If you are looking for an amazing value for a fun and relaxing getaway, this well-kept home is what you need. Your entire family/group will love this place!

This clean and comfortable home is located in Solana Resort, a guard gated resort with clubhouse and many amenities about 9 miles to Disney main gate, easy access to all other attractions in Orlando, and about 32 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated large vacation home. It features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and almost all of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. With 2 living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, less than two miles to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private Pool/Spa with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West Coast.

This home is ideally situated in the popular Solana Resort, a 24x7 guarded resort with clubhouse, which is located on US 27 between Rt 192 and Highway I-4. It's known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. Solana Resort is the perfect spot. It is very close to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. At the heart of the resort, steps away from this villa, there is a recreation area, Internet Cafe, fitness room, huge pool and SPA, interactive children's water play areas, mini golf course, sand volleyball, new pickleball court, as well as golf club rental. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by palm trees or take a 5-minute drive, which will take you to the busy Rt 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the gorgeous Champions Gate Golf Course a few miles away (two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Using the pool without heating is included.
Optional Pool/Spa heating, $35 per night plus taxes for the entire stay. No partial stay.
Optional Grill rental, $65 per stay. Guest fills propane as needed.
All options need to be booked before arrival.

A starter of complimentary toilet paper and small bar soap are provided for your initial convenience. Renters are then responsible for providing all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.

Family vacation

The house is beautiful accommodating all my kids which includes my husband and my dad my daughter and her husband my son and his fiancé my My three daughters basically all six of my kids and my grandson which is one love the pool Jacuzzi but the only thing was they had an ant problem in the master bathroom and the window in the living room but overall perfect trip

Nice home, but needs some TLC and a deep cleaning.

Property manager was nice and responded quickly. The house, however needed a good cleaning. The tile floors were dirty enough to stain our socks. We were instructed to not set AC below 75 because the unit would freeze up and we would be charged for the repairs. The master bedroom was quite warm due to this ac setting and there was not a ceiling fan in the room to help keep it cool. The house is nice and large with nice furnishings, but the beds were uncomfortable.

The house is in a great location and very spacious. The only downside was that the house could use a deep cleaning as there were crumbs and stains on the couches and a moldy smell in the house. Other wise a fantastic location to all of the parks and very comfortable.

Enjoyed but house could use some updates

We enjoyed our stay but felt the house could use some updates. We did not use the game room much because in the summer it was very hot in this converted garage. Pool was great and hot tub. It was a convenient location.

Absolutely wonderful

great experience. Owner responds fast. Place fit all of my family for a whole week. Kid and baby friendly. Absolutely great! About 20/30 mins to all the parks.

Nice place, could use some TLC

We stayed for a week and the house met our needs. It came as advertised and the community it was in felt really safe. We don't mind the Davenport area as it's convenient for what we do while in Florida. The house had all the amenities that we required and the kitchen was by far the best stocked for equipment that I've seen in any rental. Of the 6 bedrooms, 5 had ensuites. Cons about this place are that a) the pool area does not get evening sun and b) the house feels like a rental. It definitely needs some paint and wall repairs and some of the furniture is worn out. Overall the place is decent and would be good place for larger groups/families. Finally, the owner was very easy to deal with and super efficient in returning emails.

Plenty of space for big families

We enjoyed our visit to this home. We had two families of five with small kids for a winter visit. We paid to heat the pool and though it took a little while to heat up each day, the kids were happy that they could swim in 65 degree weather. They also enjoyed the pool table and foosball table in the garage. The beds we're all comfortable and there was a crib and baby gate for the baby. Everything was cleaned well before we arrived. The kitchen was satisfactory for making simple meals, though the pans were no longer non stick so it was hard to cook with and clean them. Be sure to put toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer tabs, laundry soap, and paper towels on your grocery list if staying more than three days. We ran out of what was provided by the fourth day which was a bit annoying. But overall we were happy with our stay.

Good property, might be something better available for the price

Overall it was a good stay. The house was in good condition, the pool was nice, the beds were comfortable, and we were able to fit a lot of people in the space. It was nice that there was a high chair and pack n play provided. It was surprising to us to find out on arrival that things like garbage bags and toilet paper were not provided. It would have been helpful to know that before booking, and might have led to us making a different choice. It’s close to Disney, but just far enough that it’s a pain if you plan on going back and forth between home and the park- about a 25/30 minute drive depending on traffic. If you’re planning to go in the morning and stay the whole day without leaving then it’s not so bad, but driving back and forth is a bit tedious.

