Beautifully Appointed Home In Watercolor with 6 Beach Cruiser Bikes included

Upon entering this stunning new beautifully decorated 4400 sq ft home you are wowed with the 25x42 great room. This room consists of a large seating area, reclaimed wood dining table with seating for 10 and a spacious kitchen with an island with 4 counter stools and top of the line appliances. Open the 15' wide Nano doors to the large screened in porch featuring a fireplace, seating area and another dining table for 10, and you've added another room to the great room! The great room has a 60" Smart TV and the screened in porch has a 42" TV. Walk down the hallway off the great room to the "oyster shell" wall powder bath and then on down the hallway to the very private Master Suite with it's vaulted ceiling and beautiful large window over looking the Nature Preserve. The Master Bath has his and her vanities, a soaking tub and large shower with rain heads.

Wind up the 3 story open staircase filled with windows to the second floor where you will find the second Master Suite with private bath featuring a soaking tub, double vanity and shower. There are 3 more bedrooms on the second floor, all with private baths. The 5th bedroom opens onto it's own private porch, complete with 2 comfortable chairs and ottomans. It's a great spot for reading or enjoying some quiet time in the afternoon. All 4 bedrooms on the second floor have king beds with pillow top mattresses and TVs. 4 hallway bunks with separate reading lights are also on the second floor. The perfect spot for your little ones or teenagers alike.

Continue on up to the third floor where you will find the game room or kid hangout. This is a great place for the kids to have to call their own, while the adults visit downstairs. There is a pool table, games and TV for their enjoyment. There is also a full bath with a shower off this room.

Connected to the home is a gorgeous carriage house with a small kitchen. The carriage house has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa with an air mattress. It has a private bath with a shower.

Other added features of our home are an outdoor shower located by the mudroom, a paver patio with a gas grill off the back screened in porch, and a wonderful inviting front porch swing.

Beautiful vacation home

Family reunion

I was looking for a vacation to bring together 15 family members from around the country. It had to offer amenities to entertain children, teenagers, and adults, and although we were all looking forward to seeing each other and spending time together, we all wanted enough personal space so that we all still liked each other at the end of the week. This property was perfect. The common and dining areas are huge. Each bedroom has an en suite. We put the little kids in the bunks and the teenagers stayed in the third floor game area. The house and furnishings are top of the line and GORGEOUS. We used the 6 supplied bikes every day and rented a golf cart and so we almost never needed a car. We also took advantage of the Watercolor trolley service, which was prompt and so easy. I highly recommend renting the beach chairs and cabanas and doing it well in advance (we called in February for our July trip). The price for the cabanas is a bit high but we all agreed that it was 100% worth it. One excursion we took that I haven’t seen mentioned in many reviews was to Eden Gardens, less than 5 miles from the VRBO. Our 80-year-old mother loved touring the grounds and the historical mansion.

Fantastic Family Vacation

This vacation home had everything our family of 10 adults and 5 grandchildren (ages 7, 4 and 9 months) needed to enjoy our week in Watercolor. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. we were amazed to find 2 refrigerators and two dishwashers! The kiddos loved the bunk beds. Camp WaterColor was so much fun for the whole family. Kudos to Lisa and Bill for sharing their wonderful home.

Great house

Loved the house and how there was room for all to dine together and lounge in the large living room. The screened in porch needs a more powerful fan and bring your own speakers if you want more than TV streamed music. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and serving pieces. No spices so bring your own. But the 2 large refrigerators and dishwashers was handy for this big group.

Great property and host!

We were very pleased with this property and will certainly return in the future. We had a big group with kids/adults of all ages and it was a perfect house for that. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive and she made everything very seamless. I enjoy cooking when traveling with big groups like this and am often concerned that homes won't have kitchens properly stocked - that was certainly not the case here. This kitchen has everything one would need. When choosing this house I relied heavily on the ratings and responses of previous guests and I can certainly say they are all accurate. As I mentioned we have several young kids and the home is on a relatively quiet street with green space directly in front and we were very comfortable letting the kids play out front with minimal adult oversight. Thanks again Lisa for sharing your beautiful home with us - we'll definitely be back next time we travel to Watercolor with a larger group!

OUTSTANDING FAMILY HOME

We were fortunate to stay with our family at this BEAUTIFUL home for 7 nights & 8 days! It was perfect for our group. The kitchen great room area is amazing with more than ample space for prep & enjoying meals. The location in Watercolor is perfect in that you are close to the amenities & grocery store but not too close. We can't wait to return!!! The owner and property management team addressed the few small issues we had quickly & thoroughly.

