This is a beautiful property. Newly renovation beach view villa. Including new kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, travetine floors and walk in showers.

This villa is on a second floor and the villa has 3 levels. In the first level is the living, dining and balcony. Second level are 2 bedrooms with there own private bath. Third level there is a bedroom with a private bath.

42 Inch Flat Panel TV in living area and 40 inch Flat Panel TV in master bedroom. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi in all the rooms. Walking distance to casino gambling, sandy beaches, pool, warm tropical waters, golf. tennis, horseback riding, swimming and restaurants.

Tennis Courts: Palmas del Mar Tennis Club is the largest private facility of its kind in the Caribbean with 20 courts with three different surfaces, hard, clay and Omni. Tennis Shop, clinics for all levels, private lessons, junior program, racket stringing service. Fitness Center and eating facilities.

Palmas del Mar Resort: Palmas Del Mar is Puerto Rico's fastest-growing, resort/residential community with over 3000 full-time residents and a thriving vacation ambiance. Apt well equipped for the beach

Apt had beach chairs, umbrellas, boggie boards and games for the kids. Apt on 3 levels with 2 patios, one on main floor with barbecue and one on 3 floor with more of a beach view. Kitchen was well stocked with all that you need to cook and serve.A bit mis-leading is the view as shown. Apt is located further back from the beach with a more limited view.,

Glad you enjoyed the amenities inside the villa. The pictures in the website clearly show view from balconies inside the villa. There is one picture that says beach. For guest to see what the beach looks like. It does not say view from the villa. Sorry you were under a different impression. Best Regards, Nancy

The condo was very nice. It would be better if air conditioning in upstairs bathroom. It gets hot and humid up there with no air.

Thank you for your observation and comments. However, unlike the states, virtually no bathrooms in Puerto Rico have air conditioning. The 2 bathrooms in the second floor have extractors and the 3rd level bathroom has a frosted window that can be opened for ventilation. Thank you for selecting my property for your vacation rental. Great Rental, Great Host, Great Location!!

Nancy, our host, was very accommodating during our stay in Humacao, Puerto Rico. We loved our Rental it was just as it was described online, beautiful 3 story rental in Palmas Del Mar. We are a family of six and there were enough rooms and enough space for everyone to be comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace attached to the living room with the grill as well as the terrace on the top floor. The host has the rental equipped with lots of beach equipment for visitors making our stay hassle free without having to rent or buy beach gear. Palmas was beautiful with nearby hiking, waterfalls, golfing etc. and is only an hour away from San Juan. We definitely recommend this rental.

Clean and Quiet

Our family enjoyed the condo and proximity to the pool and beach. The condo itself is very spacious and equipped with beach chairs, towels, cooler, and boogie boards. The beds were all very comfortable, but it should be noted that the second bedroom is not two twins as pictured in the listing. It is actually a queen bed. This worked out and our daughters just shared the bed. The kitchen is spacious with large fridge but the utensils and cookware are worn - just needs a refresh. Deck was large and quiet for morning coffee. The entire island lost power while we were there but the stores and resort next door had generators. We took the ferry to Culebra for the day and it was back on when we got back that night.Last thing to note is the Palmas Del Mar complex is huge! The grounds are well kept and very quiet. We loved the location! Grocery stores only 10 minutes away and several restaurants close by. However, you will not have access to other pools in the complex, pickleball or tennis courts, or fitness center unless you pay additional fees per person. Overall we had a great stay and loved the location!

Location is Key

First, it's not clear from the description, but this is a second-third-fourth floor apartment. The living area with a half bath is on the second floor along with a patio with a view of the pool and ocean. The third floor has a master bedroom with king-sized bed and second bedroom with two twins. Both have en suites. The third floor includes another bedroom with two twins, a laundry area, bathroom, and sun deck. Be prepared to climb steps. The condo is lovely and well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Sunrise is early in PR, so be prepared. It's a short walk to the pool and and beach. Like much of the Caribbean, there is a lot of sargassum. The waves were rough our entire stay. The pool was quiet through the week but busier on the weekend. We rented a golf cart. It probably wasn't necessary, but fun to explore the resort. Our favorite restaurants were Chihuahua Tex and La Brochette. Volea at the tennis center was good for lunch; we got rained out at dinner. Ladi's had a great view, but the food was mediocre.

