There is no elevator at this building. This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There are stairs to and from the unit. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking. Beach access is via a single staircase from the unit, and a gate.
This complex does not allow electric vehicle charging per the HOA rules.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests and can sleep 6 in beds.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS!
No pets allowed.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
