The house is spectacular! Lots of space for our group of 7 families. Super clean, well-stocked kitchen, and the heated pool/spa are amazing. It’s a walkable distance to the beach, and the golf cart is very convenient for those short trips. The host was responsive and flexible with our requests. Definitely recommend!

The Retreat- PARADISE in Destin!

The property is absolutely gorgeous! All of the accommodations were picture perfect. We loved the house and the location! The beach is amazing. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be returning.

This property is beautiful and in the perfect location. The bare necessities were provided. Mr. Thomas does a great job communicating. I've rented properties before, but this was easy. He was accommodated and made this family time very memorable. I will rent this property again!

Family beach vacation

Destin is one of our new favorite places to visit and we would rent this home again. The house was exactly how it was advertised! The host was so easy to work with and the communication was top notch ! The pool / hot tub was a big hit with the kids.

Inlow Annual Retreat

Great location. .2 to Beach and .3 to Destin Commons. We stayed from Dec. 28 - Dec. 31. Pack extra 13 gallon trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bar soap for 8 bathrooms when staying 3 or more days. The heated pool was great. Spa was cool for adults. We would stay here again. Thomas was a great host.

Bachelorette Weekend

The house was clean and spacious. It was incredibly helpful to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The outdoor space was beautiful. Highly recommend this house for a large group. We never felt crowded and we had 18 people! Thomas is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

Great Stay at The Retreat – We’ll Be Back!

We were 19 people (4 families) staying for 4 nights, and The Retreat was a perfect fit. The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk to the beach, or 2–3 minutes if you use the provided bikes or golf cart. The layout of the house is great, with plenty of space for everyone, and the outdoor area is well set up, especially the grill area where we spent a lot of time.The owner was super responsive and helped us with anything we needed throughout the stay.Only small downside was the hot tub jets—they weren’t very strong. But honestly, that didn’t take away from the experience.We’ll definitely be coming back.

Thanksgiving family reunion

The house is beautiful and very spacious. The heated pool was a plus and the little ones loved it. The golf cart came in handy as we had another house close by with family. We were there for a thanksgiving family reunion and everything was perfect. Thomas was very accommodating and responded to my many questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or host! Fantastic home

This property was everything we hoped for and more. It had all the accommodations and was very clean. The house was even bigger than anticipated which was awesome. The beds and sheets were beyond comfortable. The bikes and golf cart were so fun to have, but we were so close to everything we could easily walk too. This is a perfect space for any group, young or old and look forward to coming back with my kids so they can enjoy the pool as much as we did! You will not regret tending this beautiful home.

We had a family reunion! Ages 2-93!The restreat was perfect- pool was big enough for the 9 kids to play and adults also!House was great-all rooms are big with comfy beds- 2 nice sized living areas! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans and dishes.Loved the golf cart- transported chairs and the to beach. Lots of rides with kiddos. Many memories were made!! Matthew was perfect host! Answered quickly and helped with a couple minor issues.

EXCELLENT ALL AROUND!

I have stayed at several beach houses with my dance team and this is by far the best experience we have had! Gorgeous house and perfect location! It was close enough to the beach that we could walk but my girls loved having the bikes and the adults loved the golf cart 😂 It’s in such a great area that we felt comfortable letting the girls ride the bikes even to get ice cream. The inside was decorated beautifully and the outside area was fabulous! Thomas was so nice and was in communication with us making sure we had everything we needed. We definitely hope to be back next year with our team but hopefully sooner with my own family!

THE BEST VACATION!!

This property exceeded our expectations! This home is GORGEOUS, so well thought out, so spacious...the pictures do not do it justice. Communication with owner was prompt and thorough. Location doesn't get any better. Super clean home, super comfortable beds, and an oasis for a backyard. Palm trees lining the driveway and backyard 😍. This house has all the "extra" you've been looking for. We will definitely be back! Thanks to the Wests for hosting us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ❤️

The perfect getaway stay

We booked this as a last minute trip for our family of 5. Thomas was the perfect host. Extremely responsive, full of information for us first visitors to Crystal Beach(Destin) and flexible on our late arrival time and late check out. We basically picked the place for the heated pool and golf cart that were included in the price, which were the family favorites by far, but were blown away with the house itself when we got there. It is new, clean, extremely spacious. Every room is a big great size with a full bathroom, tvs, etc. There was a perfect amount of blankets for night movie watching, towels for the beach and pool, chairs and toys for the beach/pool to keep everyone entertained for the week. It is beautifully decorated in a classy coastal decor that makes you feel relaxed as you head to your own paradise in the back yard oasis with plenty of seating with umbrellas for sun or shade, the large pool with spillover hot tub perfectly heated and clean, beautiful landscape and lighting, also on a timer so you can see it’s beauty. Having the golf cart in the driveway ready to go was such a highlight of the trip. It was an easy quick access to the beach with golf cart parking lot, drive to restaurants, shops, to take pictures at the beach. We will definitely be back with more people to fill the rooms next time.

Destin Family Reunion 2024

This property is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It was comfortable, family friendly, and enough room for all 22 of us. The rooms were all very spacious and the beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Too many positives to mention!!! The host tried really hard to get us in early, but because of damages from the previous people, it was impossible. Not only that, the owner called me that first day to let me know the handy man would be by to fix things broken. He was a joy to talk to for sure!! The communication was easy and quick. The golf cart was a huge win. I was worried being not right on the beach, but we rented two extra golf carts (so we had three for all of us), and it was perfect. The pool and the spa made it fine being away from the beach. The beach wasn't even far away. It was an easy walk, bike ride, or golf cart trip. The bikes were another win!! We ABSOLUTELY loved this property. They have everything you might need. The only issue was the fridge. It took a while to catch up with all the food that we put in it that first night. To the owner, I might recommend a rug by the back door for when people come in from the pool to the restroom to avoid slipping. We just used one of our beach towels. Because of this place, I won't hesitate not being right on the beach again. This was the best of everything!!!! Highly recommend this property!

This location was very convenient to the beach, it is walkable about 5-6 minutes. The golf cart only takes a minute or two. There is a small parking lot at the beach access but it fills quickly, so make sure to plan appropriately for hauling your beach gear. The house was very nice with spacious rooms and private showers. The pool was well sized for our group of 18 with pool gear already out there. The house was clean and had plenty of spices, dish and cook ware. The coffee pot had cone shaped filters, so make sure to get some of those. The outdoor grill was nice also, but beware of grilling in the rain, make sure you have a tent handy! Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would use this location again.

The home matched the listing exactly! The pool was amazing, everything was supplied from pool toys, chairs, and towels! The golfcart was a nice addition to get around the area and back and forth from the beach! The beach was minutes away! Our family had an amazing time and we would love to return some day in the future!!
