It was....ok

Stayed in this condo 5 years ago and it was amazing! From price to location, we were so happy. Booked it again for this trip and were kinda disappointed. The condo needs some attention. The coffee table has a broken drawer that the pieces of the drawer are just sitting in the opening. There's dark spots (mold?) on the bedroom ceiling. Both bathroom doors have peeling paint. The sliding doors to the balcony are difficult to slide, especially the living room one. The washer smells moldy and because it's a stacked unit, it's hard to see what you are putting the dryer setting on. And the washer is rusting. Dishwasher leaked on the floor. The condo needs some TLC and not just a cleaning.

Won’t stay here again

The condo was dirty the king sized bed was broken there was mildewed clothes u set the bed and a low country boil left in the oven black mold on all the shower curtains and the we spent a hours waiting on the elevator I would not recommend this place

Tidewater sucks

Didn’t like anything about it! The elevators are the worst I’ve ever seen! The room was not clean and the bed in the big bedroom was super uncomfortable not to mention the air conditioner doesn’t cool the bedroom. Overall stay 1 out of 10

Overall I enjoyed my stay and location of this rental. Steps to the beach and short walk to Pier Park. Side note front door to the unit had to be pulled closed every time i entered or left and door stop kept falling when door was opened and getting caught in threshold. First day i walked barefoot on tile floor and the bottom of my feet were black with dirt....floors obviously havent been washed recently.
