We had a great time at the Spa. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The weather was perfect, and we saw the eclipse from the beach. For the best casual seafood , try the Sea Shack.

Comfy condo

Property was perfect for a little getaway for our small family. Very clean and felt like home. Comfortable master bed. We loved the quick walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Indoor pool was a great option for the kids who wanted to swim in February.

This condo was very comfortable. Very clean. Beautiful grounds. Location is in the ā€œsoundā€ area of the island. More of a ā€œnaturalā€ beach, lots of rocks, shells, etc.

Modern, Clean and Comfortable Villa

Had a two day golf cart tournament on HHI. This 2 BR unit was perfect for me and taking my daughter, mother and girlfriend. Very modern, clean and a very short walk to the beach inlet and most important very affordable, great value for the price! May not be ideal for seniors or people with mobility issues (climbing stairs and luggage) however great for young families.

Missing some necessities

Vacasa was great to deal with. However, the vacation rental was missing some necessities, such as hangers (!) extra blankets, and some kitchen items such as salt, pepper, a few k cups and sugar packets. This could be a great vacation rental if those items were provided.

Perfect Last-Minute Celebratory Getaway on HHI

Beautiful/Modern Condo with everything needed for a quick weekend getaway. Pros: Spacious, Comfortable, large screened-in balcony, beautiful and peaceful (safe/secure), surroundings, peaceful private beach for walks. In addition, Vacasa placed a very NICE welcome note with some of Savannah's own Pralines upon check-in. Only con(s) were corrected professionally/immediately (TV / Internet / Server issues), No clocks read correct time (from recent time changes) & the Welcome Book was lacking instructions, however when we informed Lamar (PPTY MGR, who is EXCELLENT), he ensured us they were going to be updating the books. We definitely will be back and will refer our friends/family members - thanks SO much and Happy Holidays.

Get what you pay for

Property is very old and not well maintained. You can only see a touch of ocean if you are standing on the balcony and hang your body out and look to the right. the windows and sliding doors are so old it looks like shears are hanging on them. You canā€™t clean them. You canā€™t see out of them. Yes, the bathrooms have been redone and in the kitchen, but it would help to put new bedding and more comfortable seating. The HOA really needs to replace rotten stairs, dirty hallways, outdoor carpeting ripped up.

Not clear where to put trash. Not clear on check out. We got email after driving 8hours to check out. Nothing in the room said to check out via email. We left at 9am Friday morning.

We have been going to Hilton Head Island for the past 18 years and stayed at various resorts. This was our first time at the Spa at Port Royal. The unit was phenomenal! All marble showers, updated kitchen, nice furniture- absolutely beautiful! Room for improvement- the coffee maker uses k-cups. I think the old fashioned coffee makers with a pot are more convenient. I had to keep my mug right under the spout or I would get all splattered. Another thing - the towels. Coming out from that gorgeous shower only to dry up with what it feels like sandpaper- not great! There were plenty towels, but very thin and raspy. One use and they would be wet! Good thing we had washer and dryer in the unit to wash the towels and re-use them. The neighborhood- I couldnā€™t quite figure it out; it doesnā€™t have a front office, just a Homeowners Association office! Also, right at the gate there is a list of things you are NOT allowed to do and the fines that come with breaking the rules! We did not receive a welcome package, like at most resorts, and had to ask for the location of the unit. All in all, we felt mostly tolerated, not welcomed! They definitely need to work on their hospitality skills! There were also a gazillion of tiny flies that bit us mercilessly-I am not sure if they are seasonal or a constant presence. We definitely appreciated the patio with mesh screens !
