Deer Valley at its finest! Located at 53 Potters Lane. Best to use mapquest to see how close we are to the ski lifts. This spacious 2,400 sq. foot Town-home features: 4 Bedrooms each with it's own bathroom and a 5th bathroom off the living room for guests to use. (3 Bedrooms upstairs are all ensuite- the bottom level is a world in it's own with a 4th bedroom (twin beds) and bathroom, a second living room with fireplace, two couches, one is a pull out) A double car attached garage (with ski racks for your gear) makes it easy from the car with groceries right into the kitchen! Also there's a BRAND NEW private hot tub on your own deck for your private aprĆØs ski.

We had a wonderful time and the amenities were exceptional! The place was fully stocked with everything we could need and you canā€™t beat the location. We were able to shuttle to Deer Valley every day to ski. Also extremely close to Main Street for dinners. We will definitely be back.

I spent the whole month this past February 2026 at this beautiful home. We all had a great month staying here. Everything in the home worked great, the kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed....the beds were comfortable and the bed linens/pillows were all good. The location was excellent for skiing and getting to Main street with all the "action" was a breeze. James was a pleasure to deal with throughout ...great communication!! All my guests were equally happy...no brainer to stay here again! best, bryan

Family ski trip

Perfect location and excellent service by our property manager. The house had everything you might need during your stay (especially well stocked in the kitchen). We will come back to Deer Valley and will definitely stay here.

Great location!

Perfect place for our annual family ski vacation! The shuttle to the lift was convenient, yet we were also close enough to walk if we didnā€™t want to wait. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location to ski Deer Valley!

The property is ideally located a 5-10 min walk or short, free shuttle away from the Deer Valley base. The house was a great size for our group of 9 adults. The kitchen is well-appointed and a large hot tub is a big plus!

Really convenient spot

We all had the best time at this house. Within walking distance of Snowpark Lodge, but a extremely short drive. This house was a perfect place for a 5 person, guys ski trip!

Wonderful

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our 2 families. It was on a fast shuttle line to get to Deervalley just a very short walk down the hill & doable in ski boots! The in-suite bathrooms were a must for each groups privacy & the kitchen and hot tub were perfect!

Wonderful townhome all around! Great amount of space, beautiful layout, everything we needed to cook & have fun. Loved the hot tub after the ski days. Especially loved the closeness to the Deer Valley resort. We used your suggested Deer Valley app for the shuttle and you are so close, we walked on a few of the days. Top notch VRBO rental!

Everything about this property was perfect! Great space for two families (8 people total). Well-appointed and stocked with everything you need. So close to the slopes at Deer Valley, plus a concierge shuttle ā€” convenience factor is off the charts! Host is so helpful and communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

Perfect

My husband, I and three friends stayed here for a long weekend of skiing and Sundance. The place was perfect for us. Everyone had their own full size bedroom and bathroom and no one felt like theyā€™d gotten the short end of the stick. We especially appreciated the full kitchen (as we cooked most nights) and the fireplace that was ready and waiting for us.

Great Location & Condo

Great location! There's a bus stop within 50 yards; however, since the weather was mild we walked to and from the Snow Park Lodge everyday and also walked down to Park City on our day off from skiing. The description and photos on line are very accurate; however, the kitchen and dining area are a bit cramped for a party of six but it really didn't matter. Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. The hot tub was great after a day a skiing but a bit difficult to remove the cover due to limited access around the hot tub. Overall, just a great place to stay! We will definitely be coming back.

perfect deer valley ski trip townhome

everything about the townhome was excellent. importantly, the location allows you to either walk to the Snow Park Lodge in less than 10 minutes or take the shuttle service which usually came within 5 minutes of our on the app request -- the ride was on a couple minutes and goes right to the main arrival area at Snow Park Lodge. This convenience made our skiing even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Property was as described, bedding in all bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with plates, pots, cooking utensils, spices. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed for seven adults. Nice touches like extra blankets and humidifiers. Wood burning fireplace was amazing. Hot tub only held four which was a bit small for our group, but so nice to have the option. Short walk to ski area or you could grab the shuttle that came to the end of the road. All in. a great experience.

Great house, great location

Our family has been enjoying this property for the past 3 years and find it ideally suited for our needs. The rooms are very comfortably sized and well decorated, the common areas are cozy and the bonus basement with fireplace and extra bedroom is an ideal place to get away from the hubbub a large family can create. The kitchen is well equipped. The views are lovely, especially from the master bedroom & the hot tub and the house is walking distance to Deer Valley and on the main bus line. There is tons of storage and the double garage keeps our car snow free.

Our group of four mature guys had a wonderful time in spite of less than perfect snow conditions. Deer Valley is a special place and the townhouse and its location are about as good as it gets! Most comfortable and best equiped lodging we have experienced in 20 years of ski trips. Only negative is the garage is too shallow for a full size crew cab truck (Ram 1500 in our case - not the first time we have had this issue) Parked outside next to the unit - not a problem. Hot tub needs a new cover. The photos on Vrbo are an accurate presentation of the townhouse but really don't do it justice. Lovely decorating and very comfortable beds and bedding. Would be very comfortable for larger groups with children IMO. You won't be disapointed!

Great place for our family of adults

Every part of our reserving, communicating & staying here was great! It was clean & ready for our groceries. We skied 3 days & were able to use the DV shuttle over & back. Everything was as described in the posting. I hope we can return!
