Grande Bay Luxury 3BR Spectacular Unobstructed View

'Southern Serenity' is a magnificent, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath resort condo located on the waterfront with spectacular unobstructed views of the Caribbean waters, Cruz Bay, the mountains of St. John and ten surrounding islands. The town of Cruz Bay, the ferry dock and taxi stand are just a short walk on the beach away from your location. In Cruz Bay you will find plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants, as well as, two grocery stores, a bank, a library and several churches.

Furnished with two king beds, two twin beds and a pull out sofa, it's ideal for a family or a few couples. The twin beds may also be converted to a King bed. If St. John is your wedding destination, Southern Serenity is perfect for your bridal party or wedding guests. Top quality linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs and coolers.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware, coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, and many other kithen gadgets. The balcony provides an outdoor granite bar and stools for dining and drinking while enjoying the exquisite views of the Caribbean water and surrounding islands. The unit is air conditioned and each room has a ceiling fan. The living room has a plasma TV and a stereo system that plays CDs or your Ipod. WIFI and telephone service within the United States are included.

The resort provides twenty-four hour security and a reserved parking space in the garage. The heated pool and hot tub on the deck overlook the aqua blue waters of Cruz Bay. Lounge chairs are provided for relaxing and sun bathing. The on premise fitness center includes treadmills, a pilates machine, weights and a great view of the water.

Our island host will greet you upon your arrival at the ferry dock. They will lead you to your accommodations; share an extensive knowledge of the island, including local amenities, restaurants, beaches and hiking trails and ensure you have everything you need to make your experience wonderful.

Great location

We love being in Cruz Bay. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. This unit has a great view of the bay. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and updated. We used Starfish market grocery delivery. We do not rent a car bc taxis are so easily accessible in town.

Great place to stay

I highly recommend staying at this villa. The location cannot be beat - right in the heart of Cruz Bay. The villa has all upgraded appliances, the furniture is very comfortable, and plenty of space - there were 6 adults in our party. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Thanks!

The Happy Place

Great base for a beach and swimming vacation on St. John. No need to rent a car. Walk to everything in Cruz Bay and take taxis to the beaches.

we are long time Grande Bay renters and our group of 5 loved our stay at Southern Serenity. Highly recommend both the VRBO owners and Rachelle and team at St John villa Co. great communication, smooth checkin and out and villa had more than we needed. we have never before had laundry detergent included and the beverages waiting for us in the refrigerator were a nice surprise and enjoyed by all. You can't go wrong staying here!

Great for family

This was a wonderful spot to spend a week with our young kids and their grandparents. The location could not have been more convenient when arriving off the ferry and to explore Cruz Bay after the beaches every day. We will be back!

Perfect location!

This condo comes with everything you need. It was very well stocked for the beach and the house. The view is amazing and has no obstructions. So convenient to town and all the restaurants and shopping. This is our 3rd year and we've already booked for next year.

We came to St. John for a wedding and needed accommodations near the events that were planned. This listing hit the mark! A bonus was the amazing views and a very comfortable place to unwind between festivities. We loved the convenience of the parking garage for our rental vehicle. The storage locker was well stocked with all the fun things needed for our day at the beach.

Clean, great location walkable to shops, bars and restaurants, across the street from the beach. Nice pool with lounge chairs. Would definitely stay again! FYI VRBO listing states meet and greet at dock which is no longer available but condo is easy to find by walking through shopping area. Be prepared to handle your luggage.

Amazing Property and Perfect Location

We spent 8 nights at Southern Serenity and everything was perfect. The view was absolutely incredible. We loved being in Cruz Bay, near restaurants, taxis to the beaches, and the ferry. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We even tried to book for next year but, sadly for us, it’s already booked! Can’t wait to go back!

Grande Bay is a short walking distance to town, where you'll find many restaurants and shops as well as the ferry dock and taxis. You can stay at Grande Bay and enjoy the pool or venture out and explore the many beaches the island offers. There is an underground parking garage and a security officer always on duty. The fully equipped fitness center is on site and overlooks Cruz Bay beach and harbor.
