Kaanapali Shores 849 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with central air conditioning that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 8th floor, you'll find an open-concept layout and Hawaiian-inspired furniture and decor. When it's time to rest, the bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with premium linens and a flat-screen TV for relaxing with your favorite shows. The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combo. The living area offers additional accommodations with a queen-size sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, granite countertops, and offers mesmerizing ocean views. Whether preparing an island fresh salad or a special catch from the local Fish Market down the street, you'll enjoy the kitchen amenities.

A private washer and dryer add extra convenience, allowing you to pack light and refresh your wardrobe throughout your stay. Step outside to your private lanai to savor Maui's gentle breezes and the garden views. It's the perfect spot for a refreshing cocktail, a good book, or simply unwinding amid the beauty of Maui. Great condo for a family of four. Had everything we needed to cook and clean. Just minutes away from the best beaches. Such a good bonus having beach chairs and cooler to use. We bought a pool noodle but couldn't take it with us so I left it in the condo for the next guest.

The only negative is sound travels loudly from the pool up so if you are an early to bed person the loud children playing in the pool until 10pm can be tiring

Was happy to get it. Minor quibbles. Some upgrades still needed. Restaurant, pools, ocean access all make it a terrific stay. Would again.

We are regular Vrbo customers, and this is truly one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in. The amenities were outstanding, very well stocked, with everything we needed. Unit was clean, in great condition. Very nice property, with well maintained grounds, and a friendly staff. Five stars all the way around.

Such a wonderful, central West Maui location. The resort was beautiful and the condo was perfectly appointed. We used the beach chairs every day. My Perfect Stays had great communication and provided everything we needed inside of the condo. Would definitely book again.

The room was fantastic. It worked perfectly for our family. The best feature of this place is the balcony. The kitchen and amenities were what we needed to cook meals from our Costco run.

I think the room was clean and the view was nice. We did have some minor appliance issues. The resort was having some plumbing repairs during the day, and we were notified. That night, our toilet got clogged, and the plunger didn't work. We called the property manager for assistance, but they didn't have anyone who could repair it that evening. We happened to be checking out bright and early the next morning to catch our flight.

Great Stay at K Shores

We had a lovely visit to Maui and enjoyed staying at Ka’anapali Shores. The pool and beach proximity were perfect. Our condo was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.

Excellent stay

The property was well kept and we absolutely loved it. The washer and dryer in the room made it easy to keep laundry done.

The unit is great for the price. High floor with ocean view. Great communications. The resort is a bit dated but well maintained. Ample parking.

Great location - very enjoyable experience

Great condo with a great location. Steps from the beach and the pool. Close to all the fun things to do in Maui. My family enjoyed the property and had a great vacation. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay.

Christmas Vacation Stay

The property was great and the pool was perfect for kids. Beach access was easy and was a usable beach for swimming or surfing. Food trucks were right next to the resort and you can easily walk to them. Overall a great vacation.

Regarding the coffee, we do provide a starter set of supplies for each reservation; however, we do not replenish these items throughout the stay. Perfect room, great location!

I have stayed at Ka’anapali Shores many times, and this room was perfect! No complaints at all. My Perfect Stays was easy to communicate with. Would rent from them again for sure!

Beautiful sunsets!

Running this property was easy and painless. Somethings I would change in the complex but all in all we had a wonderful time, beautiful views of the pool and the ocean. Easy to get around and beautiful sunsets every night.

Beautiful Place

This property was beautiful and in a great location! It was walking distance to the beach. I would say great for snorkeling! It is also very close to a lot of yummy food places. The place was clean when arrived and provided with essential items to cook with. The property manager often checked in which was nice! I would defnitely stay again.

Kaanapali Shores

Although the room felt a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The rental agency did a wonderful job providing clear check in/out instructions. And we really appreciated them checking up on us through out the trip via text. We had an issue with the shower handle and even though the agency was off site, the issue was handled promptly. We would stay with their service again and definitely recommend.

Week in Maui

We enjoyed the location, having the beach right out our door, pool access was wonderful. Some local restaurants and stores were available. Within the condo itself, there were some minor accessories that would have been helpful to have for the kitchen. It was missing the drain stop for the sink, the sprayer didn't work, and the bedroom remote didn't work.

Maui Relaxation

A great resort in a fantastic location! We loved our week long stay at Kaanapali Shores. The beach was perfect - good swimming, mostly quiet, and several sea turtles. The grounds were meticulously maintained and beautiful and the elevators were quick (bonus since we were on the 8th floor). Our only negative comment had to do with all the sawing and drilling that was occurring in the other building (directly across from us) to repair/replace deck floors and railings on those units. It was very noisy most days which meant no laying by the pool or sitting on our deck during the day. We realize improvements are necessary but it was certainly disruptive.
