We have combined a homey atmosphere that will allow you to relax while you are kicked back and enjoying your vacation. Whether you are with friends or family, this large retreat will accent any vacation you dreamed of! Your private balcony offers pleasant views of the Gulf of Mexico and the bay. Origins is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and is close to some local dining favorites. A Walmart Supercenter is a quarter-mile away for conveniently stocking up on the essentials needed for your stay. Right down the street, the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park, which offers fun to all ages. Origins is less than a mile East of Pier Park which offers Gulf front dining, shopping, an amusement park, and Dave & Buster's! You will be across the street from Gulf World, which provides shows daily.

Some of the complex highlights include beach and water sports activities, a prime location across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and within walking distance to Pier Park, a fourth-floor pool and hot tub overlooking the Gulf, a complex theater, grills overlooking the Gulf, and gated security access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
