Located in the Woods of Watercolor, this home has nearby bike paths, access to the newly expanded private Watercolor Beach Club, and multiple community pools. Louisiana Purchase is located between Seaside shopping, tennis courts, kids pool with water slides, lazy river, and adult food and beverage. Come enjoy private access to the beach through the Beach Club!

Please note: Per HOA Policy, all golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Homes are permitted one golf cart per home. Homes with owner provided golf carts are not permitted to rent an additional golf cart.
