We had a good vacation here. Unit was very clean. The linens on king bed were pilled and scratchy. There is only one clock in the whole unit on the wall in living room, no bedside alarm clocks. Televisions are set up with Roku and very difficult to use. No local stations. Make sure to bring app passwords if you want Netflix, Prime or many other apps. We never had conversation with owner of unit, we don’t even know who they are. There is an ocean view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Hilton Head, this year we picked a different unit then previous years due to it being upgraded. We were a little disappointed about some small items. First, in the primary bathroom, there are no towel bars, hand towel bars, just a small hook on the back of a door? Next, the oven seal was broken, so trying to cook in it took a lot longer and released a lot of heat into the kitchen. Also, there was one pot holder in the kitchen, we had a difficult time taking thing out of the oven. It was a lot of little things that were disappointing , things that previous units had.

Wonderful stay!!

Condo was super clean and so roomy! I loved the big soaker tub and the shower was so big and roomy! We just loved everything about the condo/villa! Island Time was wonderful to work with! Everything was on spot! Can’t wait to come back!

Well equipped, beautifully decorated. Clean, well kept. Loved the view and location. An ironing board would have been nice though!

Absolutely beautiful property

We could not have been more pleased. We rented the property before they got pictures up so we were taking a little bit of a chance. It was absolutely beautiful in every regard.

Nice vacation spot

I had a wonderful time with my family at this vacation rental. Great location and the beach was amazing! The rental was good overall but definitely needs a deep clean including fans, kitchen cabinets, and fridge. Also the exterminator came while we were there and once they sprayed a ton of bugs came out of nowhere which was odd. None were found in the home thankfully! Great time!

Nice and Roomy

We really enjoyed this property. Spacious and comfortable unlike some smaller properties on the island. Our only complaint is no blackout or room darkening shades in bedrooms. If you are an early riser you’re awake at daybreak. Part of our vacation is getting caught up on sleep. Not so much this trip.
