This exclusive penthouse condo is the perfect fusion of Caribbean ease with Mediterranean style. Every room in this spacious villa enjoys its own private terrace and spectacular views. The Master Suite boasts ocean and Vieques Island views, a king 2 poster bed, soaking tub, walk-in shower, comfy reading area, and vanity. Bedroom #2 has a twin sofa bed with trundle, pool and ocean views, and a detached bathroom. Bedroom #3 is another master suite with a king bed, futon sofa, full bathroom, terrace, and private entrance. All bedrooms enjoy their own flat screen smart tv's.

Paradise found! A perfect Stay!

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The property was beautiful, and the views were breathtaking. We loved opening the doors all the way to let in the fresh air and stunning scenery. The furniture was stylish and comfortable, and the beds were super cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was spotless. Having beach towels and a washer and dryer made things so convenient. The AC in every room was fantastic, and the ceiling fans were a great touch.There was plenty of seating for our whole family, and we really appreciated having three bathrooms and showers. The location was perfect—so close to the pool and with easy access to the beach. The friendly neighbors made us feel right at home.One of our favorite parts was watching the iguanas climb the trees. Walking the paths to the turtle pond was such a fun experience. Plus, being able to pop over to the hotel for food was super convenient, and the café was amazing—the best matcha in the world and the most incredible blueberry loaf!We truly loved every moment and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Pros: Elaine is a fabulous host. Helpful in every way Views were beautifulPool area is greatGrounds are maintainedSecurity presence everywhere. Cons:Unit needs updatesFurniture is worn out in unit and and on the balcony Bathrooms especially need some attention Not an easy place to cook a meal- pots and pans aren’t in good shape. The area is very clean and we enjoyed the Beach Club and the local restaurants were all pretty good.

Toes in the sand

Loved the location of this property! Beautiful view of the ocean. Steps from the pool and beach. Elaine is a fantastic host! Great communication and plenty of suggestions for things to go, places to eat, etc. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen adequate. We cooked most of our meals there. Highly recommend.

Fabulous rental!

The rental is spacious and spotless with all the necessary amenities. Elaine’s recommendations for restaurants and shopping very helpful. The surrounding property is well maintained and easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous property!

Elaine was the best, most responsive VRBO host we’ve ever encountered. She was super helpful, warm, and gave us great recommendations for things to see and do. Love the community. Very safe and clean. Pool and beach are gorgeous. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Amazing stay in Puerto Rico

This was our first family vacation to Puerto Rico and we couldn't have been more pleased. The host was extremely accommodating and the property very well situated. Rooms were generously sized, the kitchen suitably appointed, and easy access to the beach and pools. The top-floor location meant that noise from local weekenders was minimal. I'd return in a heartbeat.

Puerto Rico Vacation

Great visit to Palmas Del Mar- Maribella Club in Puerto Rico. We enjoyed walking on the beach and afternoons at the pool. Lots of great day trips are an easy drive away as well.

Amazing host, lovely apartment, great location!

Elaine was an exceptionally considerate host who made our stay a joy. The apartment is as nice and as well amenitized as advertised. My family had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend Elaine's home for families and groups of all ages.

Remarkable

Highly recommend this property. The rental unit was in great shape, view was spectacular, access to our own private beach, and so much to do in/near Palmas Del Mar. Above all, the communication with Elaine both before and during our stay was impressive. She provided me with so much detailed information about the area, shopping, groceries, nearby activities that I looked like a rock star to my family . We hope to return to this same rental in the future!

Tropical Getaway

We were looking for a tropical beach experience. We were in a spectacular corner unit with the lovely pools between the villa and beach. The view and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise, the moon reflecting on the water, and listening to the waves. The entire community was incredibly well-maintained and we felt very safe. Elaine, the property owner, was extraordinarily helpful. No question or request was too small for her. She helped us find a terrific snorkeling option with little notice. The villa was the perfect size for us and provided all we needed. We are an active family and there was plenty to do and enjoy! A great trip and location with superb hospitality!

Idyllic

Amazing property right overlooking the ocean. Huge windows that can slide open so you get the lovely ocean breeze. Conveniently located near the pool and hot tub. Super clean. Plenty of beach towels. Elaine was great at providing suggestions for activities and restaurants and even arranged a golf cart for us to get around the property.

Perfect Family Vacation

We just completed a six night stay at this property. The entire Palmas Del Mar resort is fantastic, but Marbella is probably the best within it. The privacy, security, cleanliness, professionalism of staff, and amenities are first read. The Villa is absolutely superb and has every amenity you require. The view is exactly as advertised and seems right off of a postcard. All communications with the owner were fantastic and we had zero issues. Highly recommend renting the golf cart from the owner to get around, especially if you have kids, since they really think it’s cool. Great stay and recommend 100%.

Elaine goes above and beyond.

