm but the unit could use some TLC. Linens and towels are adequate but not plush; only one wash cloth per bathroom. Bath towels must be used for pool towels/ was listed as included. The first three days we had an issue with the hot water heat and a subsequent leak - both were repaired. Other maintenance issues are one toilet needs new rocker; one shower hot water knob leaks a lot unless on full force; living room screen door is off track and does not close properly; patio umbrella is difficult to raise and more difficult to lower; use of smaller patio is unattractive with unuseable hot tub and related equipment cabinet with poor door closure. The listing is mostly accurate. It has plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans - could use more coffee cups (really only two with 5 large souplike cups). We only cooked one breakfast and one dinner, a couple of re-heats. Nice to have space for plenty snacks, alcohol, water. The complex has a water system so perhaps some people but do not use bottled water but we went through four cases in two weeks as we used it for coffee, ice and drinking. The Palapa in the complex has good breakfast and lunches; plenty of restaurants at the Marina. Pretty much all the same, a lack of variety in fish and true Mexican dishes. We enjoyed our time.

Terrasol beach resort is a one of a kind vacation spot. It's located on the Pacific side with some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets..... for a few months this is one of very few places you can watch the sun rise and set into the ocean.
During the day you can enjoy one of the two pools or take a stroll into Cabo or walk the marina, both are less than a 10 min walk from the resort. Once you're downtown there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shopping. Something for every vacation, come and see for yourself.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

When you arrive at the condo you will be in awe of its location, the views are amazing.... not to mention its just steps from the beach. You can watch whales, sea turtles, cruise ships and plenty of blue skies..... only 15 days of rain here, so you're chances of enjoying the sun is almost guaranteed.
The condo so so perfectly laid out for couples and small families. There are two large patios to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The 2 pools are close by, one directly in front of the condo while the other is attached to the Palapa restaurant.
