BEACH BLISS 2Bedroom/2 Bath condo in Litchfield!

This Seaside Inn Condo in Litchfield Resort is your home away from home. There's plenty of space for everyone with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each. Take a stroll on the paths around the resort and walk 1/2 mile to the private Litchfield Beach. This condo is a part of the resort and you will receive a gate pass to allow access to the gated portion of the resort. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features! Play golf at one of the many local top-notch courses or just relax and enjoy the South Carolina sun.

There are 2 queen beds in each bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with things you need to stay in and cook. This unit is on the 1st floor so you can either walk up 1 flight of stairs or take the elevator. The sidewalks in the resort are well maintained and it is about a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. The resort also has a restaurant with outdoor deck dining and Starbucks!. Live music offered during the summer season.

You get the place to yourselves with a private key code entrance. This property is managed by Hammock Coast Life and we are available for any assistance.

*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.

Wonderful vacation and stay! Management great to work with! Only issue fridge should be replaced because freezer door pops open when opening fridge. That was an issue. Maybe beach towels could be provided! Over all great accommodations. Thanks for working with our late checkout

Great location & Family Friendly

The rental unit was everything that was advertised and more. It was a great location & family friendly. The check-in process was simple and we were able to communicate well with the property manager. We will definitely stay here again

Great stay

This condo had everything we needed. Th proximity to grocery stores and eateries was perfect. The short walk or quick drive to the beach with the provided umbrellas and chairs was the cherry on top. It’s a perfect place to stay.

Quick Wedding Trip

Terrific condo in a great location

Although it was a 15-minute walk to the beach, the location turned out to be great because we were walking distance to the two on-site restaurants and didn’t have to bother with the gate guard when coming in and out. The pool was awesome with the lazy river, and the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Overall I wish we could have stayed longer it was so relaxing. The unit was extremely comfortable and clean and spacious.

Great beach getaway.

The property was just as described and clean. Couldn't find one thing to complain about on cleanliness. We had all we needed in the kitchen, etc. as well. The pool was a short walk and parking below the building was simple. We did drive each day to the beach access, as it would have been a bit of a haul with the kiddos, but parking was easy and the restrooms by the beach were very nice. We would stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect beach condo

This condo was perfect for our 2 families. It is very clean and well- kept. I am super picky about cleanliness and smells, I will spend hours scouring reviews. This definitely met our standards and we will rent it again when we come back!

Long Weekend

We wanted a long family weekend at the Beach and this was a great price alternative to full-week rental. Very clean and easy access to the amenities if you're willing to do just a little driving. Walking is a great option too, but a higher degree of difficulty if you want to take a lot of stuff to the beach.

Great stay for our family!

We had a wonderful vacation here. It was myself, my husband, and our three kids - ages 13, 11, and 1. Having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms was great, and the full kitchen allowed us to make meals when we didn't want to go out to eat. The dining room and living room are a little small, which was really only a problem on the day it rained the whole time and the kids were stuck inside. Being close to the pool was great and the older kids were able to go while the baby was napping. Very small complaints - we did notice some mold in the shower, and the assigned parking spot in the garage was much too tight a fit to really be usable, so we had to find a spot in guest parking anytime we went out. But it was doable and overall this was a really good place for us! I appreciated how the owner was very quick to answer questions when I sent a message and also checked in just to make sure things were okay while we were there.

Long Weekend with Family

We booked a long weekend with extended family staying at a variety of rentals across LBTS. We selected this rental primarily for location and description. It was booked using the VRBO App. We soon realized the location indicated thru the app is NOT the actual location. When you use a desktop device it shows the Seaside Inn. As we were planning to be closer to other family, that was disappointing. However, the rental management company were extremely responsive in discussing attempted to find us a different rental closer to family, but nothing was available so close to our departure date. They were very kind in checking in on us during the stay. The rental was exactly as described/pictures. Very clean inside with all the listed amenities. I will say a couple of days in the trash dumpster location outside was a little full. Making the stairs stinky. It was a nice unit/rental. Management company did great job. Just be very clear that you understand where the location is in LBTS.

Nice and comfortable

First floor but elevated garage makes you go up a flight of stairs or an elevator. Unit is in the middle so a little walk-no biggy. The unit itself is nice. It's 2 units with a lock out so 1 unit is the main and the other is a bedroom with bath. 2 separate entrances if wanted. There is no usable closet space. Just coat hangers on a steel poll set up. A little disappointed with the cleanliness of the stand up shower in the main bath room. Black mold around the bottom and lower sides. Cleaning crew let the owner down. I let them know so hopefully they clean it up. The unit is part of Litchfield Beach Resort but it is not behind the security gate, it can be accessed without going through security. We were very comfortable, the beds were nice and the furniture as well. Litchfield Beach Resort is great. You can walk, bike or drive to the beach and use the deck over looking the ocean.

I would not hesitate to rent this condo again. Everything was as described and pictured. We booked for 10, but we only ended up having 7 in the condo. I would say that the place would be very comfortable for 8 guests. We did not need to use the sleeper sofa in the living area. It felt like home. My brother and sister in law and their family have a house about a mile from the condo just across hwy17. We could easily go back and forth visiting my brother and the convenience was nice. We used the pool and the lazy river. We walked to the beach which was an easy walk. We also took the golf cart shuttle to the beach. We went to a Myrtle Beach Pelicans baseball game. We went bowling at stars and strikes and played arcade games. I can’t say enough good things about this place. My adult kids and friends flew into Myrtle Beach airport and they used Uber for their transportation. My wife and I drove our car and it was great to have our own garaged parking space clearly identified. Also, another good thing was the breakfast. For a reasonable price we ate breakfast at a buffet right next to the condo. The bacon was thick sliced and the eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, fruits, and all sorts were fantastic. At night, the condo area was peaceful and quiet and we could sit on the screened porch and listen to the fountain and relax. The management team was always available and responsive to any question we had from booking and throughout our adventure. I’m very happy!!

Perfect place

We were there for a junior golf tournament which was close by. The wife and kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The place was spotless and inviting and comfortable. Easy check-in and it made the weekend very nice.
