Pet friendly Beach House with a Heated Pool.


Now accepting reservations for (4) nights minimum stay. All Booking inquiries must be followed up with a phone call with the manager/owner within 24 hours of booking to avoid cancelations.

Heated pool not avail Jan 01, thru March 31, 2026. During Peak season, June 01 thru September 05, (7) nights minimum stay is required, Saturday thru Saturday.

This amazingly maintained Beach Home, is going into its fourth season on the market as a vacation rental. Our home has a large living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a one half bathroom.

The home is located on the west end of Holden Beach, on a small dead end road, which is steps away from the beach. Enter our home up from the front steps and you will walk into the main Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas. Off the main living space is the Primary bedroom with a King bed and full bath; there is also a half bathroom and laundry room on same floor.

On the second floor are two bedrooms. First bedroom has a Bunk bed and a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, both areas are split with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors to exit onto the upper deck.

The backyard has a golf course, a 13x 26 pool, lounge area and grill. We hope you and your family will enjoy our home as much as we do.

The house and pool were very clean. Roy gave updates and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Beach access was right across the road. Perfect small beach town atmosphere for a peaceful stay.

Stay in Holden!

Our time in Holden was amazing. The property was clean and convenient. However, we were not told that gas for the grill and putters and balls were not provided. Therefore we had to buy a cheap charcoal grill. No one can sleep on the top bunk because it is very unreliable, so we had to buy an air mattress for our smallest child. Roy sent us a 350 invoice claiming that we left sand in the washing machine, cracked the bunk ladder and for leaving the charcoal grill that we had to buy. We didn’t have the room to take it home. He could not provide me pictures of the claims of sand in the washer or a cracked bunk ladder. As I mentioned, no one even used top bunk. And sand in the washer in a beach house is inevitable even though we are super diligent about it. I also told him it would be nice if he left the grill for the next guests to enjoy since he doesn’t provide gas for his. Roy was very nice at first but I was completely taken aback when he dropped that invoice on us after our stay. I will not be paying him anymore money!

Our stay on Holden Beach

We had a Great stay and easy access to beach from the home we stayed at. The owner texted to make sure we had everything and offered any help if needed. The place was extremely clean and spacious. This would be perfect for small or large groups

Always enjoy!

This is our third year staying at Roy’s home. Every year we enjoy it just as much as the last. The home is clean, comfortable, and has amazing access to the beach. We also enjoy the pool and spend most afternoons swimming and playing. Roy is wonderful to communicate with and we cannot wait to stay next year!

Beach House

This was a wonderful beach vacation for my family! The location is perfect and having a pool for those days when the ocean was too rough for the little ones really saved us. Roy is a wonderful host, the listing pictures are exactly what the house looks like. We are all already looking forward to next year! Thanks, Roy!

Beautiful home

Very nice home. Really is just a very short walk to the beach, this is the first time we have stayed not right on the ocean. Roy was quick with any answers we needed!! Pool was nice for days you just wanted to relax away from the beach. Very enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Second year

This was the second year staying at this beach house and like last year, it was very clean and comfortable. Roy, the owner is always a pleasure to speak with and very prompt with responses. Last year the pool was not in yet, but this year it was a game changer. It took the home to another level. We absolutely love staying here with its very close proximity to the beach and cannot wait to stay again!

Great location!

The home is great with a nice big front porch and the new pool out back. It’s in an excellent location with the public beach access at the end of the street. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend as a place to stay in Holden Beach with close access to the beach and a private pool!

Beautiful retreat!

We had an amazing time staying here. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beach access was close and so convenient even with two little kids. Gina was very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We will definitely be booking for next year and we are excited for the pool addition.

Perfect location!

Perfect location and east beach access!! The home was nicely appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the porch and having coffee each morning, rocking in the rocking chairs and saying hello to friendly neighbors. It was nice to be able to bring our dog and introduce him to the beach!! Would stay there again!!

Beach vacation

We had a great time ! An easy quick walk to the beach ! The place was vey clean and tidy . Easy and prompt communication with owner. Great place to bring your dog as well ! We will definite come back :)

A Great Getaway

We decided on late notice to make a beach trip. Fearing everything would already be booked, we found this little gem. For our family of 5 it was a perfect fit. It will be even better next season when the pool is installed. Overall: this is a low-frills, non-waterfront property that is clean and comfortable. For a small family it will be a good house to use as a home-base, being able to come and go from the beach easily. The beach-access is very convenient, and even better has almost no stairs (there is a short drop from the end of the walk onto the sand), so is convenient for using the wagon to get stuff to/from the beach. The water pressure is good, and the internet worked well (common complaints with beach rentals). The kitchen is small but usable. There is a hot/cold shower outside that is great for washing off after visiting the beach. The beach itself is big enough that it doesn't feel too crowded and had enough space for us to build sandcastles, ride the waves, setup our canopy, and relax.

Great place, very short walk to beach

This place was great for our family of 4 adults, plus a one year old. The house was very clean and only a short walk to the beach, which was important with a one year old! Easy communication with owner and property manager, very good to work with for rental.