Amazing View and Excellent Privacy

We have stayed in Palmas del Mar before and this unit was an excellent choice. The kitchen appliances were all updated and very clean, air conditioning works very well. We stayed with 6 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. The villa provided plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. We were steps from the pool and beach. Excellent location and we are looking forward to being able to go back next year and hopefully stay there again.

Great place for family with kids

The place was just like the pictures . If you have small kids , you will not regret renting this villa . The washer was not working properly when we arrived and Nancy got on it right away and it was fixed the next day .

Perfect stay!

We were very happy with this condo. It was clean and just like the pictures. I felt like if I was at home since it is equipped with everything you might need. And ll the beds were comfortable. I was impressed with all the kitchen items. I was able to cook all my family's favorite dishes with no problem. Nancy is a very busy lady, but she always got back to me and answer my questions. Tip. Once you book this condo, if she has not confirmed your booking and you are in a hurry call or text the number on the document that you receive from VRBO once u book, she will get back to you soon. Supper recommended !

Spring Break in PR

It was such a lovely property with plenty of privacy and very clean accommodations. Equipped with everything you need beach towels and chairs, washer/dryer, to wine openers and chip clips. I would love to be able to stay here for another trip to Palmas

Good time with family.

I stayed at this property before (2012). This time the apartment was remodeled. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. I particularly liked that the apartment was very clean. I would stay again.

Awesome Vacation !

The condo was immaculate. Beautiful ocean views and steps away from the beach. This condo has everything you need for an awesome vacation in paradise. Nancy Cruz is a great property manager. We will rent again next summer.

Fantastic vacation! Hoping to return next year!

We were very happy with this rental property. The location could not have been better. Just a few steps to the pool and beach made it easy in so many ways. The kids could run and play on the center green while we were cooking dinner or grilling on the porch. We could walk very easily to the beach club and the beach front restaurant (I'm forgetting the name of it). The pool was lovely...quite large and plenty of room even on the busy Easter weekend. Having the beach chairs available right on the edge of the beach was great too...no reason to lug your own chair to the beach. The interior of this unit was definitely dated, but we didn't care because while here you just want to be outside anyway. We hear that it is getting renovated too so hopefully we can return and see the changes. Nancy was very helpful and such a great asset this place. Thanks so much for your help. We really do hope to return.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!!! PLENTY OF SPACE.

This was our 2nd visit to Palmas del Mar and our second stay at Crescent Cove. The unit was very spacious and a great location-There is a beautiful pool and beach just steps away! The unit we rented was fine, very clean, but could use some updating yet that didn't matter. It has two decks-one with a huge gas grill. We enjoyed dinner on the deck after grilling some steaks. Our rental agent was AWESOME and very accommodating. We had rented a car in advance only to find out there were no cars available. Nancy went over and above her duties as a rental agent. She took us to the grocery store, and bought us bread at a local bakery. Knowing we had no car, she checked in with me to see if we needed anything-offering to deliver us anything we may need. The next time we go to Puerto Rico I will definitely call Nancy for a rental. I would also suggest renting a golf cart, there are lots of restaurants downtown (we love the Blue Hawaii Chinese food) and there are also restaurants on the water. These restaurants are just about a 10 minute golf cart ride away. The people are so friendly everywhere you go. There are a couple golf courses nearby as well as a small casino. We have two teenage daughters, we could have had two more people stay comfortably. We all enjoyed our stay at Crescent Cove and look forward to going back next year.

Amazing !!!

Beautiful !!!, It is a really nice place to stay. The area was very quiet and excellent neighborhood. Green areas were clean and the pool was amazing.The rooms and all other areas of the apartment were clean and quite modern. I wish to come back in the near future. Palmas Del Mar Villa

Excellent place to stay! Family of 6 fit comfortably with lots of room to spare! Home was fully equipped and very cozy. A few steps away from the pool, beach, and close to shopping and sightseeing! Nancy was very accommodating, meeting us upon arrival. She was a phone call away throughout our stay. Could not have asked for a better vacation rental, we would come back and stay again!

Great place to stay!!!

I recently stayed on this condo. It was great, very cozy. The beds were excellently comfortable. I definitely recommend it if you want to have a getaway and forget about everything. We had a great time. The condo is fully stocked; you only have to bring your personal items and food!! Nancy and Jeff are very serious and responsible people who can be trusted. Her husband Jeff even went to refill the gas tank on the BBQ early in the morning as soon as I called him so we could make use of it. He even brought me Ice!!! He is very kind and giving. The hospitality was just awesome. I will definitely stay again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