Better than we'd hoped for.

The first impression was how clean and fresh the house was. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. It's the best house we've stayed in in WaterColor (out of 6 others), The host was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Amazing family getaway

My extended family (parents, siblings and their families) enjoyed a week at this home in August of 2021. The house accommodated everyone (ages 4-74) and everyone had their own space as well as enjoyed the amazing and large common areas on the first floor. The house was perfectly located near the Camp Watercolor pool for the little kids, the grocery store, and a short bike ride or car/golf cart ride to the beach. We used the Grayton Beach Park entrance multiple times for my parents, who needed better accessibility to the beach. The house accommodated 16 of us with plenty of room and amenities to cook and relax at the house each night. Biking through the community was easy and the Watercolor amenities were first class. The owner and property manager were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Fabulous Watercolor Retreat

Our two families so enjoyed our stay at this spacious and beautifully appointed home! It's difficult to find a home in Watercolor with so many bedrooms and en suite bathrooms to ensure everyone is comfortable and has their own retreat space. The house is so well laid-out and the carriage house is lovely too. My sister, who is somewhat immunocompromised and wanted to keep a bit of distance from the rest of us, really appreciated having more solitude. Overall a very positive experience!

Thanksgiving on 30A

We have been vacationing at the beach for the greater part of my adult life. We have experienced the beach, during summer as well as fall, but I must say, we all said, by far the finest home we have ever rented. The size, accommodations, every thing a true chef could need in a kitchen, and our chef attested today that and I could go on an on , but suffice to say, the bar for perfection has been elevated. I attribute the owner of this property for giving much thought to what a perfect vacation looks like and providing every accoutrement needed for that experience. The size, location and amenities made this Thanksgiving very special

Wonderful!

We had a fabulous stay. The property was just as pictured, if not better. The kitchen was nice and well stocked with lots, pans and gadgets. The bedrooms were spacious and there was more than ample living space for our family of 15 to spread out and enjoy. As an added bonus, we loved using all the Watercolor amenities. The property was about a mile to the beach- easy bike ride that we enjoyed each day. A playground and a big neighborhood pool were within walking distance. The Publix is very close, but Shipt was a great option for delivery. We appreciated the prompt service when we had a minor problem with the air conditioning. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic house! Beautiful and lots of room! Great for large family or 2 families. Rent golf cart and beach chairs as soon as possible because the golf carts are limited in numbers and the front row beach chairs go fast! This property is very colors to the Publix .

Christmas at the Beach 2019

How to you accommodate a large family for a holiday gathering? You rent a house in Watercolors. Yes, VERY expensive but everyone was comfortable and could sleep without using pallets and air mattresses. Six grandsons had areas where they could play their card and video games. My two granddaughters had space for their creating, whether it was art, puzzling, reading or playing cards with others. All and all it was very relaxing and time well spent together. The homeowner was very accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the bicycles that came with the house, although we had to rent more and even a golf cart for my husband and I to get around In ( added expense) and the home owner didn’t offer the empty half of the garage for us to park the cart out of the weather. Other than a stressful situation with a local florist that we “rented” a Christmas tree from, all and all it was a glorious time with my two children and their families. It’s once a year. I’ll start saving for next year, love has no price tag.

We are residents of Bowling Green, Kentucky who love spending time with our 5 children and their families. Our grandchildren are the highlight of our lives. We built this house in 2015 with the hope of sharing much love, laughter and wonderful times there together.

We had friends who owned a home in Watercolor and after visiting them we were hooked! We loved the family oriented and laid back lifestyle of the area. We took our time in picking the spot we thought suited our family best. They ALL loved Watercolor. The amenities such as private tennis courts, 5 private pools, a workout center, and a day camp for children all were added pluses for choosing Watercolor. The neighborhood is one where you feel at ease letting your children take off on bikes for the day, very similar to neighborhoods we grew up in as children.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our home is located on a small semi-circle side street with a wonderful green space in front. Our home is dead center on the street. It is a great place for children to play. You can watch them from our front porch, or sit on the benches under the trees in the area as well. We are a short walk to the Watercolor Pool/ Camp/Playground area. There is also a very large green space in that area with soccer nets and plenty of room to run and play games.