Great home

The. Neighborhood was great. Home was perfect for our large family. The kitchen didn't have enough pans for cooking but plenty of dishes and silverware. Loved the private pool but would have liked to have more towels. The dryer took a long time to dry cloths. Will be renting it again if it's available in 2 years. The guards were really nice and the clubhouse was great for the kids.

Family FUN Times

First off, Michelle is wonderful to work with. Very simple, very responsive, very pain-free process. We had 14 people 9 adults, 1 child and 4 toddlers under 3! The villa has so much room no worries about everyone fitting. The game room, is in the garage, as it appears most in the community are done that way. So it is pretty hot in there, I recommend having a fan or 2 if you want to shoot pool. We made 3 full blown dinners and breakfast everyday, so the kitchen is pretty well stocked. It is not MY kitchen at home so if you do cook, take that into consideration to inventory the kitchen before meal planning. The swimming pool and hot tube did not sit empty for long at all. We went in as soon as we woke up all the way up to bed time. Please do note, the pool and hot tub have no handrails so getting in and out may be difficult if you have any medical issues this may be a problem. After a hip replacement last year that cause nerve damage I found getting in and out of the pool difficult the hot tub more so but it did NOT stop me. The pool is lovely we really enjoyed that along with the the BBQ, for the extra fee it is worth it. We didn't go to the clubhouse one time to play, but when we go back next year I am sure we will take advantage of the golf. I highly recommend staying at this Villa. First Class Accommodations!!

This villa was perfect for our group of 8 seniors. Comfort and individual privacy was wonderful. Four of six bedrooms have large beds and private access bathrooms. A fifth bedroom has a large bed and shares a hall bathroom with a sixth bedroom having twin beds. Every room is tastefully decorated. It's really a beautiful home!! We used the clubhouse quite a lot and found the staff there to be extremely friendly and helpful. The workout room has good equipment. We chose to use the clubhouse swimming pool and pool table (and also the ping pong table there) instead of the ones at the villa. It's nice to have choices. We enjoyed our stay immensely -- no complaints whatsoever. Michelle was a real pleasure to work with -- a very nice lady. We highly recommend this villa.

perfect home for a family event

Great Place, Great Time!

I had a couple of issues before hand ie lost the original e mail and too many cars, but Michelle was very helpful in answering my questions and resending the e. Our whole family stayed here, 14 of us, and had plenty of room. The 2 & 4 year old had a plenty of room to run around and loved the pool in the back yard, as well as the play ground and club house fun. Although we were a little surprised when it cost to play miniture golf. The house was clean & ready for us and I would recommend this for a large family or group.

Great place for family gathering!

We came in early January of 2013 and had some of our children and a couple of grandchildren join us...a total of 10-12 at the most. I must say that we were pleased in every way with Michelle's hospitality and the home itself. WE REALLY LOVED THE SQUARE FOOTAGE...Very spacious! It was fairly convenient to the airport (we had to make multiple trips) and VERY convenient to Disney/Epcot. We loved that Solana was a secured neighborhood, we REALLY enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the instructions for everything were great. We didn't use the clubhouse very much, but my son and I jogged around the neighborhood a couple of times. The game room was great for the kids and the open living room was wonderful for family discussions. In short, we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to contact Michelle about renting her home again. Thanks!

Great place to stay

Beautiful home, clean as can be. Lovely furnishings. Excellent experience dealing with personable owner by email and phone. Not one complaint about this place or experience. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Great House for Families

The villa was a great choice for large groups. Plenty of space for all to be together and still have their own rooms. All the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean. Pool and spa were great. Conviently located in a gated community, close to all the parks and shopping centers. Would stay here again. The community center and pool looked very nice and the people staffing it were also great. Michelle was very helpful and great to work with. Make sure you adhere to the 10 o'clock exit requriment!

WDW Place to Stay

The house is very large, very clean, in a gated community about 15 minutes away from Disney World. There were 6 adults and 3 children in our party and there was PLENTY of room for everyone. It was nice to have room for the kids to race and run and burn off energy after WDW every day. The pool and hot tub were very nice, pool has a child safety fence. If you rent the house in the spring or fall, be sure to buy the optional pool heat, as the water cools down at night. The entire community of 230 homes was very quiet, nice sidewalks to walk on, nice clubhouse, although we didn't have time to use the clubhouse pool and playground area.
