OWNED BY AN INTERIOR DESIGNER, the emphasis is on providing you with the perfect resort style environment for relaxation during your Naples holiday stay at “BLUEBELL”…..comfortable, beautiful and welcoming you for a very special stay in the heart of Old Naples. One step inside and you will know this is not your standard vacation rental home. Old Florida style is thoughtfully preserved on the exterior of this charming home, providing a unique experience for our guests as this style becomes rarer and rarer in Old Naples due to redevelopment. The inside is now transformed and features a modern, open concept floor plan that includes two separate living room/sitting areas, 2 dining spaces, a gourmet kitchen with large island, three large bedrooms and two baths, and screened in heated pool just steps outside the double doors from the laundry/utility area. A sizable rear patio, complete with a dining table for six, four comfortable outdoor club chairs, two umbrellas, and gas grill, overlooks an expansive fenced, rear yard with mature shade trees and palms. Double doors in the den and second king bedroom lead to the backyard and patio and provide tranquil garden views by day and night.

ALL THREE BEDROOMS ARE VERY GENEROUSLY PROPORTIONED!!!! All beds (2 KING AND 2 DOUBLE) are provided with luxury linens, extra blankets, and pillows. Two luggage stands (or a bench) are provided for guests use in each bedroom and there is plenty of space under the beds to stow luggage and get it out of the way. Two options for a work area are available to accommodate guests who will be working at home during their stay. The largest bedroom at 14’ x 20’ has two double beds, and is furnished with a 42” round table that can serve as a desk or a table for breakfast in the room or games. The second optional work area is in the den which has both a desk and another 42” round table. All three bedrooms also include a full length mirror, a chair, plenty of dimmable lighting, and windows on at least two sides with lovely garden or pool views.

THE MANICURED ESTATE-SIZED LOT AND BACKYARD ARE PERFECT FOR LAWN GAMES……..Cornhole, Spikeball, Molki and an assortment of other yard games are provided, and many board games are available for inside entertainment. The heated pool is surrounded by a screen cage and hedging providing privacy. It looks out over the large backyard. One of the features guests mention frequently in their reviews is how much they enjoyed the pool!….

Prepare to arrive and expect no less than…..INSTANT CURB APPEAL……! BLUEBELL WILL CHARM YOU with its baby blue shutters and overflowing flower beds with color-coordinated blue and yellow blooms,…….A large circular driveway in front allows parking for at least 6 cars.

WHAT ELSE TO EXPECT: BLUEBELL will not disappoint you when it comes to stocking necessities and more for your your stay, including generous supplies of linens, shampoo, body wash, paper products, coffee pods, spices, vinegars, dishwasher and laundry pods, garbage bags, etc. A fully equipped kitchen including air fryer. A welcome basket to spare you the need to dash immediately to the grocery store if your trip was long and arduous! Everything is about YOU and making your visit as easy and pleasant as possible.

55-inch TV’s with Xfinity Cable in living room, den, and master bedroom, and Smart TV’s in the other 2 bedrooms (50” and 43”). An Xfinity Pod assures internet service for your smart devices throughout the home. A portable Bose Flex speaker is provided for your use inside and out so that you can enjoy your own music library throughout your stay.

Beach chairs and chaises, umbrellas, beach cart, portable cooler, and inflatable floats are all provided. The two beach chaises can also be used for additional lounging when needed at the pool.

RE: CHILDREN….. The heated pool is located in a screen enclosure adjacent to the home on the north side and is accessed from inside by double french doors. The proximity of the pool edge to the double doors from the living area of the home makes the home unsuitable for guests with very young children or children who do not swim. Please inquire if this is a concern, as each situation is unique. Owner prefers to err on the side of caution, but willing to consider requests for exceptions. VRBO categorizes children as infants, or 2-12 and leaves the owner no flexibility in selecting an age range for suitability. I also have an alarm for the pool doors that guests can use if they desire. It is VERY LOUD!….

