Our oceanfront home is our dream come true - truly the best location if you want to experience OCNJ to the MAX. The unobstructed and panoramic beach and ocean views await you as does your own private ramp to the boardwalk from the front yard. We open the front doors and windows to our top floor deck at night to hear the waves and feel the ocean breeze. The action on the Boardwalk and Asbury Avenue, which includes gift shops, ice cream, Starbucks, bakeries, and restaurants, starts just three blocks from the condo! Just far enough for peace, quiet and calm and just close enough to be at your fingertips. There are gyms, convenience stores and pharmacies in walking distance, perfect for quick trips for necessities that you may have forgotten.

We've completed fresh renovations, furnishings and decor throughout most of the property with one of the islands most sought after interior designers. The appliances are all brand new this year as well. We wanted our home to feel like you were at the shore - bright and open with vaulted ceilings and beautiful, big windows with furnishings that are comfortable but coastal chic! The bedrooms are over-sized and closets suit your needs so you don't feel cramped while on vacation.

Additionally - we are tech people and know how important connectivity or working from home is - so the high speed internet is FAST and RELIABLE. We have been those frustrated renters with slow internet connection before, so we truly appreciate a good internet connection that is fast! The home is outfit with automation to control lights and music both by the Amazon Alexa in each room of the house as well as the master control wall mounted iPad in the front entryway. The condo features 5 smart televisions that you can use with any of your streaming services, as well as a Blu-Ray/DVD player, Sonos in the family room and kitchen areas and an Amazon Alexa in each bedroom that can be used for music as well.

The family room is comfortable and includes two rocking swivel chairs that can be swung around so you can see the ocean and beach from any seat in the house! The kitchen table seats 8 comfortably and the island offers 4 comfortable bar stools. The washer and dryer are FULL size and conveniently located in the hallway by the bedrooms. There is a convenient powder room by the entryway and the hallway bathroom offers a bathtub with shower, as well as a large double vanity with enough counter space for all your toiletries. Three bedrooms all feature contemporary beach furniture and decor with comfortable mattresses and the 4th bedroom houses two bunk beds and a trundle! A kids dream come true! They are the "safer" bunk beds too, which we like and there is a large TV that can easily accommodate a video game console.

The condo has an outdoor shower on the ground level when coming off the beach. Have a lot of "beach stuff"? Who doesn't?! There is a large storage closet as well at ground level so guests can pile their stuff in before heading upstairs to relax.

If you haven't been to Ocean City in the past, there is just so much to offer families and beach lovers all of ages. "Family Fun Night' on the boardwalk on Thursday nights offers music and entertainment. The Farmers Market is always a nice morning out with crafts, homemade food, gifts, fruits and vegetables and even a fresh seafood vendor. There is a playground in walking distance right on 15th Street! A nice jungle gym, basketball courts, sandbox and bathrooms! The 4th of July Fireworks display happens close by on the beach and can be viewed from our front deck as well.

We have been renting ourselves in beautiful OC starting with our families as children and knew exactly where we wanted to be in regards to location and waited patiently until a property came up that was a home-run. We know you will love it!
