Beautifully renovated (2021) one bedroom, two bathroom property on the third floor, overlooking the first pool area. First class furnishings, inverter split airconditioners, high speed fiber optic internet and beautiful extended brand new kitchen. This condo is new to the rental market. Furnished to a high standard with leather sofa which has electric recliner chaise, large screen smart TV. Laundry area, with a washing machine (no dryer but there is a retractable clothes dryer on the balcony) The second bathroom has toilet and handbasin and storage unit. Kind bed and plenty of storage space and full window overlooking the pool. Outside the balcony is large with plenty of room to enjoy the peace and tranquility overlooking the pool. BBQ, and electric sun awning. Keyless entry door
Electricity is charged separately/you pay your full consumption at check out. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

A little piece of heaven :)

The location was the best, close to everything that we needed. Many good restaurants within walking distance. *La Bruja Chupandora was the best* Apartment was beautiful and very clean with everything you could possibly need for your getaway. It was a little piece of heaven on earth. The walk to the beach was very short. Playa Turquesa's staff is wonderful of keeping the sargassum cleaned up so you can enjoy the beach. Liz was a wonderful host, a very beautiful friendly woman. It doesn't get much better than her. Highly recommended!!! Hope to return one day. Thank you for a wonderful experience booking through VRBO.

First Time But Not Last

We chose this condo because it was close to local restaurants and the beach, all within walking distance. There is even a bus stop just outside the gate that can take you to the local grocery store. The condo itself was fresh and updated and included everything you could need to cook if you did not want to go out to eat. There are separate AC units in the bedroom and living area as well as ceiling fans in each room and the balcony. The property is spacious and well-maintained and most days we felt we were the only ones there. The water at the beach is refreshing, but there is a lot of boat traffic in the area so be aware that the water is not the clearest. The property does a good job of keeping the beach clean and removing the seaweed that has washed ashore. The beach bar was under renovation while we were there so we cannot comment on that, but there are other bars just a short walk away if you want a drink, or bring your own like we did. The host, Liz, was awesome. She answered all our questions and even helped to reserve transportation to and from the condo if needed. Since this was our first time using VRBO and staying somewhere other than a hotel/resort, she made the whole experience much more enjoyable and we will be back.

Lovely Stay Fantastic Host!

I planned my visit to Punta Cana in the hurricane season and it was exactly as i expected! My surprise was the condo i was staying in was truly the best choice, great location great condo, and all services were available and worked well, even at the worst point in the hurricane. I had planned only a 4 night stay and later i extended a week. Liz is the host and she arranged for my pick up at the airport and greeted me at the condo in the late evening. Liz is very helpful and goes out of her way to help and to be available to assist. I highly recommend Liz and this condo vacation rental. 10 out of 10 Angus

Amazing experience

This was my first experience using the site. I have enjoy my stay from the beginning. Communication was clear and easy. The host was wonderful and helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The ride was arranged with them and it was pleasant and professional. The place was clean and as described. Everything I needed was there to make my stay as easy and comfortable. The area is secure and at night you have opportunity to join the clise by restaurants. I can’t wait to go back. Liz you are the best.

J’ai passé un magnifique voyage! Liz est une hôtesse extraordinaire! J’ai été très bien reçue.

Le condo est très bien situé. Beaucoup de restaurants autour, l’épicerie est tout près également. Il y a bars et bureau de change tout près. Vraiment merveilleux comme endroit!
