Stay at our home at the Beach! We open up our home to families that love the beach as much as we do! We are convenient to everything Destin! Check us out!
We are in a small private community located directly off of scenic Highway 98 across from the beach. Short walk to the beach. Sleeps 5 adults comfortably. It was built in 2003 to new hurricane codes. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to Silver Sands outlet mall and Destin’s comments mall. Short walk to pool and private beach area. This is a smoke-free unit. The first floor has family room with futon and sofa bed, 1/2 bath, separate dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils dinner ware cookware appliances needed to prepare meals. Large privacy fenced in patio area with tables and chairs lounge chair glider and charcoal grill.
The second floor has two carpeted bedrooms with two full baths and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed , pack n play. Second bedroom 2 twin beds, 1 floor twin mattress and aero bed. All rooms have TV streaming and fire sticks. There is a balcony outside the master bedroom overlooking the patio.
We have a full-size washer and dryer. All bed linens pillows blankets and towels are provided. Updated carpet and AC unit installed spring of 2016. Also available for use for certain beach items in the outside storage closet items like Beach toys , baby cabana bodyboards, umbrella and some chairs ( do not guarantee conditions)No beach towels provided.
There is Wi-Fi, two parking spaces provided, and an extra shared space, no land line service. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
