Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit for the 2nd year in a row. We love the house, how close it is to the lake and the boat launch. There is so much space for a large family/multi family rental. Quiet area and large yard to use. New back deck was a nice surprise this year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a vacation hope close to a beach and have boat launch. This property was perfect for us and our family. One downside was no AC. We had a very hot week and it made it very hot in the house and the rooms until evening. We also would have liked having available Kayaks to use. There were tons of them but all owned by others. This could be a nice perk. I would rent this location again for sure, but bring my own portable AC unit from home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 157 my beautiful house lots of space however we left a day early due to the fact that upstairs it was 107° We knew going in that there was no air conditioning, but we did not anticipate it to me so uncomfortable the windows did not fully open and the guy upstairs with extremely hot. The kitchen was stuck. However, the fan was very outdated, and should be replaced when using the bathroom be very careful as the strips on the tub will not prevent you from falling when we stayed there, they told us when we arrived at the refrigerator would take a while to regulate the next day on Sunday or meet turn gray and we did not eat it. We didn’t notice on Saturday after we unpack trash in the dumpster. That had nothing in it are you saying that the people that were supposed to be checking out would’ve left trash but it was clean which means no one stays in the prior week so I feel that they probably put the refrigerator on that morning again it’s a great place to rent, but it needs a lot of little improvement. The couches sink when you sit on them. The same with the dining room chairs. I do think that they should take down the lights in the dining room and put a ceiling fan with the light that would help circulate the air. I feel making no changes will get a lot more rentals for the place. We will not be in check Place again. It was nice. Don’t get me wrong but it’s just extremely outdated.

Reviewer Comments: Overall quite good, but unhappy the lawn was VERY unmowed (we brought lawn games that were unusable) and kitchen are not the cleanest (floors, old coffee in coffeemaker)

Key benefits are (1)its location to the beach, (2) large family room and kitchen area, (3) tankless water heater, (4) washer & dryer

All about LOCATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would love to give this home a 10* rating due to the location, however there some seriously areas that need improvement!Pros.....Excellent location across from Suissevale HOA Beach, lots of room our family of 8 from 2 yrs to 70’s! Check in & check out were a breeze. A/C (we knew this going in) and the standing fans in the bedrooms were filthy. More than 1 mattress pad were dirty and old to the point of not staying on the bed. Coverlets looked very old. Sofas in living room covered with dirty stained covers of some sort. Kitchen very functional however quite lacking in bowls, any sort of storage containers etc. CARPETS in bedrooms look to be FAIRLY ? NEW however they are already full of stains. Overall we had a great stay ....that being said we would look elsewhere for our next Lake Winnie rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was very good. The house was well located and outfittedwith necessary kitchen and other household items. When we turned in our evaluation at check out we mentioned a couple of maintenance items: Chair in the dining room, arm broken. water systems slow to produce hot water, thereby wasting lots of water. Windows need to be lubed. Overall maintenance issues, while minor, should be checked.