As we arived the Coronavirus shut down occurred. Elaine kept us informed and gave us the option of checking out early due to the circumstances. We stayed and made the most of our trip. Her place was great and we hope to return when the Coronavirus restrictions have been lifted.

Owner responses were quick. Allowed early and late check in and out. Condo well appointed with cookware, blender and coffee maker. Ice readily available in pool area. Thank-you Elaine.

Great views, great location, great host.

The property has everything you need, in a gated community, and in close proximity to groceries and supplies. The resort is lovely. Elaine, the owner, is beyond helpful. Our family enjoyed this property.

Beautiful! Incredible Views, nicely appointed and well maintained

From start to finish the experience was exceptional. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The owner is very attentive - checking in during our stay to ensure we were enjoying the stay and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Security was outstanding and very personable. They took the time to know who we were and to be helpful throughout the visit. We highly recommend this property and it is our intention to always stay here in our future visits to Puerto Rico. We promise you will be blown away by it!

Beautiful penthouse and very enjoyable stay

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and the choice of a location an hour away from San Juan was a concern. However the laid back environment of Palmas del Mar was perfect for our group (3 couples from various parts of the US including us from Chicago). Late January in 82 degree weather every day....what a wonderful world! The penthouse has a spacious floor plan but with the very high ceilings you feel like the rooms are even bigger than they are. Beds are very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the view from the bedrooms and balcony were fabulous! The trails, swimming pools, and hot tub were quite accessible but unfortunately erosion has made the beach area at Marbella largely unusable. There are great beaches not too far away. There are good dining spots nearby and plenty of attractions with just a short drive. Golf here was wonderful. For us it was a perfect place for old friends to comfortably enjoy each other's company. Our decision to select this unit was influenced in part by the strong praise for Elaine. This was very much justified. She had recommendations and suggestions for any of our needs (dining, beaches, cabs, etc). In addition she and Ward set us up on the golf course and even let us borrow clubs. Well beyond the extra mile!

Paradise Vacation at Palmas del Mar - WONDERFUL

This was our first vacation to Puerto Rico and it was fabulous. The Marbella Club is lovely - very clean, comfortable, with lush vegetation and two of the nicest swimming pools we have experienced. The bath house and hot tub were impeccable. The condo was wonderful! Beautiful views, very clean, very comfortable, exactly as described. Elaine was a terrific hostess. Palmas del Mar was the perfect location for our family of 6 to vacation. Plenty of walking paths, golf course, restaurants, small grocery/convenience store, equestrian center within the resort grounds. Our vacation also included a day at Old San Juan, hiking the El Yunque National Forest, snorkeling with Spread Eagle II in Fajardo, a visit to Luquillo Beach and the Kioskos, and a day spent poolside at the Marbella Club and the Beach Bohio. We had a fantastic time and will be back! Thanks Elaine!

Beautiful Palmas del Mar

This is our fourth time staying in Palmas del Mar. This time our family had a very special occasion to celebrate, and this was the perfect place to do it. From the the day we checked in to the day we checked out, we only experienced the best of service and amenities. And the view from the apartment is simply amazing! Thank you so much, Elaine. You are an excellent hostess!

Best Family Vacation

Our family of 5 recently stayed at this beautiful villa. We were actually a little concerned with our extended stay because it was longer than we normally vacation. My husband wanted to make sure that we had a villa big enough that if we experienced any tense moment, everyone would have space of their own. This villa was so spacious, that we never felt cramped or that the walls were closing in. The villa was stocked with everything that we needed for our stay from the kitchen, showers, laundry room to beach towels and sunscreen. (unlike past condos where you had to bring your own) This made out travel much easier. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a wonderful bottle on wine on the kitchen counter. The kitchen windows open to the balcony which creates a great atmosphere for preparing meals. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool, grounds and ocean were beautiful. We enjoyed walking around The Marabella Club in the morning. The only disappointment was that we when visited, there was no beach. There was so much erosion that the beach was gone and some palm trees were actually falling into the water. Things are being done to try to stop the erosion, but this is a natural beach. It was actually kinda neat learning about the erosion and watching it happen. Not having a beach, didn't stop us. There is so much to do at Palmas, we walked about 10 minutes to a access that lead to a beach, spent the day there, again beautiful! My girls and I went all over Palmas the day before we left and I took pictures of them, I have some gorgeous memories. I can not say enough about Elaine. She answered question after question and the week before our arrival, she sent so much information that I had no more questions left. She gave us her cell number and I did have to contact her about a minor issue, which she promptly answered. She even offered to send her husband to help with it but we figured it out through messages. We loved this location and villa! Already planning our next visit.

Having lived in so many amazing places we were not sure where we were going to settle when it came time to start a family, that is until we found our own little piece of paradise here in Palmas del Mar!

We both need to have beauty all around us, and the ocean is a must. We also prefer warm weather, and lush tropical landscapes. Beautiful architecture, security, and a real sense of community round out our list. We have found it all and more here at The Marbella Club at Palmas del Mar!
