Perfectly situated overlooking a lagoon and nestled among tall, gorgeous, sea pines and palmetto trees, this “second row” home is located just a two-minute walk to the beach, where you can lounge in a beach chair and get lost in your favorite novel, take a bike ride or a relaxing walk along the breathtaking coastline, watch the dolphins play in the surf, play a friendly game of bocce ball, or cast a fishing rod into the ocean.

Accommodations: Single Family Cozy ORIGINAL Mid-Century Home with 3 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full + sleeper sofa, 2 Baths (comfortably sleeps 6 plus 1 or 2 more if you use sofa couch. Updated kitchen. We also have a pack-n-play and an additional twin mattress if needed.

The spacious Primary Suite overlooks the lagoon and has a a king bed, double-sink bath, on-suite bathroom with double sinks separate from shower/tub combo, a walk-in closet & dressing area and a 40” SMART TV. It’s at the far end of the house, so it's very quiet and private from the living areas.

**We also have a beautiful detached 1 BR/1 BA COTTAGE GUEST HOUSE perfect for extended family and is only available for ADDITIONAL COST. Please note the 1BR/1BA guest house features one queen bed and one twin day bed (sleeps 3) plus walk-in closet. We do not ever ever rent the guest house separately. It is an extra suite available to you if your group needs a 4th bedroom/suite. The guest house is detached and located adjacent to the master bedroom. It also features a sitting area w/ television and beautiful lagoon views through the glass doors.

The kitchen has been updated and is fully stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils, cookware and dinnerware.

This home has open-floor plan and is fully equipped (including beach chairs, floats and toys!) and offers comfortable furnishings. The family room’s panoramic view of the lagoon and beautiful island surroundings make it easy to enjoy your time indoors observing the island wildlife, birds, and deer. Patio overlooking lagoon (and beach path) with barbecue grill. The comfortable and open dining room offer plenty of seating for long, leisurely dinners together. Finish your day watching a film on the family room’s SMART TV. Spectacular lagoon views from every room are perfect for watching the native wildlife of the island.

The proximity and convenience of being so close to this private beach get-away will be your most treasured memory. This ideal location also serves as a convenient launching point for exciting island excursions.

The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. The double sinks are separated from shower/tub and toilet, Second bedroom has a queen-size bed, cable TV, and sliding door access to the private patio. The third bedroom has two full beds. The sofa bed is in the family room. Also available to you is a “pack ‘n play” for infants.

The guest house is detached and located adjacent to the master bedroom. The guest house features sitting area w/ television, queen bed, twin day bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom. Beautiful lagoon views through the glass doors.