ACCESSIBILITY WARNING……….There is also a single step down from the dining area to the den (which was formerly a lanai that is now enclosed and paneled with shiplap siding) at the back of the house. Owner has installed small white tiles into the wood plank tile flooring at the step to alert guests to the need for caution. Anyone with limited mobility or other challenges that make negotiating a single step down should consider other properties to rent. Other than this step, the home is all on one level.

One of the major assets of this home is the LOCATION, which is rated as highly walkable and bikeable by ZILLOW. The home is located on a beautiful residential street in Coquina Sands, a prime Naples beachside neighborhood, immediately north of Old Naples. Yet, only a couple of blocks away, at easy walking or biking distance, guests will find a full assortment of neighborhood shopping venues, restaurants, banks, a spa, etc…including Coastland Center Mall.

EASY WALKING OR BIKING DISTANCE TO A LARGE VARIETY OF LOCAL SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, DINERS, MOVIE THEATERS, BANKS, A SPA, ETC, SUCH AS:

NAPLES PLAZA…….10 minute walk: Publix, Chipotle, Marshalls, Woodhouse Day Spa, Office Depot, PGA Superstore, AT&T, Zoom Tan, Nature’s Garden Organic Foods, etc…

GATEWAY OF NAPLES……15 minute walk: Panera, Dorona (Italian steak restaurant), Food and Thought organic grocery and cafe with Juice Bar, carry out, with lovely outdoor courtyard, Sandpiper Ladies Clothing, etc…

COASTLAND MALL……..10 minute walk: Macy’s, Dillards, Sears are anchors, total of 150 stores, recently opened CMX CineBistro movie theaters, 18 eateries including The Cheesecake Factory and recently opened Uncle Julio’s (Tex-Mex Restaurant).

NOT TO BE MISSED AND ONLY A 5 MINUTE WALK FROM THE HOUSE….. JIMMY P’S “CHARRED” RESTAURANT AND GOURMET MEAT MARKET.. Great burgers, steaks, wine, prepared carry out too.

ORDER THE CALAMARI AS AN APPETIZER TO BE SHARED….IT IS TO DIE FOR….!

THE CONTINENTAL (SISTER RESTAURANT TO CAMPIELLO…..AND JUST ONE BLOCK SOUTH ON 3RD ST S)….ANOTHER “SEE AND BEEN SEEN” RESTAURANT….GORGEOUS RESTAURANT….I LOVE SITTING AT THE TABLES BY THE SIDEWALK. THE MENU IS DIFFERENT…..BUT I AM ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WITH WHATEVER I ORDER.

Fantastic Naples Getaway Spot

Stayed with wife and 4 teen kids at this excellent home. House was well maintained, fully supplied with everything we could imagine, and Patt was super responsive to questions (she even stopped by on New Year’s Day to help with pool controls!). I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Great location to all Naples has to offer.

Four night family stay

Bluebell is in a great neighborhood, very clean and extremely well stocked. Patt was an accommodating and friendly host who continued to check in with us during our stay. It was perfect for our family of five. We highly recommend Bluebell, and it will be at the top of our list if we return to Naples.

Amazing House in Coquina Sands

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was spotless. We enjoyed the large back yard, patio, and the enclosed pool. The house was thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed. The host made our trip special by being available for all of our questions, accomodating, and providing us with great info on fun in Naples. Would love to stay here again!

We loved the house! The property manager is fantastic, she was responsive and helpful. She anticipated all of our needs. The house is very well equipped, clean, and nicely renovated. The pool is screened in, clean and the perfect temp. The neighborhood is a great location too. I would stay here again!

A very special place

Charming home in great location, immaculately kept, and spacious floor plan, Every detail was perfect, and every little thing was thought of to make our stay comfy and relaxing! This VRBO rental was the phenomenal.... It was a warm, lovely,and generous experience!!!The best experience I have ever had, and( I have been a member of VRBO for many many years.... and rented homes all over the United States and France!!!)The host was available anytime of day for my questions, and she fulfilled all of my needs!! I couldnt have been more pleased with this experience.!!! Everything was available to us at the house. Anything we would possibly need was there ,and extra things such as snacks and beach supplies.... The entire experience was just fabulous. can't wait to visit again. The pool was beautiful as well and so close to the beach.!!!

