Playa Turquesa is a stunning luxury condo development located directly on renowned Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana, famous for its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters.

Our newly and fully renovated, raised floor condo is perfectly situated steps away from the pool, while providing stunning views towards the beach across the pools and gardens. The private patio is a perfect place to sit and relax with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The beach is a short 2 minute walk, where you will continue to find lounge chairs and shade structures, solely for the use of guests staying in Playa Turquesa.

We are located near the restaurants and shops in a quiet area of the development. With the bedroom and main area facing the pool and gardens, the condo and patio location help to ensure a quiet and peaceful stay.

This beautiful and well outfitted condo offers all new appliances, gas BBQ, washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron/board, personal safe, WI-FI, cable (living room), 2 flat screen Smart TV’s with Netflix to ensure your holidays are completely enjoyable. Screens on all the windows and doors, allows for full enjoyment of the warm tropical breezes both indoors and out. Electricity is paid by the guests, usage rarely runs over $50/week.

Playa Turquesa Ocean Club is an exceptional development offering 24 hour on-site security, 2 large pools (one with a swim up bar), 2 children’s pools, outdoor showers, and reception area. We have our own beach front restaurant (TOC) where you can enjoy an excellent meal or refreshing cocktail while watching the waves and beach life pass by. Playa Turquesa guests have direct access to the beach with a beautiful covered pergola structure solely for the use of guests staying at Playa Turquesa.

You will love the convenience of grocery stores, restaurants, bakery, bars, spas, pet supplies, pharmacy, money exchanges and much more, all on-site or only a short walk away.

A short drive will find you at San Jaun Shopping Plaza. This large indoor/outdoor mall is home to large grocery stores, clothing stores, souvenir shops and many services including restaurants, a move theater, local artisans and much, much more - making for an excellent shopping adventure.

Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is only a quick 20 minute drive away. Available upon request for an additional fee, we provide our own English speaking transfer service that will pick you up at the airport and deliver your party, hassle free, to our condo in Playa Turquesa.

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the condo…it had everything we needed and was close to lots of great restaurants with a grocery store right across the street. Liz was amazing and super responsive if we had questions or needed anything. The condo is only a few feet away from the pool that was very peaceful and quiet. The patio is also a great place to relax with a good book and a drink. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the beach.

Loved it!

We had such a nice stay and will definitely come back. The host and property manager were very communicative and were quick to respond with any questions we had. Property was exactly as pictured and had such a beautiful view from the patio at night.

Very Pleasant Stay

We had a nice and extremely relaxing stay in Playa Turquesa. Marianna's condo was comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic spot just steps away from the wonderful pool and quick access to town and the beach. Property manager Liz was exceptional in seeing to our settling in and checking out and was a font of knowledge about anything we asked. Highly recommend anyone wishing to visit Punta Cana that they consider staying here.

Highly recommend!

Everything from booking, pickup at the airport, amenities, and property were wonderful. The only thing we had to worry about was relaxing. This vacation was exactly what I needed.

Playa Turquesa stay

It was a great stay had everything included. No cable in bedroom and 2nd shower was not working. Pool outside room was great along with beach down the walkway. Not a very spacious unit. I give it a 7 out of 10

We just finished a full renovation of our 1 bedroom condo, days before your arrival. The contractor installed a substandard shower enclosure. We disabled it and did ask you not to use it for your safety. We truly apologize for that inconvenience. However, we appreciate that you took the time to write. Thank you very much!

Great Punta Cana getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Playa Turquesa. First time I tried vrbo as opposed to a resort and we were not disappointed. The property was great. We had the cleanest beach front compared with any of the other properties or resorts. The restaurants were all great. We will definitely be back again.

A terrific rental!

Location, location, location! A terrific condo within walking distance to lots of restaurants. The beach is great and the pools are good. I would highly recommend this rental. The patio is a real treat.

Good for 30th Anniversary

Liked the private patio and close proximity to the beach. Lots of restaurants near by. Did have to pay for electricity but was only 20 us ( we did not use the AC, nice breeze)

Thank you for choosing our condo for your 30th Anniversary! A wonderful milestone! Per our guests recommendations, we do not increase our rental to include a credit for electricity. This allows our guests to better manage their own costs. It can be very cost effective to use the AC for sleeping while enjoying the tropical breezes at other times. Thank you so much for your input!

Location is terrific

Great location in Punta Cana

We really enjoyed our stay at Marianna's property. The grounds and beach were great. We enjoyed the condo and the modren convinces. We really liked the two full baths for getting ready. The guide book with restaurant suggestions was very helpful. Liz the property nanager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable.

Close to all amenities, grocery shopping, vehicle rentals, and very good restaurants. Money exchange is also very close. Couldn’t have been better. Close to the pools and to the beach.

Great location and extremely helpful manager

Great stay!

Hosts and prop managers were outstanding and very responsive. Complex is safe, beautiful, and right on the beach. Neighborhood has some good (if a bit overpriced) restaurants and a mini market within walking distance, but infrastructure outside the complex is lacking (street full of holes turned into mud puddles after rains). We'd come back, though.

Awesome location

Close to everything. Shops, market and entertainment. The beach is very nice. The staff that works there respectful and kind. And Liz the property manager was always available if i had any questions. Marianna was an excellemt host.

Love it!

Great property. Owner great to deal with, always a quick response to any questions. Local beach is not too crowded lots of chairs and good swimming. Many good restaurants in walking distance. The one pool is just outside your door. A wonderful holiday and we will book again!!

Wonderful Time at Playa Turquesa

We had a great time -we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. We loved the patio and spent most of our time at the beach or on the patio well into the night. The location made it very easy to walk to restaurants, stores and entertainment. Gayla and Michael were very helpful as property managers. Looking forward to future stays. Another Awesome Visit!

Year two at this wonderful condo! And again, amazing. Everything was perfect. Love the new grocery store BAM and the new restaurants. Everything was amazing and again, just what we needed. Perfect place to relax & unwind. Thanks to Lana for the day excursion to Macao Beach...was AWESOME!

Stay at Playa Turquesa

Was very pleased with our stay. The condo was very clean and if we had any questions during our stay Michael got back to us imediately. Our condo was located on ground level leading right out to a sparkling pool (no more than 50 ft. away). It was a very short walk to the beach and a very accomadating, fun, friendly staff serves wondeful food on the beach or at the outdoor restaurant ( TOC). All in all, you need to experience staying here. You will not be disappointed !!

A fantastic place to rest and relax

This was our second trip to this unit and it has never failed to impress. This year the owners had upgraded some of the furniture. Great to see the constant attention. Michael was waiting for us and again he and Galya looked after everything we needed. We could not recommend this more.

First Timers

The property was just as listed. Everything was clean and organized. Loved the location and the property. guarded gate and guards by the beach made us fell secure! Lots of places to eat nearby, location by the pool was very convenient. We did not cook at all, but purchased lunch and breakfast items at the "Jumbo" supermarket. The Beach club is very nice, we bought lunch there, (tacos) and had some drinks there as well.

Felt like home

Marianna provided a very quaint and comfortable space for myself and my children to call home during our visit to Punta Cana. Galya, her property manager was sweet and fun and helpful. Everything we needed was available to us and we were provided a clean space. The children loved it. We hope to return again soon and will definitely look to stay in one of Marianna’s properties.
