Amazing home with a beautiful fenced-in outdoor space, multiple decks and balconies, and a relaxing Japanese garden.

Perfect location as it is five houses away from the sandy beach and only a short stroll to several restaurants and downtown Lewes.
Private parking for 6 cars. Driving? Optional!

Bring your dog along (limit: 1 dog under 50 lbs - must be housebroken, non-destructive, and please, no excessive barking. If your dog suffers from separation anxiety, please don't leave her behind – we have good relations with our neighbors, and we’d like to keep it that way.)


The Space:

The garden invites to explore. A swing and several loungers on the balconies lure to linger. Relax as the sun and moon rise and set. Listen to the song of the birds and the sound of the wind. Just sit and breathe. There will be many a ZEN moment to behold.

Three levels of living offer enough room to entertain and sleep 12 (1 King, 3 Queen beds, and 2 sets of Bunkbeds (single over single)). Each bedroom has its own TV, each bunk bed has a dedicated reading light and USB outlet for charging your electronic device. If you need to catch up on work, the bright second-floor office offers a beautiful, quiet retreat—close enough to the home’s activities to stay connected, yet tucked away enough to give you the space and focus you need.

The covered outdoor area offers a TV, a ping pong table, corn hole boards and other outdoor games, and several seating areas. A foot shower and the shower room come in handy when returning from the beach. - Please note: There are two full bathrooms (second and third level), one half bath (third level), and a seasonal enclosed shower room (shower only!) on the ground level near the hot tub.

Indoors, the living room is equipped with a 75-inch 4K QLED TV and the family room with a 75-inch 8K QLED TV, perfect for gaming.
If reading is your thing, browse our collection and cuddle up in one of the many cozy places waiting for you.

If you prefer cooking or baking, the well-appointed gourmet kitchen with brand-new cook- and dinnerware is waiting for you, and so is the gas grill with dedicated gas line. With 8 bar stools around the counter, the kitchen offers plenty of seating. And a large dining area will welcome everyone to gather around the beautiful table to share a meal together, as elaborate or simple as you like.

Why ZEN Coastal in Lewes Beach?
With sandy beaches and soothing waves of the Bay almost at your doorstep, no need to drive or find parking. The walk to the beach is short and sweet, even with little people. The beach is perfect for relaxing, building castles, collecting shells, and more. A true gem for young and old and everyone in between. If you are looking for the surf of the ocean, Cape Henlopen State Park is less than 2 miles away, and it is free if you ride your bicycle in. If you have not yet explored Cape Henlopen, it should be on your bucket list! Especially in the mornings you have a good chance of watching dolphins swim by. It truly is one of our favorite places on Earth!

Please note:

Guests will need to bring along (or rent) linens and towels for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and beach, as well as supply necessary paper products. The cleaning fee and the pet fee are incurred on a weekly basis. The use of the hot tub requires a waiver.

During the high season, our check-in and check-out days are Saturdays.