Lovely stay at Bluebell

We had a lovely stay at Bluebell. This house has a fresh, open, bright and cheerful feel. The location is very convenient to beach, dining and shopping. Patt was a fantastic host and she saw to every detail. The house is full of conveniences you might have at your own home, she even had art supplies in the cabinets and that was a treat for my wife who is an artist. We would stay again!

Wonderful home in Naples, Florida

The house was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need. There was a beautiful gift basket in the kitchen and a handwritten thank-you note attached. It is a lovely home that looks just like the online pictures. The open floor plan is fantastic for families to gather. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are modern with great showers, and there is a TV in every room! We especially enjoyed the heated pool. We also used the beach chairs, towels and pull-cart that were provided to go to the beach. Loudermilk Park Beach is 2 minutes away by car or a 15 minute walk. The location is perfect; only a 5 -10 minute drive to shopping, restaurants, parks, and downtown Naples. We highly recommend this house and we will be back!

Our stay at Mandarin Road in Naples was nothing short of incredible! The home is even more stunning in person — beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a perfect getaway. From the spacious living areas to the luxurious bedrooms, every detail was thoughtfully curated for comfort and relaxation.The backyard felt like a private resort with its gorgeous pool, lush landscaping, and peaceful ambiance. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool and enjoying outdoor dinners under the stars. The location is also ideal — just minutes from the beach, downtown Naples, and world-class dining and shopping on 5th Avenue.The host was exceptional: responsive, friendly, and made sure we had a seamless experience from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their guests.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing retreat in Naples. It was everything we hoped for — and more!

Exceptional Stay in Coquina Sands

My family had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Coquina Sands. The listing was comprehensive and captured all of the amenities and perks of this home. The home had EVERYTHING you could wish for on vacation; it was fully stocked with cleaning supplies to beach chairs - not a single need was overlooked. The house is beautifully decorated; the kitchen is amazing, and the living spaces are conducive to entertaining. The location, in Coquina Sands, is perfect for a quick walk to Lowdermilk Park Beach as well as Publix. Further, it is only a 5-minute drive to the restaurants/shopping on 5th and 3rd. Our stay at Bluebell was perfect and we will be back!

The best moms getaway!

Wow! My friends and I just got back from the best long weekend in Naples. Patt was hands down the best host I've ever encountered. Her home was beautiful, recently redone, and had the perfect layout and accommodations for my group of girlfriends on our reunion weekend. The house has a beautifully redone kitchen (equipped with everything - including delicious snacks and coffee pods), comfortable bedrooms, a beautiful screened-in pool and spacious bathrooms. Small details like having plenty of wine glasses, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, beach towels, a restaurant guide and even sun hats to borrow were just some of the details that made this house and rental exceed our expectations. The house is located on a beautiful street for morning walks, and only a quick 8-minute drive to the best restaurants in downtown Naples. We will be back, and will recommend to everyone I know traveling to the area. Thank you!

Cute, beautiful and comfortable Home

We came to Naples for my aunts 80th birthday. And decided to rent this VRBO for three nights. We had great communication with Patricia. When we showed up the house had snacks and drinks in the kitchen. We sat by the pool in the evenings as it was a little hot outside. But it was just fantastic and I would certainly stay at this house again. We did also rent a Turo car which was a nice amenity in Lou of using an Uber to go everywhere. The blue Bell house was fantastic and better than we imagined. Thank you so much for making our lovely weekend even better . . Bryan

Charming, well-appointed Naples home with great amenities near the beach

First of all, Patt, the owner, is just lovely — easy to contact, and she goes the extra mile so that her guests feel comfortable and truly on vacation. She could easily be a professional in the luxury hotel industry. The house is great. Generous bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with a second living/dining area. Excellent outdoor space (dining, lounging) plus a screened-in heated pool. Patt has thought of everything in terms of … everything! Kitchen has everything you need, both to cook and to serve; plenty of supplies; instructions for everything electronic in the house; recommendations for dining and tourism. The house is a short drive from Lowdermilk Beach. Parking there is a little bit of a challenge, but the beach itself is terrific. Close to everything downtown. Easy drive, and Ubers are always nearby and relatively cheap. Great place!

