Great communication! The unit was well stocked, very clean and very comfortable. The lanai had a great view and the grounds are beautiful. The beach was steps away and great for swimming and snorkeling.

Great place to stay. Wonderful view and the kitchen was awesome. The only thing was perhaps a better sofa bed. Other than that, we had a perfect stay.

Great place for family vacation

The Aston Kaanapali Shores is a wonderful place for family vacations and this one bedroom unit was perfect for our daughter and son in law. The hosts (Rod & Bill) were friendly, timely in communications and very responsive to any questions before and during the rental process. Overall a great experience.

VRBO with hotel amenities

One of the best condos we’ve stayed in in Hawaii with great hosts…to which we got to meet both during our 2 week stay! Nicely renovated, great appliances, dishes, pots, etc. supplied with toiletries, cleaners, dishwashing/dishwasher soaps, beach items including boogie boards, beach toys and chairs. Great location steps away from beach, pool/hot tub, showers to rinse off, and there’s a poolside restaurant with live music on weekends and a few hotel shops for souvenirs, food, drinks, surf board rentals, etc. Awesome location and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo facing the beach

Bill’s condo in the Shores is a perfect place to swim, snorkel and hang out. The 2 pools are very nice and the restaurant on site was fantastic. Perfect location!

Great location. Covienient to stores and restaurants. Clean and a great view. Nice garden and pool areas, and beaches. Could use a few more hooks to hang things.

Amazing Place

The owners of this property have this all figured out! We traveled with a one year old and things could not have gone better. There was a very open line of communication prior and during our stay, a packnplay set up upon arrival as we requested, and the owners greeted us in the lobby, assisting us up to our room. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and more! If you are traveling with a kid/kids, I highly recommend as they have boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, coolers and beach chairs for everyone. If you are traveling just the two of you, the view from the balcony is even better in person with a wonderful set up for your morning coffee/lunch ect. Enjoy your trip! Mahalo Sunset Condos Maui!

Great place to stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed to do our own cooking. There was a bit of an ant problem in the unit. We made sure to keep all food in the fridge The view is amazing! We could see whales and dolphins from the deck! The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to change the mattress on the sofa bed. It was not comfortable, and you could feel the coil springs in your back. We put extra blankets on the mattress to make it work for our teenagers. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The condo even had a cooler, beach chairs, wake boards and snorkeling gear. The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained and the pools and hot tubs were clean. The area had lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and there is a grocery store across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo & Great Location

Spouse & I had a good stay at this condo for 12 days. The condo is exactly as advertised. Clean unit, good air conditioner & hot/strong shower spray are 3 of our must haves, and this condo clicks all those boxes. The resort property is well kept and clean. We enjoyed the pools, on-site restaurant & walking path down the coast. We also enjoyed being within walking distance to several meal options. Bill was a pleasure to work with & communication was great. We keep in touch via text during our stay. One thing to note (not negative, just more of an fyi). For those who may have to do some work while staying in the condo-The WiFi included has low security & was a little slow & unstable. Not really an issue for "non work" related usage, but for those of us who travel/work & need to upload/download & Zoom, I just wanted to mention it.

Lovely & comfortable with a beautiful view!

I’m so happy I chose this condo. The views of the ocean, the tropical gardens and pool, and the evening sky all exceeded my expectations. It was much more spacious than I expected, and had everything we needed. It was also very clean- and I am very picky so I appreciated that! Some things to know about that we found helpful were the snorkel gear, free/clean daily beach towels, a cooler, sun hats and a great lil kitchen with everything you may need. I also loved the beach on property and not having to drive to another beach- snorkeling the reef then literally 10 steps to the ocean pool and beach bar! It’s a great location overall, but perfect if you don’t want to leave either.

Kaanapali Condo

The condo is exactly as described. Bill met us at check in and gave us tour. He checked on us to see if we needed anything. Having stayed at Kaanapali Shores before, we didn't need much else. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed. We had a nice stay.

This was such a wonderful and perfectly priced place to stay in Maui. We have been to Hawaii (Maui) four times. We always stay in Kaanapali. This condo was my favorite. It was clean. The hosts checked in to ensure all was well. The pools were clean. Price point was amazing.
