This charming home is situated in South Beach & is just
4 houses from the beach! The Master Bedroom, Living
Room, Dining Room & Kitchen are located on the first
floor and there are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs on the
second floor. A Deck off of the Kitchen offers Seating & a
Grill for your use. This home is in the perfect location &
offers a great value! Guests of 47 South Beach Lane can
access the Sea Pines Beach Club via the FREE Sea
Pines Trolley. SOUTH BEACH POOL IS CLOSED FOR 2025.
NO ACCESS TO ANY POOL IN SEA PINES.

The property is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. The beach access is a concrete sidewalk beside the house about a block walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful and the home inside is well taken care of. The kitchen and bathrooms are very dated and owner should consider upgrading them, but the home itself is well taken care of. We enjoyed our week there. I would recommend if you go in August to be sure and take bug spray as the walk to the beach is tropical and mosquitos are everywhere.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No vacation rental company should be offering this place as an active listing. Place is falling apart and extremely outdated. Visible mold, German cockroach problem in kitchen and upstairs. Stains on carpets that could have easily been professionally cleaned out. Not to mention we were given one trash bag, one paper towel roll and one roll of TP per bathroom (2) This place needs extensive renovations and there is absolutely no reason for the condition it is in. Photos are idealized and shown in the best light possible. The only pro to this house is proximity to the beach walk access. We couldn’t handle this place so we left a whole day early from our trip.

Great location, it is an older home that could use a few repairs but price reflects that. We had a great stay and loved being walking distance to the beach and Salty Dog.

Family HHI Trip

The location of the house is excellent. The layout is great but there are so many issues with the condition I wouldn't stay again. To say the house needs an update is a huge understatement - most are minor repairs that could be made quickly but some - like boards on the deck rotting could be a safety issue and are the bathroom ceilings just in need of paint or is there mold coming through. The kitchen is ill equipped except for the most basic cooking - no chef's knife just a dull paring knife and old pans that need to be replaced. The entire unit needs to be repainted. It is a shame because it could be an excellent house but it is going to take some work.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this house is great. Short walk to the beach. The following could have helped with our stay at this house:* only 7 forks along with very little plates, bowls, and kitchen items* many light bulbs were missing making it impossible to see in closets and other spaces * the ice maker would only make a little amount of ice each day* the house would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and repair water damage in the bathroom and other rooms.

Great stay!!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The only issue was, there was no blender, and we really wanted to make our own drinks! My bottom, part of the blender was there, but there was no top part anywhere!

It’s lots of little maintenance issues (again) that will keep this off our list for future stays. Has the potential to be a great place to stay but the owners need to up their game.

Great location

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, Salty Dog, pool, and Tennis/Pickle ball courts. As noted in prior reviews the house is needing a little TLC but was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is very convenient to the beach, golf courses and restaurants. The house is very equipped with everything you would need.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Path to beach right next to house. A five minute walk to beach. Beach is not busy since in residential area which was great. As stated in previous posts, house is dated but that doesn’t mean it couldn’t be cleaner! Bathrooms need a good scrub down. Deck would have been nice to use but the table and chairs are covered in bird poop. Grill was not clean as it should have been. Deck needs to be fixed up along with sliding glass doors replaced. Doors are safety issue. Nice outdoor shower.

Great beach getaway

Location was wonderful. The beach access was a short walk from the house and thankfully the beach was not crowded! Nice and quiet neighborhood and thankfully dog friendly :)

The house was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped, the beds were great. Right on the beach path, and a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The deck furniture is tired, but we didn't really use the deck. All in all, a great time here.

The location is the closest we have found to the beach that is dog friendly and has ample space to accommodate a family. I have allergies to certain pets and this location did not cause me any issues. We love it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful vacation location. Everything you need close to beach and South Beach Marina. This home is spacious with a nice large great room for gathering. The bedrooms are also large, good for accommodating multiple families. However, only 2 bathrooms create a little inconvenience. (the master bathroom shares the only first-floor bathroom, three upstairs bathrooms share 1 small bath). The kitchen is closed off compared to more modern open layouts, but it is large enough and has good appliances. The kitchen opens nicely to the back deck (If the sliding door was fixed). Over-all, a nice home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for excellent beach access that does not need the most up to date accommodations.