A truly pampered experience

I can't say enough nice things about our time at Bluebell. Patt was incredible. I have never stayed at a home that was so wonderfully prepared for our arrival. After bringing our luggage into the house, I opened the refrigerator to find snacks, water, a bottle of wine, fruit, cheese, and a welcome bag of goodies. Patt had the spices stocked, cooking oils, trash bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies, even hygiene items available in the bathrooms. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. My son, his wife, and my first grand baby stayed with us a few days. It was the perfect place to enjoy our first vacation together. The neighborhood was delightful for walking the baby and the beach was just a 15 min walk. Lowdermilk Park Beach is beautiful and has chair and tent rental available. They even have a concession stand serving wine, beer, snacks, etc. Thank you Patt for being so responsive and helpful during our stay. Again, one of the best renting experiences I have ever had!!

I have travelled extensively world wide and cannot think of anyplace I would rather be than here in Naples! Interior design has always been a passion of mine, and after 16 years working in intelligence, I decided to pursue it as a profession. I am not surprised when my guests regularly comment on how well stocked the house is. My goal is always to exceed your expectations, and deliver a very different experience than your standard rental home.

In Naples, the most important factor in real estate, in terms of desirability, property value, and proximity to the beach, is whether the property is located WEST of Tamiami Trail/Rt 41. The second most important factor is how close a property is to Old Naples….the heart of the City where the prime restaurants and shopping are concentrated on 5th Ave S and the Historic District on 3rd St S. Location, location, location!…. Coquina Sands is the closest neighborhood to Old Naples, and Bluebell at 1530 Mandarin Rd is even in the Old Naples zip code. Bluebell is also less than a mile from the newly opened, ultra high-end, Four Seasons Resort, located on the beach just a couple blocks south of Coquina Sands. The Four Seasons has several restaurants and bars that are open to the public, and will undoubtedly be the place to see and be seen this season! A short distance to the north is Lowdermilk Beach Park, the City of Naples Beach Park which has parking, a snack bar, rental beach equipment, restrooms, etc… Bluebell is located just 1/2 mile from Lowdermilk, approximately a 20 minute walk away.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The first things that come to mind as far as why Bluebell is unique are:

1. Its LOCATION WEST of TAMIAMI TRAIL/RT 41, and only 1/2 mile to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to Old Naples restaurants and shops. Any listing EAST of Tamiami Trail is just not in a desirable area. Most of the homes on Mandarin Rd and in the neighborhood of Coquina Sands are new, multi-million dollar homes. It is a great area for walking or biking, and is walking distance to stores and restaurants.

2. The home is on an impressively large lot which provides great privacy, and has a large circular driveway that can accommodate several cars, and an expansive rear lawn perfect for yard games, The home exudes charm, has great curb appeal, and stands out from others on the street with its baby blue shutters, and landscaping featuring billowing blue and yellow blooms, large shade trees and tropical palms.

3. One step inside the home, and you will know this is not your standard vacation rental home. Designer furnishings and decor, a large open floor plan, two separate living and dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms ( 2 King-size bedrooms, 1 with two Full beds). two fully remodeled baths. My goal is to make the home attractive, comfortable, and relaxing….a true home away from home.

4. Bluebell is fully STOCKED with necessities and more, far exceeding what is expected in rental homes. .

5. Whenever possible, I make every effort to be flexible on the check in and check out times. Weather and scheduling of cleaning personnel can affect my flexibility.
