Serenity on Siverly: Saltwater pool and amazing view

Get ready to experience the ultimate Hocking Hills vacation in our brand new custom home. Built in 2019, our home offers a warm and cozy atmosphere with plenty of space for your group. Our open floor plan allows for easy flow between rooms, making it the perfect spot for family gatherings or a getaway with friends.

Relax and unwind in our outdoor pool, open for as long as possible each year (generally from April to November). Take advantage of our outdoor fire pit in the back, or cozy up by the gas fire table and grill on the front deck.

Our location puts you just minutes away from all the popular Hocking Hills destinations. Explore the beauty of Hocking Hills State Park, only 18 minutes from our doorstep. Or head over to Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, and Zaleski State Forest, all within a short drive from the house.

With 4 full bedrooms and a bunk room, our home can comfortably sleep up to 17 guests in beds. And with two spacious living rooms and a massive open kitchen, everyone will have plenty of space to relax and make themselves at home. Our beds come in a variety of sizes to accommodate everyone, including single king, king with a crib, two queens, and a bunk room with a full and three twins.

When you book our home, you have the entire space to yourself. Perfect for larger groups and families looking to make lasting memories together. Please note that groups larger than 12 adults may incur an additional guest service fee and occupancy tax. And don`t forget to bring your furry friends along - our home is pet-friendly with a $150 cleaning fee. Just let us know the total number of guests and pets when booking.

For your peace of mind, we have exterior cameras at entry doors and the parking area for added security. We do not allow outside guests, other than those on the reservation, on the property without prior approval from us.

Location to Hocking Hills was good! Kids loved the pool and game area. It was perfect for our two families. House was beautiful. Would recommend!

Summer Family Fun

A great place to get away & enjoy family. We have a wide variety of ages but the pool & hiking close by made for a fabulous vacation. Lots of room & no close neighbors to be bothered by our fun noise.

Excellent vacation rental!

We had a great stay at Serenity on Siverly! We brought our dog so a pet friendly rental was a must-have. The home was very clean considering it is pet friendly. We enjoyed the pool every day during our stay. This home is a short drive to some excellent hiking trails including Ash Cave and Old Man's Cave. We would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic!

Great place to stay!!! Very clean and with a nice pool and hot tub. The large house was great for 4 families. Plenty of room and game room was great! Needed more toys for young children ages 3-5. We loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely go back again!!!!

Family Vacation

It was a lovely, spacious home. We had 6 families stay with plenty of sleeping space. The poker room and pool table added extra entertainment for all the kids and adults. The crib and high chair are extra handy if you have a baby! It is out there in the middle of no where. Very peaceful and quiet. The owner is very responsive! Would definitely go back again.

Great place

The house was great! This house is one of the best stocked houses that we have stayed in. The only thing that could be better is the landscaping, we were unable to use the fire pit due to the high weeds around it. Other then that a great place!! Definitely would stay again.

Very comfy

The house and property were well kept. They are still doing work on the outside so the landscaping is still being worked on, but that was not an issue. The pool was fantastic and everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. Property manager was quick to respond and was super helpful with last minute changes we had.

Phenomenal Home

This house had every single detail thought out. Very well stocked home, absolutely gorgeous including extremely clean and warm pool. I’ve read about the landscape being an issue in previous stays and I can note, this has been resolved. The communication of the host was outstanding, the best of any host I have ever dealt with. Perfect stay for a large family. Thank you!!!

Family get together

Our whole family gets together once a year. This rental was large enough for all of us. There was lots to do for older grandkids. Hiking trails were very close. The pool was a hit for everyone. The inside was very nice, but the outside needed taken care. As in other posts, the weeds and landscaping needed round-up and cleaned. We swept out the garage and cleaned it up so we could put our cars in. Out side does not match inside, but it is a great place to stay!

Annual Family Vacation

We had four generations, ages 14 months to 85 years stay for a long weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed this house! The kids (four of them ages 14 months to 11 years) were in the pool every minute. The layout of the house was perfect! The second floor was a great layout for the elderly who couldn't do steps. The 1st floor with the game room was perfect for the kids. We had a little difficulty when we didn't have GPS to get to places we wanted to go. At first people were a little upset they didn't have cell phone service, but after awhile no one minded because they were having such a good time!

Nice house - outside needs a lot of work

The house itself is beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. However, the grounds were awful. Needed mowed and weeds even by the pool were bad. Couldn’t even access the fire pit because we were fearful of poison ivy. This could be a wonderful property if the outside was cared for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but it could’ve and should’ve been so much better.

This is a nice property but has a lot of deferred maintenance. There were lots of weeds around the pool and in flower beds. The pool table was low quality and had only one unbroken pool stick. Air hockey didn’t work and shuffle board was inoperable due to lack of wax or shuffleboard sand. The pool and hot tub were nice. Master suite was very nice. We enjoyed the card game room and overall we enjoyed our stay but amenities could be better.

Fantastic property!

We had a group of 7 adults and 4 children stay. There was plenty of room, lots of space to gather as a large group or spread out. There was plenty of parking spots and lots of yard to play outside. House was well stocked. Response time in communication from property manager was quick. Booklet in house with directions to parks, activities, etc; how to clean up for the end of your stay and also helpful info about the property was super helpful to us. Our family enjoyed the country, quiet, peaceful setting. We ended up using the poker table for a jigsaw puzzle and had to move folding chairs back and forth from the game room to the dining table, so that's our only suggestion is a folding table and chairs available for a jigsaw puzzle!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great property but needs some maintenance

The house was beautiful and clean inside. There were several broken items in the house that should have been repaired. (Completely detached faucet handle on the kitchen sink that was just set on the screw, but not actually attached. An armchair that was detached from It’s bass but set on top of it so it looked safe to sit in but wasn’t. Loose handrail along the basement stairway. ) Owner said they’d be taken care of after we notified her. Also, the outside needs to be picked up. And there was a lot of discarded stuff in the garage that could be put away and swept up. The owner was very responsive to our questions. I hope this means that these few things will be cleaned up and repaired because this property was nice and was a great place to hang out.

lovely home near Hocking Hills State Park

This large home with heated pool, hot tub, propane fire pit, grill, junior pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, poker table and tons of board games, tvs in game room, great room and bedrooms was the perfect place for our family of adult kids to stay while hiking the nearby Hocking Hills State Park and visiting some of the local wineries. The home has plenty of room to spread out but also be able to stay in the same place for convenience of meals and family time with our dogs. The home is newer so in good condition. The beds are comfortable and the master bathroom has a nice larger tiled shower. Cell phone service is weak because of the surrounding hills while driving, but while at the house, we didn’t have any trouble. Could use an update on the pots and pans, there was no large pasta pot, strainer and no wine opener, despite the hosts leaving a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Plenty of glasses, cups, plates and coffee. The washer and dryer, gas cooktop and oven and dishwasher were all in good working condition. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again soon. Thanks again to our hosts who were available via message through the VRBO website to immediately answer questions for us. We had a great time.
