The GulfCrest Condominium and Resort rests on the exclusive Thomas Drive area of Panama City Beach described as 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches' by the Travel Channel. Eat, sleep or just relax on one of the largest gulf front wrap around balconies (719 square feet)on the Emerald Coast. From your 7th floor beachfront view, watch your family play on the beach, swim in one of the two gulf front pools, two outdoor spas or kiddie pool.

This large, open floorplan (1801 square feet) boasts three bedrooms, two baths, and and comfortably accommodate 6 - 7 people. The master bedroom, living, kitchen and dining rooms all provide spectacular ocean views through large floor to ceiling windows with crown molding. Beautiful ceramic tile floors are in the living, dining, kitchen and bathroom areas.

The Gulf front Master suite includes a king size bed, HDTV, large private bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms feature a queen size bed, a Full size and a Twin size bed. HDTVs along with balcony access. The large open kitchen is fully equipped and has GE Profile Appliances, granite countertops and a large breakfast bar. The unit has a washer/dryer, ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms and hi-speed internet access through Fire Dog Wireless Internet/Cable. Beach set up service is Included (Two cushioned lounge chairs and large umbrella). There is also a fitness center and game room on site.

You may never want to leave, but in case you do, there is a poolside Tikki Hut Bar/Restaurant and excellent dining and family entertainment just a short walk away. Enjoy the fun park, golf, deep sea-fishing, diving, snorkeling or just spend a relaxing day at nearby St. Andrews State park or Shell Island where you can swim with the dolphins.

This condo is large and has plenty of space for my family of 5 (mostly adults). The balcony is really big and has the best view of the ocean and wraps around to view some night life. Go carts and restaurants within walking distance. We loved the assigned parking space and we were very close to grocery stores. Beach access was great too! Loved our stay here. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo and Views

Everything was Great , only Downside was Size of TVs , We watch Collage football every year after the holidays. Other than that , The Condo Is amazing , comfy and the views are amazing ..

Wonderful stay!

Extremely clean and spectacular views. We also appreciated that this unit is in a gated complex with assigned parking. All staff at the complex was very friendly. We loved being able to just walk out to the beach and pool every day.

Great location and views

This was not our first trip to Gulf Crest and it certainly won't be our last. It was very clean and enjoyed the wrap around balcony and the beautiful views in the morning and especially at sunset. Thanks again for a wonderful week!!

Great Property & Great Location

I really love this area of Panama because it is quieter and not as crowded. We came to Florida for two weeks and spent our first week over in 30a. 30a is gorgeous, but is becoming very popular and crowded. The beach is much better over in Panama. There was hardly a crowd and we found a spot every day for our canopy! We were so happy about the beach and pool. The kids spent a lot of time at the pool and it was kept clean every day. Bills unit has everything you need and is in wonderful condition. I worked and had coffee on the balcony every morning with the sound of the ocean and beautiful views... It was heaven. Communication with Bill is superb. The only thing negative was that we had a pair of brand new crocs my son bought stolen from the beach access, but this was our part for leaving them... we learned a tough lesson. Other than that, it was perfect.

Amazing view

This was perfect for our needs. The view is awesome. The pool facilities were awesome and the beach service from early morning to 5pm was a great bonus. We had a fabulous time!

Everything was wonderful. There was a little bit of loud music on a Friday night from a nearby bar, but the other evenings were peaceful. The end unit has a beautiful view!!

Can't say enough good things!!!!

Great stay at GulfCrest in PCB!

Room 701 was amazing! Plenty of room, nice furnishings, the kitchen is awesome! Wrap around balcony allows beautiful views of sunrise to sunset. Location is great! Two pools, tiki hut, beach service all hits! Will stay again.

Gulf Crest Resort 701

Very nice, clean, looked just like the pictures. Loved every thing. The gulf view was beautiful. The people very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, 3 big bedrooms, Will be recommending Gulf Crest to my friends and family. Looking forward to going back. This is a very secure, well maintained property right on the gulf.

Awesome place

If you want to be ON the beach, this is it. Awesome views from every window. This is a great place to rent a condo. People are so nice and the rooms are great. We loved every minute here.

Perfect Getaway

This is our 4th year renting from Meyers Realty and they are so nice and easy to work with. We loved this 3 br condo. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It is also very well maintained and well equipped with everything you could need. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the wrap around balcony. We love Gulf Crest and Eileen and we are already looking forward to our vacation there next year. I highly recommend Gulfcrest and Meyers Realty when planning your vacation.

Great unit with excellent and attentive management

This unit at the Gulfcrest is excellent, well equipped and excellently maintained. During our stay this past Jan. and Feb., there were several big storms which knocked out the power, internet and cable. Meyers Realty was on top of each situation and my internet, which is critical for me, was only down a few hours while many units had issues for days. The patio furniture blew off the balcony during one storm and they had it replaced within three days. Any and all issues were immediately addressed by Meyers and I highly recommend both the unit and them!

Perfect

Due to a change in jobs our family of 4 took advantage of a 3 week stay in this beautiful condo. Many of the reviews already talked about the condo and how well set up and stocked it is. The wow factor of the view is what gets me. We spent almost every evening watching the sunset from the balcony. It is amazing. This is our third time staying at gulf crest. Our second time renting a unit from Eileen Meyer. Eileen is super easy to work with and a pleasure. Twice before we stayed in two-bedroom units which are fabulous, however, the three-bedroom unit cannot be beat what an amazing wraparound balcony. And all the extra space. And the incredible view you get while cooking in the kitchen. We love Gulf Crest and are already dreaming of our next trip. We have looked at other PCB complexes and units. Gulf Crest blows them away. We also always run into other very friendly guests.

Wonderful and Relaxing Week!

This was our 3rd year renting a condo at Gulf Crest from Meyers Realty and it was just as wonderful as the first two. This year for our review I am going to focus on what I would find helpful and hope it proves to be for others who are thinking of renting at Gulf Crest. Unit 701 is and end unit which provides more privacy than some of the inside units. You also have 3 bedrooms in this condo with a very large wrap around balcony that gives you a Gulf view and a Thomas Drive view. Even though there is some "active" night life close to this property you are never disturbed by it unless you want to be. The windows and doors are pretty much sound proof. There is a small but useful gym onsite for those that prefer a treadmill run over a street one; or for the occasional rainy day. You also receive two chair rentals for the week which is very nice for the much needed break from the sun that comes in the afternoon after being on the beach all day. All of these things allow every traveler to have their own unique experience. Renting from Eileen Meyers and her family is always a pleasure which is why we continue to come back. Enjoy!
