The condo is located on the fifth floor with a direct oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean. This corner retreat features two walls of full-size sliding glass doors to offer you a great view of the pool, the sand dunes, and of course the ocean. The porch size is double the size of the non-corner unit which makes this condo a premium location.

If you love nature and real Florida beauty, then this is the place for you! The famous Washing Oaks State Park is located just a half mile south of the resort and Marineland, and a swim with the dolphins is a half mile north of the resort. The beach is like no other in Florida with cinnamon-colored sand and coquina rock where you can spend your mornings exploring the tidal pools or catching fish from the sandy shore. A short walk from the complex takes you to white sandy beaches where you can stroll or beachcombing. Later in the day enjoy other activities the resort offers; three heated swimming pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, and a dock on the Intracoastal for fishing, boating, or kayaking. Plus, enjoy hiking, biking, birding, surfing, and golf, all within minutes!

After a day at the beach come back to the condo and relax. The kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy an evening meal or go to many of the nearby restaurants. The kitchen dining room and living room all have ocean views so even in the air conditioning you can still enjoy the ocean and all its glory. The kitchen even has its own sliding glass door to the balcony so there are three sliders to take you to the main reason you came, the beautiful crashing surf. The resort offers a BBQ area near the pool so the chef can watch the rest of the group swim while cooking up a healthy meal.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed where you can lay in bed and gaze at the ocean and the pool from two different angles. Enjoy both the moon and sunrise over the crashing surf, a memory you will take home for a lifetime. The large adjoining main bath with a bathtub and walk-in shower relaxes you in blue serenity. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the couch is a sleeper couch for extra guests. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, cable, and free WiFi.

There is a marina less than a mile up the road that offers kayaking tours and across from that is the famous Marine Land where you can swim with the dolphins. There are also miles of biking trails for you to enjoy. If you want to get away from the crowds and have more of a quiet beach vacation then Surf Club is for you.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
